The only thing this place is good for is watching a good sports game. The food is mediocre and over priced, the place smells awful and they have the worst service of anywhere I've been. Our waitress accidentally gave our breadsticks to another table and we were kept waiting until after we finished our meal just to get our breadsticks. I'll never go here again. read more

This place has awesome pizzas and draft beer selection. When you go, you might want to share because the portions are huge. The prices are reasonable to cheap and the service is good. Very family friendly and can accommodate large parties. read more

This place has great food, and seems like it would be perfect for a family dining experience. Their burgers are great, and the mac and cheese is very very good. Unfortunately, the two times we have gone there, the atmosphere has been so thick with smoke that we were unable to enjoy the food. We (almost literally) choked down our food and left as quickly as we could. Perhaps we will give this place another try, when the Michigan no-smoking law goes into effect. read more

The pizza is awesome! The alfredo pizza is my favorite. My problems with it are the beer is pricey and the wait staff is slow and sub par.

Great place for bar pizza. Only down fall is it can be a bit loud at times with the arcade games for the kids.

My wife and I and our three kids used to really enjoy this place. In fact we ate there once or twice a week for many years. Read our Google review and you'll know why we now rate it a 1 star. It's a long story but suffice it to say the manager & at least one of their staff named Coon don't care one bit about customer loyalty. Their pizza is okay but you'll wait 45 mins for one on most nights and that's if your lucky. Lastly, we don't know how it's possible but they have NO hot or even warm water in their public bathrooms. We can only hope the cooks aren't using those but we're only saying this to warn others. We'll never ever return..! read more

Little did they know that my family have been very regular and loyal customers for years, but always ordered pizza for carry out. I was a little skeptical by some of the reviews listed. We had a birthday party with about 20 people and I was very pleased with everything. Food was all good and everyone ordered different off the menu. We had one waitress and she was very attentive. We received food with not much of a wait. Great food and sports bar. Cheese dip!

We went to Spags on Saturday around 4:00pm. We were between games and told the waitress we were on a time constraint and please serve the boys first. When we arrived there was no one else in the restaurant... we had a group of 20. Two people sat at the bar. They order and received their food before we were even given our drink orders of water!!!! 2 hours later our food finally arrived. By this time the boys had to scarf it down and get to their game... and they were the last ones served!!! While we were there other people arrived and all received their food before us. We also asked the waitress to give us all separate checks ... as we have done this many times in other places for tournaments... we also told her we needed our checks as soon as the food arrived. Half hour later still no checks .... we had to ask the front several times. Finally the bills come at its all together!!!! This was the worst service we have ever received. Food was cold. When we talked to the manager there was no apology... just excuses... saying didn't have reservation and restraunt was busy. Again no one was there when we got there. We have traveled all over Michigan, Ohio and Indiana for tournaments, have gone to restaurants with large groups and no reservations and have never had such horrendous service. The waitress had no personality and seemed perturbed we were there and management was no better. They will not have to worry as we will never go there again. And yes the smell - as in another review - is awful. I think it's the gas fireplace... very strong gas smell. read more

We love the pizza and breadsticks. Staff is friendly. There is about a dozen full size video games, keeps the kids busy while waiting for your food. Good selection of food, generous portion size. I don't know where the negative reviews come from for this place. Have gone there for years and the food is very good and quite reasonably priced. the Pizza is probably the best in the area. Good selection of beers. plenty of tv's , and we have never had any problem with the service. As to food timing if they are busy and you order a pizza it does take awhile to get it. They have real pizza ovens with real pizza dough. If for some reason we do not care what quality of pizza we get, we can go to any of the chain places that cook theirs on a belt oven and in 5 mins a have a mediocre pizza. read more

If you want to see what poor customer service looks like, come here. Typically when you walk into a restaurant, you are greeted with smiles. Not here. The people looked like they were hating life. It was almost a burden to take down your name. We were told it would take a minute to get table put together (we had a party of 6). After 30 minutes and 6 other parties had been seated, I asked how much longer. The hostess ran to clean off a table and we sat down. Our server came. He was pleasant enough. We ordered drinks and bar food. Our server forgot our drinks. Ok. We had to waive him down for refills. Fine. One of the drinks spilled. He stopped by after 30 minutes, acknowledged it spilled....but did nothing about it. After 90 minutes I asked were the food was (again, had to wave him down). He went to get it....all of it was cold. We had to wave him down again to get silver wave. No chance to get refills. No one asked if liked the food. The check came, and we weren't offered boxes. Finally we walked out. The people at the front watched us walk out without saying a word. Unbelievable level of disservice. Absolutely disgusting. NEVER go here. read more
