I have had good not great service from this dry cleaner. My family has used this business for about 2 years for our dry cleaning needs. But..a few things have made me take my business elsewhere Recently, I needed to have two long special occasion dresses cleaned. The girl at the counter told me that the rhinestone straps on one of the dresses could be damaged or lost. Anyway, I decided to quickly remove the rhinestone straps thinking I would sew them back on when I got the dress back. That same dress had rips on the bottom hem. When my husband picked up the two dresses it was over $80. Now I am okay with paying for a premium service if premium service is provided but for $40 to dry clean a long dress, DO NOT have me remove the straps so they won't get damaged. Also, they sent my husband a text that they could repair the bottom hem of the dress after he picked up my order. That service wasn't offered to me when I was dropping off the dress. My second experience was with a yellow dress and two small light marks (photo) - The manager told me that they might not be able to get the marks off the dress. Really? That disclaimer has happened almost every time I have dropped off any clothing item that has a mark or spot to this dry cleaner. These were not heavily soiled or stained garments - just light marks from general wear. What's the purpose of dry cleaning if not to get the clothes clean? If they are going to tell me every time that I drop off clothing that my items may be damaged or they might not be able to clean it completely, I'll find a place more confident in their abilities to provide the service they are charging me for. read more

Just spent an enormous amount on dry cleaning. Although I don't mind the cost, I expect good work for the amount! BEWARE if you have delicate expensive items.. they safety pin the bottoms with whatever instructions you give and the pins make holes in you delicate clothes! Who does that? No other dry cleaner I have been to does that! So upset and disappointed that some of my brand new cloths, only worn once, now have holes at the bottom! Many of my Pants were very thin material. Very upsetting. Why don't they put pins of tags inside the clothes?!? The worker there was very nice. But still.... Sparkle cleaners was suggested to me by a lot of people. Maybe others don't mind it. But I don't like holes in my clothes. read more

I use these guys all the time for my dry cleaning because they always do what you pay them to do. But here's the thing... I was in a bit of a pickle and couldn't get my clothes on the other end of town. I called them, they hooked me up with the route manager for their delivery service and they delivered my clothes at no extra cost! I love it... not only do they take care of my dry cleaning but they take care of me and that is the best feeling ever! read more

Have been here a few times. All staff have been friendly. They text me when items are ready, starch my shirts to my desired amount, and they reuse/recycle bags and hangers. And the price is reasonable. Cant beat that read more

THEY LOST SIX BRAND NEW SHIRTS - charged me over $300 for cleaning, and didn't return my items. I brought in 6 BRAND NEW men's button up shirts to be cleaned last Thursday. When I showed up to pick up my items, they said they did NOT have them.... This was over $300 dollars of dry cleaning and they've "lost" all 6 of my never-worn shirts. They didn't say sorry and blamed me and said I must have already picked them up. I definitely didn't pick them up. I have been a longtime customer and they still had no apology nor did they try to make things right. This is absolutely unacceptable. read more

I've had nothing but really positive experiences here -- the staff are super, super friendly and always willing to help figure out the best way to take care of your items. And, service is fast! I've always been able to pick up my items the next day by 5pm. If you go enough, ask for a private laundry bag--I just got one, and it gives you added flexibility. You can drop your clothes in the store overnight, and it will be ready by 5pm the next day. I can't wait to take advantage of this since I always forget to drop off my dry cleaning and it will be after hours. Prices are pretty fair--would be nice if they added some deals if you have lots of items (I've had up to six at a time which gets really pricey). Free water bottles when you leave is a great perk! read more

Do not patronize. I delivered 4 mens shirts to be laundered. Their advertised rate is 3 shirts for $8. I was shocked when I picked up the order and was charged $25. Clerk defended his action by stating "shirts are polyester and must be dry cleaned". This is a fraudulent statement. Polyester fabric is washable. And to make the situation worse....they lost the fourth shirt. BEWARE! read more

I will never use this dry cleaner again. Had alterations and cleaning done. They emailed me to come pick up my clothes. I left work early the next day to pick them up and they weren't ready. Then I got another email saying they were ready, I called to confirm they were ready and took off work early again to go get them. They were ready but they had promised it would not exceed a certain dollar amount without calling me to let me know and it exceeded that amount by over $30. I just had the worst experience at this dry cleaner. My daughter dropped off a suit last night and was told it would be $17-$19. When I picked it up it turned into $29. The woman who helped me was extremely rude. She said, and I quote, "It's $29, I don't know what happened, I wasn't here." Then she added in, and I quote, "Maybe they didn't know there was a vest." Of course they knew there was a vest - the pick-up receipt was for THREE pieces. I wasn't even given a receipt. It seems like someone pocketed $10 . . . read more

Watch out for the upcharges!! You only find out the REAL price when it is time to pick up the clothes. They arbitrarily decide to charge to dry clean items that manufacturer tag clearly mark as washable-- even if the customer asks for them only to be laundered. I see that others have complained of the similar issue with Sparkle Cleaners. read more

I absolutely love this place! I struggled for years to find a good cleaner in Phoenix, and never did. They get stains out that I thought would be there forever. I've left cash in my pocket a couple of times, and they always return it. The best part.... GIL! This man is always so cheerful, and goes out is his way to make sure that I'm taken care of. Horrible experience - I dropped off 12 shirts to be laundered with light starch, when I returned to pick them up, they informed me they decided to dry clean them instead of launder them, stating the shirts were not large enough to fit on their press equipment. They did not bother to call me and inform me of this issue, but seemed to think it was OK to charge over $100 for dry cleaning (not the $19 for laundering) without approval. The dry cleaned shirts were useless since I still have to iron each and every one, I can wash them at home and iron. I will never utilize this cleaner and urge everyone to be very careful. read more
