During our time here we have had to say goodbye to our beloved dog Chip who was my children's best friend for 15 years again always took great care of him and lovingly helped him pass. Recently we lost our Sarge who very suddenly had a medical emergency and needed to be let go. The entire episode was very traumatic for us but again I could not have asked for anything more of the staff. I now have two pups that they very thoroughly care for and treat us all professionally and with utmost care. It's a hard job to work with people and pets on some of their most difficult moments but they handle those with the same grace and care as the best days!

The vet I had was nervous around my 20 pound dog and held a plastic shield in front of his face while she examined him.. She did no testing and just "assumed" what it might be, started him on antibiotics, and told me to come back in 2 weeks for a recheck. My second visit was for a cyst drainage, when I called to make the appointment that is what I REQUESTED! When we got there the vet was not friendly whatsoever, held my dogs collar so tight I thought she was going to choke her, and stated they did not do cyst drainage and immediately resorted to scheduling our dog for surgery. Our dog is 15!!! Why would we want our 15 year old dog to have surgery? Why would you want to perform surgery on a 15 year old dog? When we said no she said okay I'll write your note and you're free to go. They then tried to charge us for a nail trim we requested but never received. I also questioned why I was even able to make an appointment for something they don't do? They essentially told me that their secretaries are not educated and that I should have been called back by a tech. Why was it not caught before I came? Do they not have a schedule? Can they not see what the appointments are for? I believe they wanted to keep the appointment so that they could still get paid and then schedule a surgery to be paid that way as well. I wasted my time, my money, and put my dog through an uncomfortable car ride at her age for nothing. I will not be returning to this vet and I will NEVER RECOMMEND to any one I know.

All the dogs seemed healthy and happy and well taken care of. My dog is almost a year and a half old now and is completely healthy, at a good weight, and so far there are no problems. Some of the older reviews say they only accept cash or check however we paid by debit card in 2024 so apparently that's a recent change. We got our questions answered easily before and after the transaction they've always seemed available by text if we had a question in the early puppy days since we didn't know what we were doing! The staff was friendly and the price was right. They also offer exit baths and grooming for an extra charge. If you blink you will miss the turn. They are set back a bit but they have added signs to direct you to the location. We are very pleased and will definitely use them again. The only problem we had was that they only accept cash or check. We didn't know that beforehand so I had to run back out another 20 minutes to find an ATM. I didn't even think to ask that ahead of time because in this day in age you would think that everybody would accept a card. Knowing that next time we will bring cash! If issues arise with one her animals, she will always respond appropriately, either taking care of the issue herself or referring you to a Veterinarian. Her charges are basically her costs. She doesn't try to profit. She helps cats & owners, pure & simple. If you love your cats but have a budget, she is amazing at helping maintain your cat's good health without breaking the bank. She has special accommodations for nursing moms and their kittens. Despite the number of cats in her house, it is clean and everybody is well taken care of. Wendy is well organized with her paperwork and adoption records. The reason we chose one of Wendy's cats was that she has her cats socialized to dogs, which we also have. We are grateful to have Fedya; he came from some bad circumstances and Wendy nursed him back to health.

My childhood dog was diagnosed with nasal cancer by this clinic, and I was told to cherish and enjoy whatever time I had left with her. Hearing that was absolutely devastating, and I spent days believing I was going to lose my best friend. Just days later, I sought a second opinion from All Kinds Vet in Callaway and was told that she did not, in fact, have nasal cancer. To receive such a serious diagnosis only to learn it was incorrect was shocking and heartbreaking. The fear, stress, and emotional pain this caused my family were overwhelming. My dog has since passed away. I will always wonder whether a correct diagnosis could have changed the outcome. Losing her has been one of the most painful experiences of my life, and the fact that we were given an incorrect cancer diagnosis only makes that loss even harder to accept. Because of this experience, I would never bring another pet here and will continue to warn friends, family, and other pet owners about what happened. Our pets are family, and they deserve accurate diagnoses, competent care, and compassion!!

Heather did a fantastic job ensuring they were ready for their new home. They are love bugs and gorgeous! I am very happy with Bert and Ernie. The kittens were healthy and well socialized. They like to be held and even allow me to rub their belly. Both are lap cats and sleeping in the bed with me. They both follow me around the house. I taught Jack to fetch and he does it for praise not even treats! Rose is such a love bug. Both cats know their names and come when called. Sometimes I just look at Jack and he starts purring Blue eyes Cattery is a legitimate breeder. Heather has a real love for her kittens. This was my first time using a breeder and was nervous about it but Heather reassured me. She also gave me the time and space I needed because I had recently lost my cat of 6 years Suddenly. I was able to describe my relationship with my previous cat to Heather and she directed me to the seal point pair. She understands the personality of her kittens. Heather also does her research into your home to find the right match. I will make one final recommendation and that is to get a pair. I think it helps in the socialization and makes the transition easier for the kittens. Two is much more fun. Think of the kittens as the beginning of a lifelong relationship.
