This time, I put less ice since it was chilly outside and I even had on a cardigan. When my drink came, I was fairly disappointed. With less ice, came less to drink. My drink wasn't filled up... I guess I understand, but at the same time, it was a bit of a rip off especially if I'm paying $6.50 for it. The milk tea was not sweet although it was 100% sweet and the boba was inconsistently different sizes. With a second visit and the same lack of taste, I don't think I'll be back. I'm paying the same price as another boba shop that would give me more toppings and fill up my cup. I'd rather drive towards Eastvale for boba instead.

I took a sip and it turned out it had absolutely no caramel flavor. It was like a cafe latte without any sweet. For $6+ that's pretty disappointing. Good thing I had some caramel syrup at home and sweetened it myself, but that shouldn't be. They must have been very busy because they seemed kind of flustered at the drive thru. But no syrup pumps on the coffee. I hope they don't do these kind of mistakes to other customers.
