They're exotic pedicures are great and you get to choose your scent of exfoliant sugar scrub(eucalyptus, mandarin orange, or cucumber)..the cucumber sent was amazing. I'm giving this post 2 stars bc the nail tech was nice to my girlfriend, but did not perform that well on her manicure. He cut her 4 times when trimming her cuticles then poured some green liquid all over it....I feel like she should have at least got a discount on her service...he then proceeded to put a white paint design on 2 of her nails....which she did not ask for...she's now going to her bachelorette party with cut up nails. Loved this place. Did the happy hour deal. Was quiet not too busy and not rushed. Promptly got offered mimosas. They had a great color selection, the staff were friendly and great. I usually end up calling last minute for an appointment the same day and he's always been able to accommodate! I was expecting so much more based on the reviews but was very disappointed. I've been getting gel manicures for years, but my lady moved so I had to find someone new. The girl I had didn't say 2 words to me the entire time, didn't even smile, and was extremely rough. She cut 2 of my fingers with the file and then filed down one of my nails so thin that I could see a pink flesh circle in the middle showing though the thinned nail and it is now incredibly painful to touch anything. She was in such a hurry to finish that her work was very sloppy. The polish is so thin in places that it looks sheer on spots of my nails and they started lifting off in less than 24 hours. I noticed the main guy seemed very nice and friendly and was saying hello to everyone, maybe if I had him it would have been a better experience? I won't be returning to find out. read more

The person who did my nails did the worst job that I've had done and years of having my nails done and I will never go back to this place. I asked her to take my gel polish off three times after I looked at it and horror realizing that it looked like a child did my nails. After much research on Yelp and facebook I found Sparkle Nails had great reviews. My experience was exceptional. Hanna did my mani and pedi and even repaired a nail that unfortunately broke while on vacation. The was very thorough and my pedi was very relaxing. I am from NJ where our salons so many designs. I booked an appointment for 2 pedicures and a manicure about a week in advance. Initially on the phone he told me he didn't have anything for Saturday at 1100 AM. So I said that's okay I'll call back in a bit because I wanted to check with my friend what other date/ time would work with her. He quickly said he could take us at 11:30 and it was set. We arrived 11:15 and it was busy! I picked my color and he let us take a seat. It wasn't until 12:00 that we finally got seated in the pedicure chairs. By the time my friend and I finished our pedicures it was 1:30ish and I didn't have time to get the manicure so we just left. It would have been much easier if the owner just told us that that time wouldn't be the best and we could have re scheduled something at a better time! I went in this morning. After I got into the chair the manager came out and demanded I wear a mask. I watched 2 employees walk in without masks. There currently is no state mandate any linger. However, the pedicure was done by a young woman who clearly didn't want to be there. She was unfriendly and never spoke. I choose the pear pedicure expecting a relaxing and refreshing time. I asked for a gel topcoat over the regular polish which I get at my salon up north but the owner would not permit the tech to do it. Otherwise, I was satisfied. I'm going to give it a two star mostly because the website doesn't clarify how their early bird special pricing works. When you click on the early bird special on the webpage, it brings you to the diamond lush section that says $35, but nowhere does it say that this option isn't the one that includes the free manicure. So for future reference to those going here, it's actually the $45 one that comes with the "free" manicure. What gets me more upset is that I called previously to schedule the appointment that the gentleman confirmed the $35 happy hour pricing. Then with me explaining my misunderstanding of the special at the time of payment, instead of granting the price for a first time customer that had a misunderstanding, decides to continue to say the same thing over and over again. So for TEN dollars that he was debating with me about this pricing confusion, they will NEVER receive a penny from me. Which is unfortunate, because the service was good, and the lady gave me a great pedicure experience and my manicure was delightful too. The place is nice inside, and the color selection is small but nice OPI options. Don't expect to receive the correct information even if you call ahead to verify, and expect for price to change and you have to pay for it. I refuse to give my business to a location that will refuse to treat a customer with more respect, and proper customer service etiquette. NEVER coming back to such poor customer service, customers ALWAYS comes first, except here. read more

The massage chairs were top of the line and the decor was fresh and modern. I had the best, longest and most service filled pedicure of my life. Champagne service came with the top end pedicure and the massage I had was fabulous. A very peaceful and positive atmosphere. I wish I lived here... I would be there every week! Hanna did an excellent job with everything. One week later and it still looks awesome-even with all the walking and beach time I've put in while here. EXTREMELY reasonably priced! Actually same price as what my salon at home (PA) charges for a basic pedi. Salon is very well decorated and all staff were friendly. Forgot my cell there and didn't realize it for a few hours. I got a pedi and a full set, the massage was good but he was very rough about it and did end up cutting my toe pretty bad. He'd get mad when my leg twitched, my water was very hot and he looked at me like I was stupid when I asked him to turn it down. The actual painting didn't look bad until I looked at it more, it was over my toe nail by a lot.I asked for a simple shape and he said he was gonna do it the way I showed the picture and it pissed me off bc isn't it their job to do it the way I want it to be? He cut the nail b4 asking me how long I wanted it and then didn't even try to make them the same length. He had to restart a nail 2 times bc he kept messing it up first he didn't fill it in enough then he tried putting nail polish on again but didn't shave off the bumpy parts of it and at this point I had already been sitting there for like an hour and 20 mins for the nails themselves, he'd pull my wrist all sorts of directions bc it wasn't where he wanted it to be. Like sorry dude but my hand don't move like that. My nails aren't even fully filled in like they should be. I do not live in FL but where I am from it's usually never this expensive I paid $50 for each and it was the worst full set I have ever had and I am a teenage girl so I have had many. So overall I was very disappointed in the way my nails came out and jus the service itself. read more

I moved to Sarasota 1 month ago. I have very nice nails and like to keep them that way. I tried Sparkle nails it was the fastest and worst pedicure and SNS nails I have ever had. They are rough and bumpy. The lady seemed like she was in a hurry and never even spoke to me other then to ask if I wanted water. Its only been 1 week and they are lifting up and peeling off.
