I came in yesterday with my car that just went on 2 week road trip to Minnesota and back. You can imagine my front bumper... bugs caked on. I also park under a eucalyptus tree in front of my house that drops sticky stuff all over the top which is impossible to get off. Let's just say I would rather go through a drive through car wash and vacuum and wipe down my car myself. I got a gold level car wash here on a Sunday afternoon and am very disappointed. My car has water spots on the windows, the interior was spot cleaned, they didn't give me an air freshener that is supposed to come with the wash. There are several spots on my car they completely skipped over. This would be worth a $8 drive through car wash but by no means $18. I'm totally bummed because there were some good reviews. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

Disappointed again with this place. The guy who took my truck tells me I should go for the $99 detail package because my truck needs it. I agree. 30 minutes later I get me truck back, initially happy with what I see. But when I get it home I look at the passenger side and it looks like it wasn't even cleaned- water spots all over it. And when I look at the rims they were not cleaned well either. Plenty of spots where there is still think layer of dust. They didn't use any brush in the spokes of the rim and just did a surface wipe that missed a lot of spots. Then I look in the bed of the truck and it is literally untouched, still dirty and dusty, not even wiped. For $100 the truck should be clean, period. This is the second time I've been let down by this place. Never again. read more

Well, I normally do not go out of my way to write a review but I REALLY must - the experience I had was that amazing!! I brought our truck in for a wash on the recommendation of a friend. The truck emerged being everything our friend had indicated it would be - SUPER CLEAN - almost to the point of looking like they had mistakenly done a detail on it (the truck is black so that says a lot....)!!! I was happily driving home when I noticed our antenna was not looking right and then off it flew. UGH, I knew it was too good to be true. But alas this is where the story gets really good!!! I had little hope that the car wash would take responsibility but thought I would try to phone and see what was what. Marcos not only phoned me back but we had a very nice conversation and he told me to either bring it to our repair person or bring it back over and they would fix it. I even sent him a video of our antenna to make sure it was the same. He not only got the same antenna from the dealership but when they were unable to install it instructed me to take it over and have it fixed there. When I gave our regular service advisor Marcos' information to contact him for payment (as instructed by Marcos to do!!) he was doubtful how this would turn out. I explained that Marcos had been most pro active in this process and told him I thought he would be impressed in his dealing with Marcos - to say he was would be an understatement!!! Marcos showed up IN PERSON (I had also given Marcos my service advisors contact information) to pay him before he ever got the opportunity to contact him!!! To say that I am impressed with not only the car wash but the business as a whole and their ethics would not be doing them justice!!! I was here getting my car washed, the guy who was vacuuming it came up and wanted to show me something on my car. I'm thinking "what now". He's pointing under the driver's seat and I was pleasantly surprised to see a $100.00 bill that I had unknowingly dropped there. Not only did I pay for the $50 for the Bucket package but my car is nowhere near clean. Externally there were white and black smudges (wax? were not there when I brought it in) that with my finger I was able to remove, and they missed spots entirely. With 5 people wiping down the outside, I would expect a more thorough job. The interior was worse! Not only did they NOT vacuum all of the dog hair, but there were parts of the floor near the base of the seats they didn't touch at all, and I had a small car kit in the truck they just vacuumed around. You can see in several places where they missed corners wiping, and they didn't touch the steering wheel at all, along with both visors still being dirty. AND I don't know what they used to wipe down, but it left an oily film on everything that I had to wipe down. They were not busy at all on a Tuesday at 2pm, but somehow I will still need to spend an additional 30-45 minutes cleaning what they missed and trying to get the smudges off the outside of the car. I do not know why they have such high ratings. read more

Wanted to charge me $40 just for *exterior hand wash because my Toyota Tacoma has a ladder rack. It's never been a issue any where else. And you were going to reject service it should be offered at a discount rate. $50 to include interior wipe down. read more
