Best pasta I've had in a long time coupled with impeccable service. We had a surprise starter of hot flatbread and bruschetta. The pasta portions were huge, definitely enough for lunch the next day and they came pipping hot. My boyfriend had the seafood pasta which had so many mussels, it was impressive. We had multiple servers and I believe the manager came by to see if everything was great and it really was. My first time in Windsor and would definitely come back! Great hearty italian food. Authentically made, no attempt to make the restaurant seem like more than what it is (unlike some other restaurants nearby that are a little too fancy for what they serve). Was invited to Spagos Trattoria for a graduation dinner. By far the best service I have seen in Windsor. Waiters David and Kassem treated us like Kings. There was not a single moment at the dinner that every cup of water was not filled to the brim. Amazing service. It's reasons like this I continue to come to Spagos. Been to this trattoria many times, as my grandparents live on Erie St. I have never been disappointed during a meal at Spagos. I think to really get the authentic taste, you need to go to the Erie St. location. The absolute best veal piccata I have ever had. I recall the fine lemon drizzle accompanied by a set of sautéed mushrooms. The combination has always been a favourite, and I loved every second of it at Spagos. read more

Been there 3 times, and had bad food experience every time. Grilled or fried calamari tasted very bad, the fried one tasted like it was fried right out of the bag with bad seasoning. Fantastic food and amazing service!!! Went to this location on Erie St. today for my son's birthday. So glad we did! Was our first time. Susan was our server and she was incredible! She was so accommodating and went above and beyond. The food was so delicious! My husband had Eggplant Parmesan, I had a spicy penne dish and my son had Spaghetti and meatballs. Portions were very generous. Came with a yummy salad. Loved the bread that came with it too! Very authentic Italian. My son is picky and he said it's now his favorite! This place is absolutely fantastic. Service gets a 10. Server and owner came to our table numerous times and even gave my 4 year old daughter some fantastic ice cream without us even asking. In January, We had a family get together at the new Spagos on Cabana. A party of 16. It was so busy in the restaurant that night but our waiter did a superb job in taking care of all our needs. oh man i wish i lived a lot closer to this place but if i did live closer i think i'd be about another 200 pounds heavier. i've been here about 5 times now and i love it more and more service is great (but maybe cause i go with someone that knows the owners and drops a good 500 bucks everytime he goes) grandma in the kitchen cooking up a storm i'll just rate the last thing i had was this past weekend the osso buco. amazing. great flavor and done perfect. they usually have two different specials and i recommend getting at least one of them each time you go. read more

The staff here is absolutely amazing. We ubered to this location thinking we had an 8 o'clock reservation for 4, however, when we arrived we realized that our reservation was at the Spago in Caesars Casino. Being from the U.S., we didn't have any cell phone signal or wifi to get directions to the other location. The manager was SO helpful and hospitable towards us. He even was going to the extent of downloading the uber app for me. It ended up not working properly, so he went out of his way to have one of his employees personally drive us to the other location. I was thrilled with this service. He could have chosen to kick us to the curb, but instead he helped us to an extent that we never expected. The meal we had at the Caesars location was FANOMINAL.
