Leading up to the event, we were contacted to coordinate delivery details. They were very friendly, flexible, and easy to work with. The day of our party, we received a courtesy text to confirm drop off time. They arrived on time, were well prepared with all paperwork, tarps, jump house, and safety signage to display for the party. They set everything up in a timely manner, reviewed all rental agreement details with us, and answered a few questions that we had before leaving. The jump house was extremely clean and in great condition! Definitely one the nicest of any that we've rented. After the party, a pickup time was agreed upon. They arrived just as discussed, made quick work of the cleanup, confirmed everything was satisfactory per our rental agreement, and were on their way. We had a great experience, Highly recommended! We will be using Bounce House Masters again in the future!

So I started calling around and Bounce House Masters was able to squeeze us in last second. By 1:00 the bounce house, tables and chairs were set up. I paid an additional $175 specifically for an exact delivery time because I had multiple vendors scheduled that day and needed everything to stay on track. They ended up arriving almost TWO HOURS late, which pushed back my entire schedule and affected other vendors and caused so much stress. Mind you the event was a wedding. What made it worse was that while I was waiting, I couldn't get anyone on the phone to give me an update. If you're having a weekend wedding, don't expect much in the way of customer service if something goes wrong. After the event, I reached out and asked for a refund of just the $175 exact-time delivery fee. I wasn't asking for a refund on the equipment or the entire service, just the additional fee for a service I paid for and clearly didn't receive. They ghosted me. Honestly, $175 isn't going to make or break me. It's the principle. If you charge a customer extra for a guaranteed service and don't provide it, you should make it right. Instead, they chose to ignore the situation. Ironically, a lot of people at my event asked who provided the equipment because it looked great. I've been honest with everyone who asked about my experience, and unfortunately they've lost potential business over something that could have been resolved very easily. Good equipment. I was asked to make full payment upfront, and afterward, I was told that her truck had been stolen. When I requested my money back, I did not receive a refund and was told that she had no idea what was going on. Please be extremely careful and read the other comments and reviews regarding similar experiences before doing business with her. I have also noticed that she changes her name on Facebook and that payments may be requested under other people's names. I'm sharing this as a warning so others can do their due diligence and hopefully avoid having the same experience.

I approved the estimate by 2pm and the payment process was simple. The guys that both dropped off and picked up the chairs/tables were efficient and very friendly. They wiped down the chairs with cleaning spray as they were picking them up so this is why they showed up clean! We had no issues with broken chairs or wobbly tables. I've actually used All Seasons years ago for corporate events at Golden Gate Park and when I threw a tailgating party for the staff.
