Kevin was AWESOME, friendly, knowledgeable and highly efficient. He made sure we were safe and able to move our trailer to the repair facility where a replacement was ordered and to be installed. We had to travel more than 20 miles to our hotel on the freeway zero issues. We had been stranded for more than 17 hours on the freeway due to awful tow service providers and then we connected with this company.
