This place is great for your little princess to have a spa party. Laila and her team was absolutely awesome. They worked the magic while I sat back and enjoyed my daughter and her friends be pampered like princesses. The girls had fun walking the run way and taking photos. I'm glad to see this type of business in my area.

I just had the worst experience with this place and the owner . My daughter was celebrating her 4th birthday. The first sign I knew something was wrong is when the store owner had no patience with my daughter at all . From picking a color for her nails to getting them painted. If it's an experience that you are trying to pay for here it is a waste of money . While the store owner painted my daughter's nails I was trying to capture her experience with pictures and videos, but the store owner snapped at me telling me I need to hold my daughter hands . My daughter is crying the whole time remind you my daughter is a happy child she probably sensed that this wasn't the place to be . The owner still cannot get the manicure right for my daughter so we move on to the pedicure portion of the package . The store owner keeps trying to push the nail polish on me that dries faster than others more so than letting my daughter pick her own color like she did before . After my daughter was done getting her toes painted the store owner started putting my daughter's boots on her feet without her socks . I was confused because my daughter was do to get a back massage next. So I asked the owner ,should she be putting on her shoes if she's getting a back massage? The store owner snaps at me and explains why she did not put her socks on because her toes are still drying. That makes sense but if your toes are drying and you can't put socks on why would you put on my child's boots . I asked can my child just get her massage barefoot . Only reason I asked was because the other little girls walked around barefoot so I figured it wouldn't be a problem. The store owner tells me the kids are not allowed to be barefoot. The store owner and I have an exchange of words and she says "your daughter cannot get her massage I'm just going to give you your money back " mind you a relative paid for this experience in advance. I waited for her to refund the money and then she comes back and says " okay so what have you decided to do" I said ,"you just said my daughter cannot get her back massage and that you would be refunding the money now you're asking me what have I decided to do . The store owner looks me in my face and tells me she does not want any problems but then starts talking about me under her breath in front of me . When I asked her to repeat or speak up she tells me " she does not want to argue with me " . By this timer he relative my daughter's paternal Grandmother came to this establishment to see how things are going . When I make my relative aware of what's going on the store owner goes out her way to tell The relative that "I don't know what's going on between your family and her family but she(referring to me) has been negative the whole time and acting like she did not want to be here". How unprofessional for you As a so called Black Female business owner to provide poor rushed service , had us pay $75 for a pampering package to only just barely get my daughter's nails and feet done. Not get everything we paid for because of the remarks the store owner made for the store to only refund $5 for a back massage . I left the store upset and went to Journey's kids and spoke to an associate there that says everybody complains about this establishment. I only see good reviews so I hope this helps out anyone trying to do something nice for their little girl and give her a pampered experience. This place is not it . They are UNDERSTAFFED. They are crooks charging outrageous prices for service that no where near worth the price . And the store owner is just awful and unprofessional. If you are smart and do not want your money wasted DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!

A friend and I decided to check this spot out for the salt room and v steam. We made appointments…read morevia a phone call and had no problems getting a Saturday late afternoon appointment. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by the owners daughter. She had a very pleasant demeanor. She offered us drink option. I decided to have a cup of tea. We did have to sign a few liability documents. This form also discussed the various benefits of the services provided. We were given a tour of the facility. They have done an amazing job decorating this spa! Each room has a different purpose. For example, there is a room for the v steams, foot detox service, salt room, a massage room and a VIP room. The VIP. Room is essentially a salt room, however, peppermint is infused when you book this room. This was my first time doing a v steam. we were given robes to cover the bottom portion of our body. We were instructed to straddle a pot that included the steamed herbs. When I tell you it got a little warm!! We were given instructs to fan ourselves with the robe when we did get too hot. I don't know much about this service, so I can't compare it to anything else. For me, I don't have to do it again. We were given an option for sage to burn during this service. That was a nice addition. The salt room was very relaxing to me . If my friend and I were not talking I am certain I would have been asleep! Additionally I slept like a baby the night I indulged in this service. I typically wake up several times during the night. I did not wake up one time the night I had this experience! I encourage you to support this small business

I came here after purchasing a massage through Amazon local. I have to say, Danna REALLY knows what…read moreshe's doing. I feel like she's able to read/feel your body in a way your typical masseuse cant. I would give the massage alone 5 stars. What was pretty disappointing was that she cut my massage significantly shorter. I arrived 5 minutes early for my 11am appt. She took her time at the desk working and chatting with me - later talking on a the phone with her brother. Eventually she left to set up the room. My massage began at 11:09. I wasn't concerned at all since I figured she'd just start the full hour from there (since the late start was on her, not me). But to my surprise she ended at 11:57! I feel like 12 minutes is a significant chunk of time. The friend who recommended her to me mentioned that her massage was cut short as well (although not as much). When we finished up she offered me a package deal. As much as I enjoyed my massage, I don't feel comfortable paying $79 each for three massages if she's going to cut them almost a quarter short. I'm willing to pay more for a great massage - but I expect to get what I pay for.

I have a lot of sympathy for Danna, since the Groupon was clearly oversold beyond her capacity…read more (Bought 2 before it tipped but when I saw 1400 were sold, I knew it was going to be trouble.) Booking an appointment was definitely difficult. Unanswered emails and phone calls, or replies promising to follow up but never did. The business seemed to have multiple therapists before but when I asked to schedule 2 appointments for the same time (that's why I got 2 Groupon), Danna told me there would be only her. Finally when she added an online schedule, I booked one appointment for my bf. The place was a bit hard to find and more medical office like than spa but neither of us would have cared for a good therapist. After I picked him up an hour later, he said he felt pretty good tho the request to work on legs didn't really register she worked on the back more. (Ok, I know yelp was supposed to be the first person experience, so I am going to focus on the booking part, which I did all of it.) After I booked the second appointment, I got a call from Danna the day of saying she had to cancel due to her heart problem and said I could reschedule. Which I did rather promptly knowing how hard it was to find a slot. By the time the rescheduled appointment came around, I got another call saying the office had a water or electrical problem beyond her control and had to reschedule again. At least compared to Dan A and Krissy K, Danna did let me book beyond the Groupon's expiry date. (Just FYI, Groupon seems to split the deal price with the business.) Going online again, she was booked for solid and calendar only goes until April. Finally I gave up and called Groupon and got my refund.
