Our A/C compressor went out on two of our cars and they diagnosed and repaired the issues with skill and precision. They followed up with us a few days later just to make sure everything was working. We're used to our local Point S so coming here from out of town was a reassurance that the company does things right. I found this place by driving around Spanish Fork. I got an appointment through Mr Ashby the owner. I came in the next day and was helped by a young man named Matt. (He was excellent). He took me to the garage to show me the problem they had found after taking the car for a test drive. The mechanic was super nice and you could tell he was honest. They made their recommendations and said it would be Monday AM before parts would be in. Showed us prices up front and we agreed to leave the car. Monday I called in and an older voice answered the phone and basically said don't call us, we will call you when it's ready. Very rude like. At 2:00 no call so we went to the shop. When we arrived the parts arrived at the same time. I left my daughter there to pay for the parts and service and I headed back to Idaho. At 3:30 they finished with the car. Overall, I would've probably giving them five stars. But my daughter said as she waited in the waiting room that old man that works there may have been the owner was whispering to another employee about what a jerk I was for wanting to get my car done on the weekend. I have no idea why he would say that as all of my dealings were with Matt and Matt was excellent. It offended my daughter enough that she wrote on his business card that if you're going to talk about the customers whispering needs to be done quieter, I can still hear you. So in summary, Matt, the mechanic, and the young man that must've been a supervisor were very good at their job, but the old guy that was there, ruined it for us I will not recommend them to anyone if they are so disrespectful that they will badmouth a customer even while they're still in the store. I can tell you I was as pleasant as one could be with them and I even told them that it is nice for my relatives and my daughter, who now live there to have a place where they can trust and go, and the people are friendly and honest I can't say positively that the jerk was the owner. They may have another older employee there that should be kicked down the road if they want to keep business, I know that for me, my family and relatives and lifelong friends that live in Spanish Fork will all get a copy of this review and the same review that I am putting on Google review and will not be recommending this place for a business or if you do decide to go there insist on working with Matt please call if the older people there are criticizing their paying customers in front of you. Apparently the "that you can never be too kind is not a priority for the older people that work there. But they do need to remember the quote on customer service that says if you don't take care of the customer, somebody else will. read more

I got new tires and knew I needed an alignment, so I brought my truck into Lance and Ethan. Turns out I needed new struts! These guys handled my pain in the butt warranty company and got everything fixed. So glad Point S is here in town cuz they do everything for the vehicle. Thank you guys!! read more

Spanish Fork people do not I repeat do not take your vehicle to Point S Tire for anything more than a tire change. We took our Jeep in to check a leak after a trip to Colorado and it turns out it was the transmission line. They claimed they could totally take care of it and at the time of them changing the transmission line they shot our battery and alternator resulting in almost $2,000 in repairs. Just under a month later there was another leak. We took it back in and it turns out a seal on the transmission line they had just replaced had broken. this was under warranty so there was no cost to us however they forgot to refill the transmission fluid. After one day or two our car began to whine as you accelerated. Took it back in again and they refilled the fluid. This however did not fix the whining noise. We took it in again to the Point S and they let us know that the transmission was going out. They attempted to make the claim that 148,000 miles on this transmission is impressive and that we're lucky we made it that far, and would not take any ownership of the transmission problems themselves same goes with the battery and alternator. Another $2,000 later we have a newer transmission. Today driving it home from the mechanic I noticed a check engine light on. I called back to point s and he said that light was there when you came in. We have talked multiple times and not once was that ever mentioned a check engine light or the fact that it said the 02 sensor was out. He said they had notated that when they started working on it and that it would be $360. Needless to say they won't be working on my car again. And I hope that you avoid having them work on your vehicle as well. Their motto is No Stress with Point S and I beg to differ. read more

I was put right into the middle of every tourists worst nightmare when my car started overheating and the first mechanic I took my car to tried to scam me for more than my car's worth (Provo Car Doctors, seriously don't go there...). Lance and his team at Spanish Fork Automotive not only saved me hundreds of dollars, they revived my car, went above and beyond to ensure the comfort of myself and my fiancé, and got me safely back to California. They are amazing people who know how to treat the people that come to them for help like more than customers. Steve and his whole crew are amazing. Professionally, I run a company near by that we have our oil changes done by them on the daily. They are fast and the quality to detail is always spectacular. Personally I trust them with my own vehicles too. I have gotten all my vehicles worked on by them, from new tires to replacing a oil pan plug that was stripped from different shop, and a complete replacement of motor mounts. They have always been outstanding with their workmanship and when you factor in labor and parts the prices are better than fair. Always a pleasure gents. read more

Spanish Fork Auto has been very helpful and they have been great to work with and I appreciate very much the work they have done and the service they give. The only thing that upset me is they gave me a price of what it would be to fix something. When I went to pay for it after the work had been done they said they forgot to add in some parts and other things and the price jumped "just a little bit". A little bit to me would be maybe $200. Well, a little bit was $600 more. That is not a "little bit." That probably would require a phone call with a price jump like that. read more

I was traveling across Utah and began having vehicle trouble. The owner, Steve, was kind enough to quickly get my Toyota into his very busy shop for an evaluation. He and his mechanic were pleasant and professional, even when delivering what was some bad news. They were able to easily explain the issue(s), provide temporary solutions to complete my trip home, and help me understand what the final solution fix would entail. Steve went above and beyond for a non-local customer. I have no hesitations in recommending his shop and services from this experience. I even got an impromptu lesson on improving my elk calls.
