Their web page boasts about how they have mastered the art of shipping fish, so I didnt know what to expect but it certainly wasnt this. More than half of the fish arrived dead. One bag, the fish were actually disintegrated. Just particulate in the bag. They have been in our care for 3-4 hours now and several more have died. Now this is bullshit and guilt I have to deal with. They mailed these poor fish 2 day mail in insane heat with 1 single icepack in the cooler. 1. The rotten ass smell is all over my house. Ive never had a fish shipment shipped 2 day mail. The kind of people that would do this to animals is absolutely disgusting. Accidents happen. Fish death happens, but based on these reviews there doesnt appear to be any kind of lessons learned. Please educate yourselves. This cant be profitable for you.

First, the seasonal products like Talavera and pottery are priced higher than other merchants by 20% and I think that may be due to their location and the amount of inventory--my best advice is to wait for a sale. Second is the lack of a public restroom which I find ridiculous--they advertise on social media so their audience is broad, after a two-hour trip being told you can use a restroom at Trader Joe's is ridiculously inconvenient. Would I recommend The Happy Saguaro? Yes and no, if you're in the area or enroute to other destinations, it's worth a stop. If you're looking for something in particular you have to have, call and it can be worth the drive but realize you may be paying for it.

I assumed it was a terrible manufacturer. We later learned we received a "bad batch". The manufacturer (Sunset West, Laguna Collection) failed to cure the powder coating. House & Garden was aware of the issue. They never reached out to let us know the furniture could have been replaced due to a manufacturer recall. When we complained they replaced a couple pieces but refused to replace the entire set. The remaining pieces are now showing the same paint peeling.
