NEW MANAGEMENT DO NOT COME HERE!!! Good reviews are fake or from the previous management! I pay for multiple vehicles monthly at this location . At first it was amazing . Great customer service , quick, and the quality of the wash was unmatched. I noticed a DRAMATIC change when the attendant checking you in was replaced with a lady I have never seen before . She is unfriendly , slow, and has asked for $20 up charge to do things I am receiving with my wash previously. The employees doing interior work hardly vacuum . This isn't one instance and has happened multiple times with different vehicles. Another customer had the great idea to just keep running it through the wash until they did it right . I will almost always tip a considerable amount due to the great service I was receiving but ever since that lady began working there it has been complete garbage . Attached is the last 2 trips. The services and terms haven't changed as to what's included in the wash I'm sure whoever reply's will give some BS about it not being included in the package to defer responsibility . It is a considerable amount to have multiple vehicles monthly and I will be cancelling all the memberships . The guy who used to run the place needs to come back . If I can give it zero stars I would I paid $75 for super clean detail! My car wasn't that difficult or hard to clean at all but I needed it clean throughout inside and outside that why I paid for the higher rate than regulars. It was my first time there and definitely it will be my last!!! I was called at the end to check the car and drive I went there the car was still dirty outside at some points, the manager came and asked and I said I am not happy, she asked one of the girls to come and clean small things, that girl kept looking at me giving me attitude as if I wasn't supposed to say anything about how not clean my car was !! Both of them didn't care, even the manager she left me without final confirmation if I see it fixed or not and went there with the other girls to count tips money!!!!! No customer service or customer care at all! I don't think the whole crew know how to do business in car wash I went home checked the car again and I saw these terrible areas to confirm how I felt and saw there Dirty spots inside and they tore down my driver seat original cloth. Not to mention again the exterior of the car!! I can't believe this is how they want to do business and keep it going?!!! Bought the wash that included vacuum inside do the dash and windows. The mats were dirty wasn't vacuumed right. No one helped the guy clean he did it all alone I assume because he wasn't Mexican. I have been a member here for three years. Went in today to have service and was treated completely different and in completely frustrated with the change in management. I was rushed through and told if I want additional services, everything was going to be an independent charge I am a person that not only tips very well every time I get my car cleaned, but I have multiple cars with thislocation. Paid $34 for what I thought would be a car wash and clean out and vacuum interior. When I left, console had not been touched, the seats had not been wiped out, trash under the seats. The dash had been wiped but lots of missed spots. Very disappointing. Not worth the money read more

I took my truck to get washed at splash n dash in NRH. I pulled in the back and a guy was prepping my truck to get washed. While he was spaying my truck the rubber hose was banging on my truck from front to back. I pulled through the car wash and parked so a young woman could detail the inside of my truck. About10 minutes went by. I decided to walk out to my truck to see how she was doing. As, I was walking around my truck I noticed a scratch about a 1/2" long and a 1/4" wide on the back passenger side of the bed. I asked to talk to a manager. A man came out and started picking at the scratch. I told him to stop he was making it worse. He said he wanted to see how bad it was. Finally the manager came over and asked what happened. I told her about the man prepping my truck was banging the hose off my truck and he could have got to close with the nozzle. She basically called me a liar and said he didn't do that . She had worked with him and he would never do that. I asked if she was back there watching him and she said no. So I asked how was she supposed to know if he did or didn't do it. I ask for the corporate number and she said she wasn't giving me that information. I started to get frustrated and ask her what was going to happen about the scratch. She told me to leave my information and she would review the video when she had the time. That basically told me she wasn't going to do shit about the scratch. She got mad and I wasn't going to talk to her like that and I could just leave. She told the woman that was cleaning to stop. I told her that I already paid so she needed to finish the job. She said she would refund me the money. The manager at that splash n dash needs to learn how to be a manager. Now I have an ugly scratch on my nice red paint job. This is my favorite place to come for a car wash! The main reason is because they actually wipe your car down after you go through the wash so I don't have water spots. There is a closer car wash near my house but since they don't offer this service, I would rather drive further to this location. Some car washes also come with a 4 or 7 day guarantee, so if it rains during that time frame, you can come back for a free wash. This place offers a lot of deals throughout the week and off Groupon. They give 15% off on Thursdays and 20% off to military and veterans all the time. They also have a rewards program where your 10th car wash is free. I don't think there is such a thing as a five star wash. I paid $22 for the wheel deal deluxe wash. Here is what I got; Front end still had noticeable dead bugs and spots from parking under a tree. When it was dried off they didn't pop the hatch and dry so when I drove off the lot my back window was covered in water. The wheels were nicely armor all'd but the rims were half assed. Interior was well vacuumed, but the windows weren't taken care of at all. Finger prints and smudges. After spending money on a deuce wash I'll still have to take care of these details myself. Just moved to the area and found this car wash on Groupon to try out. Everyone was nice and working hard. I'm not sure why all the one star reviews are on here. Groupon has 94% of their customers recommending this place. I got the super wash and they did a great job. The wash comes with fragrance packets also. The hand drying and wheel polish take a little bit more time but it's worth it to have a nice, shiny, clean car :) I even saw a worker using the compressed air to get to every nook in a truck's grill. Talk about service! There were a lot of cars there but I was in and out in under 30 mins. They have a $4.99 Wash N Go deal but they hand dry your windows too! BEWARE - if you have kayak racks or any aftermarket item on your car - do not use this car wash!!!!! I took my car through the wash last Thursday May 13 and toward the end something took one of my Thule kayak racks off my car. I heard and felt something on the roof and when I finally went through the end of the wash and parked I realized one of my racks was GONE. The whole incident was very unnerving! I immediately went and had an employee come and see the damage. He ran into the wash, found my rack and tried to reinstall it. It could not be done because the rubber grips were missing as well. He ran - literally - back into the bay and found two of the grips. The rack would still not install properly - it carries two kayaks. A woman next to me came over to talk to me about it - could not believe it had happened. He went and brought another employee over and I filled out a damage report and was told someone would be calling me. The employee that tried to help was wonderful - even pulled up a you tube video to try to figure out how to install them. When I had them installed two years ago I had it done by an engineer friend of mine who has the same racks and kayaks. Upon arriving home and reinspecting my car that nite I noticed a small crack in the front corner of my windshield as well. As of May 20 I had not had a call from anyone affiliated with Splash n Dash. I drove back over and found the same employee who said he had no idea why noone had called but he would contact the local manager and that person would call. He also made a comment when I asked how in the world this could have happened -- that some kind of brush had come down on top of my car that should not have. The local mgr called and left a message - I called back and he told me there was nothing they could do but he would try to reinstall the rack. I set a meeting this morning at 9 and asked to see the video so I could see how this could have happened. Thule racks are the best - have feet with rubber grips that attach to your roof rack and if 2 14" kayaks don't remove them how could a car wash????. He spent the first 20 minutes trying to attach the rack - told me there was no way to retrieve the pieces that were missing - there was also no way the wash or kayak chipped my windshield and that the racks were probably loose because of my car being out in the elements. I explained my car was garaged every nite and some days depending on my work schedule so that was a non issue. I went to the office with him to see the video and another employee joined us. He showed me the car from both sides and you do see the rack flying off but you can't tell how it happened. The other employee mentioned that a brush had come down that should not have and the manager immediately said that had nothing to do with it as all. If so why did two of the employees say that??? He also said there was no way the car wash chipped my windshield since the rack flew off to the back of the car. I said fine but are you at least going to replace the parts missing and he said no - there was nothing they could do. He stated there is a disclaimer outside the car wash stating they are not responsible for aftermarket items. I have never noticed that and I am certain many, many other people have not either. I have used this wash at least four or five times this year with the racks on my car and nothing ever happened. So obviously something was different this time and I am sure the employees were correct - some kind of brush came down that should not have. It is too bad that the manager was not willing to be of any help at all and did not seem to care at all. I will never use this again and will make everyone I know aware of this incident and the fact Splash N Dash Management did not care at all about my car or me. I am certain if either of those two young men employees were managers they would have been more truthful and helpful than the manager I dealt with. I went here because they said they could "super clean" my car. Well, they were mostly right, except for the smears on my windshield. The chrome had an oily residue on it, most likely from the armorall. Undercarriage still dirty, incomplete buffing on door panels, crevices in body panels still had dirt. I did give 3 stars for the interior. That they did great with. I found no issues with the interior. Just disappointed with the 120.00 price tag for what I got. read more

just purchased a car from the honda dealer in ft. worth, no damage until going through the splash and dash car wash. my roof molding was pulled off !! damage occured sept. 27, 2022, ask mgr to have owner call me, to informaly resolve yhe issue, finally received a answer! mgr apologized, via text on 10.8.22 but owner ordered her to inform me he would not pay the $38.00 to replace my roof molding.he stated he washes over 5000 cars a month, and has had no damages prior. check your camera, accidents happen, you own a business be accountable, responsible and do the right thing!! decatur splash and dash wants our $20 for the wash, and to tip the hired help, but when something goes wrong, not be responsible. i will bever go back again, and i will inform everyone this business doesnt care about you or your car (that you pay a great deal on every month) and fails to respond in a timely manner . btw, my car was still dirty in areas, the cashier offered to run it thru again. damage 1x wont trust you 2x. stay away, save yourself the stress, and inconvenience of having to go to dealer, order part, pay for part, go back to dealer, then pay for installation as well !! read more

I usually get my car washed here every 2 weeks, when its not raining for 2 weeks strait. I went there today and got the worst service ever. I had to bring my car back and the assistant manager was so rude.. Basically told me that I didn't spend enough to have a good job done on my car ( 30.00). Also if finger prints stay on your car for to long they wont come off. I could not even see out my window when the sun hit it for all the streaks. Still had bird poop on my car. and barley vac. Decided to come here last Sunday and was debating on paying the $55 a month for the unlimited service. Got the $29 car wash. I have an suv and was in the process of moving so before i got to the car wash i had moved the few things in my back seat to the very back of the suv as i was only concerned for having front and back seat done. As i pulled out of the wash and under the tent for them to do the inside i got out of the car and a Hispanic lady with short curly hair opened my hatch and i told her no don't do that and i went inside. After i left and got home i opened my hatch to remove the stuff and i noticed my daughters tv i just got her in March for her birthday was just thrown across the stuff. I had specifically had it placed to be cushioned. I took it inside and plugged it in and the screen was crushed. I called the car wash and emailed them leaving the information about the tv and how to contact me. No call back. Next evening at close to six when i get off work i called. I was told i would get a call back. Finally the next evening the girl that i paid for my car wash when i first pulled in (i verified this with her when she called me) stated the video footage showed the woman leaving my hatch open and the tv failing out then thrown back into my car. I was then informed that i would not be compensated for the tv but given a $50 credit towards services. I asked for the manager and was left on hold so long that when i hung up to call back they were closed. I called first thing the next day and spoke to Juan. He refused to do any thing but the $50 credit then stated there was no video footage of the whole incident. I have called and asked for the actual owner to call me and he claims he's given the owner my info and i have received no call back. This is a 32 inch flat screen that cost about $220 at Walmart nothing fancy but i expect this to be replaced. read more

Went in for a hand wax and detail paid $90 for a mediocre wash. The wheels were still spotty, and hard surfaces were still dusty. Paid extra for them to vacuum the inside because of dog hair they were upset when I pointed out the spots they missed going as far as the man working on the vehicle telling me not to let my dogs in the truck...uhm very disappointed in the customer service as this was not a regular old car wash.
