Sure I don't want my car wash to take an hour...but I don't want it to be rushed. I paid $30 for a what seemed like an in depth package. They did everything in the package....but no attention to detail. My car sort of looks cleaner, but with dirty parts! Didn't finish drying off, so car is covered in streaks and water marks! Interior some parts look oily while other parts are dry! Now I have to finish the job myself at home. Thanks for nothing Won't go back. read more

Went there for the first time today after seeing all the good reviews, I was quite shocked. Once my car came out of the car wash the people drying it did the bare minimum there's always a few stains left on the hood or doors that the car wash doesn't get they made no attempt to get them off, dried it barely it was still wet in spots.. so I took it home and had to go over it and get all the spots off the car wash on El Camino and Encinitas Boulevard does a better job they always get off the extra spots that the car wash doesn't and it's a few dollars less next to LA fitness read more

There are so many options for places to get your car washed - why would anyone ever but up horrible service? I have a high-roof van that needs to be washed by hand however I didn't want/need the top to be washed which is the biggest pain in the butt. I requested that they just wash the front, sides and tires and vacuum the inside. Shouldn't be a big deal, right? They wanted to charge me $80 for this simple bare bones wash! When we negotiated for a package of washes (I run a tour company and was getting it washed 1-2 times per week) I agreed to a package of 10 washes for $500 - a $500 ticket - and that's when the real terrible customer service kicked in. The team would all throw their towels in the air and point and laugh when I arrived and cracks jokes in Spanish and given that my tour company operates in Mexico - I knew they weren't saying how much they valued a long-term customer. Take your money elsewhere. These guys are lazy and not great at what they do. These photos are AFTER the wash!! read more

Lately the car wash they provide here has been going downhill. One time recently I paid extra for trim polish and they skipped it. I had to point it out and wait even longer while they finished. I questioned whether to take my car here again today but I needed it cleaned before a trip and decided to make a quick stop. I always make sure to close my windows before a car wash. Today was no exception. When my car was finished with the cleaning they waved, "Finished!" and I walked over, tipped them and got into my car. I immediately noticed there was water all over the inside passenger side dashboard, air vents, inside the door, the speakers, seat, and the backseat and back door as well. I asked the employees what happened and they said one of their staff accidentally opened the window a bit before running it through the wash. They knew there was water inside my car but didn't say anything or bother trying to dry it! I asked them to wipe up all the water, which they did, but they kept claiming they didn't know who the manager was when I asked. I finally found the manager and he replied that it's the customer's responsibility to make sure windows are closed. I pointed out that all windows were closed before I left the car. He then said they will make sure windows are closed next time. There will not be a next time. Their job quality has deteriorated and now they're damaging property but not taking responsibility. After a terrible experience with a mobile wash guy that was a no-show this morning, I needed a last-minute hand wash for my Tesla. I ordered the bucket wash ($45) and my car looks as good as when I've paid for a $200 detail! Teslas have good looking but low-quality paint so us owners are stuck with minimal choices, as we can't take them to any place that will put them in the automatic drive-through. This Chevron has about 20 different options between the cheapy drive-through, to full detail, and lots of hand-wash options in between. When they were finishing up, I did have to point out a couple spots they overlooked, but for $45 it was welll worth it ! My car looks amazing, both interior and exterior! read more

Paid $25 for an "upgraded" wash. Ended up with hair on the dashboard and wheel shine marks on the car. Had to flag one of the gentlemen down after giving a tip to redo the dashboard. He barely touched it. Drove off in a barely cleaner car than I had brought in. Not sure why there are so many good reviews. read more

Brought my Jeep Cherokee here after being told by other car detailers that the stains on the seats would not come out. I spoke with Hugo who said he would be able to get the stains out and that I did not have to pay until I saw the job and was satisfied. I paid for the gold 17.99 being guaranteed and informed of good work. Was told I'd have a lotion put on my dash and seats and side panels of my doors as well as a car freshener. Neither was done. My pictures show that. They half butted wiping my center dash console. And it even seem to have some type of over spray on my driver door door panel. If I had an extra 30 minutes I would of stayed but needed to be at work by 1015. Won't be going back nor will I refer it to any customers or 90 Of coworkers. Very disappointed. read more

This place isn't very good. When we drove up two cars were abandoned by the vacuums without anyone working on them. We went to the cashier and found out the full service coupon didn't include the regular wash so the $3 off coupon didn't work. While waiting, three other cars came out after the two that were ahead of mine so I was #5 instead of #3 on a slow Monday morning. Then the guy noticed that it hadn't been vacuumed so he drove my car around to the vacuums again. When he finally got back I noticed that a lot of the bugs were still on the front grill and there were a lot of smudgy smear marks but at that point I just wanted to leave. I came in with my truck which had some mud around the fenders and wanted just the basic car wash but was told due to the mud the wash was going to cost me $40. I agreed to that price even though it was more then twice as much as the basic. My truck came out and looked clean as I walked to the drivers side and got in. When I got home I looked at my truck in more detail and noticed there was still dirt on the passenger side doors and water spots all over the car. I called the cash wash and asked to speak to a manager. I was told the manager was unavailable and would call me back if I left my name and number. I am still waiting for that call back and it's been two weeks. Needless to say I won't be returning back to this place. I understand that issues happen but because of the lack of communication on the managers part I will not be returning. read more

I came to this place to get throw up cleaned out of my drivers seat. The 4 1/2 stars seemed promising, but boy was I wrong. The manager helped us and said he would clean the throw up out of the drivers seat. We payed a large amount of money for just the drivers seat, but I was willing to pay that for a decent job. Upon receiving my car, there was still throw up residue all over the carpet and side doors. Not to mention, the smell was worse. I tried to ask for extra wipes to clean off the throw up residue, but they charged me $20 for regular clorox wipes. I had to get my car detailed a second time, and the second detailer informed me that when he looked underneath the seat panel, there were throw up chunks everywhere. Definitely not the best job they could have done, and not worth the price! read more

I was in the area and decided to get my car washed. Found this car wash with quite good reviews and when I pulled up appeared like there was at least 10-12 young gentlemen just sitting and waiting for work so I gave it a shot... and was completely disappointed. First of all, I thought the whole process was rushed due to me being the last costumer for the day. I even watched a vacuum guy doing his poorly job. Secondly, when my vehicle was ready, I checked it around and saw several dirty spots. So now I had to look closer and point every single spot to this young man, who honestly looked like he was doing me a favor. If I am paying $30 for a wash I want it to be as good as possible. Half fast is far from being good. Dear owner, if you are reading this, I would like you to ask yourself what is important to you: quantity or quality? I understand you might have the most hardworking men in town, but if they lack attention to detail then all of them are liabilities not only to you, but mostly to you reputation. I often come in for car washes and have always been pleased. But Hugo and Ramiro recently went above and beyond to make me into a customer for life. A week or so ago I came in for a full detail but the shop was closing, so the team agreed to give me a free wash if I prepaid for the detail and returned another day. When I came in yesterday to claim the detail, I discovered I had lost the receipt. Hugo waited very patiently for me to look for it, but when I came up empty he suggested I check my bank account for the transaction and text him a screenshot. I was able to do that, but the shop was once again closing. Ramiro agreed to do the full detail anyway, staying after-hours to get it done. Both gentlemen were professional and incredibly kind, and the team did an amazing job making my 2008 RAV4 look new again. After buying a used car I HAD to take it in to get rid of the funky smell and hopefully reduce the number of stains on the seats. I thought the best I could hope for was a better smell. There was no way those seats were coming clean! Ramiro and I discussed the options and he smiled and said not to worry, he'd take care of me. Oh boy did he! When I came to pick it up Austen Edey were there to surprise me with a CLEAN interior! Imagine you were the driver for the whole soccer team for the season kinda bad interior before. The after was amazing. They even got stains off the ceiling (headliner). The clay treatment to the outside brought back the showroom shine. I am going to be taking my cars here from now on. I paid for a hand wash which includes some things from lower level washes, like cleaning the dashboard and using dressing and things like that. I would say they did a good job on the things they touched like vacuuming the wash itself and the spray wax, but they didn't touch my dashboard at all, when I was driving home I noticed it was still just as dusty as it was before. They also left quite a few streaks on my windows. It's a little disappointing because I paid for a nicer wash and they didn't do the basics. Probably wouldn't go back for something like I got but if you just want a relatively cheap, quick and good wash then I would go. The people who work there are nice enough and work hard. read more

This is not a hand car wash. You pull up and your car goes through the machine wash, then they wipe it dry. It was very fast, but lots of water marks. I won't be back. Also, I was not handed any customer survey when leaving. read more
