Their prices, packages and great Yelp reviews were all selling points that solidified my plan to book with them, and I was not disappointed. I initially planned to book on the website as I never prefer phone calls if I can avoid them, lol. Unfortunately, the website did not show any availability for the day I was hoping to go, but I figured it was because of the short 1-day turnaround. In an unusual move, I called D'lor just to be sure they didn't have availability and lucky me - they actually did have a spot. YAY! Bridget at the front was so patient and helped accommodate me for the day/time and package that I was looking for. Upon arrival, it was easy to find a parking space and head right on in. I was greeted warmly and given a short form to complete before heading in. The salon was booked and busy, set in a separate portion of the business, it was so peaceful as ladies hustled in and out. Once I finished my form I was taken to the ladies dressing area and given a locker that included a robe and slides. The space was intimate, offering a private toilet, sauna, and more, all in one space. Once I got changed I went and took a seat in the sitting room. This space was sooo comfy, I almost hesitated a bit when my masseuse came and got me lol. I hate that I didn't catch either of my providers name because they were both amazing! I went with one of their February packages that included a 60min massage, 60 min facial and a steam bath. I forgot about the steam bath but, wow, my massage and facial were great. My massage was nice, not life-changing, but it was a good experience. That facial? Amazing. After switching my medication recently, my skin has been struggling and I really needed a good facial and extractions. Miss Ma'am got me right!! She got under my skin in the best way, she even snatched a random hair that was on my chin without me asking LOL. All the spa services you'd expect along with all the salon services you could ask for. My first visit was a gel pedi and a quick barber cut. I had the pedi first, and it was perfection. La took her time and provided an exacting, detailed pedi that was amazingly relaxing. The nail area is small and intimate--I really appreciated the low-key atmosphere. Next up was my hair cut--I keep my hair super short these days and usually have to have it done by a barber. Getting both a pedi and my cut at the same place is quite the treat! Faye took excellent care of me! I even added on a shampoo--yes, I know "why get a nearly bald head shampooed?" Well, if you've ever had an excellent shampoo no explanation is necessary! Moreover, I learned about some styling possibilities that I never considered and now I'm really looking forward to my next fancy cut and dye! I was camping all weekend and between the cold air and cooking my skin next to the fire I thought an all over body exfoliation and moisturizing treatment would feel good. When you arrive you first notice that it's in a dumpy building but when you go inside it's a cute little boutique of stuff for sale like jewelry, bags and feel good items. It's quite different than most spas I go to which are more minimalist and sterile in appearance. This place is eclectic. Enough about the appearance. My therapist was fantastic. She had a kind and easygoing personality and was good at explaining the treatment. The salt rub down felt fantastic and was super relaxing. She wrapped me up and let the treatment rest on my skin with some warmth for comfort. When done she unwrapped me and put some slippers on my feet and had a bathrobe hanging on the door so that I could get up and shower the scrub off. When I exited the room she had the shower running with warm water and a towel and washcloth for me to rinse off. My skin felt great and I left feeling relaxed and pampered. In short it was a great treatment and I'll be back for other services. If you want a place that is cookie cutter looking like Massage Envy or Spa Sydell this is not the place for you. If you want a good spa treatment at an eclectic spa you'll love it.

When we called to book an appointment, the woman on the line said she found my gift card, stated my name and the amount. Then after she saw the purchase date, proceeded to tell my husband that the gift card was "booted" out of the system. How was it booted out of the system when you just pulled it up? So I called, the woman then told me that there is an expiration date on the paper. There was no expiration date. Then she says, oh well in the fine print, it says you can't use it after a year. When I read the fine print, it mentioned that the gift card must be valid for a year from the date of the reopening of the spa due (April 2020) to COVID-19 virus closure. My gift card was purchased in 2022 so I had no idea that applied to this. If there's a one year "policy" the person purchasing the gift card needs to be made aware. Nonetheless, this business is essentially stealing money. Someone paid this business $80, all for nothing. That is stealing, I don't care how you look at it. On top of that, I am looking for a new spa to get massages I would've loved to try this business out to see if I could make it a part of my self care routine. But I will never spend my money here. I write blogs & create content for places people need to try while in Atlanta. I've seen quality customer service, and this place is just not it. I really enjoyed this part especially when she put light pressure on my eyes over the warm towel, it felt really good. At one point she gave me a steam treatment and at another point she extracted some of my blackheads. She also massages my upper chest, my arms and my hands. I don't really remember the order because the atmosphere was so relaxing and I was so comfortable that I was in and out of sleep. Lastly, a 30 minute soak in the whirlpool that's cozy for 2. You also get a glass of champagne. Truly a getaway experience! Parking is free out front.
