    Two cracked bottles

    Since the Sparklets Primo Water merger their phone numbers DO NOT connect to anyone, ringgggggggggggg....it no longer recognizes my account so I cannot reset my password and have no idea when the next delivery might be. I canceled a delivery while I was away (Wednesday regular delivery) only to have 8 bottles delivered that week on Monday. Thankfully I was them on my camera and notified someone to move them. from the new delivery 2 bottles had cracks and leaked in my house, one soaked a couple gallons on the carpet before it was found and the other soaked boxes. Unreachable, non-responsive, EXTRAMELY FRUSTRATING.

    Going in circles.

    When your water isn't delivered (and you can be sure that it won't be with this company), you'll call customer service. You'll wait on hold for 45 minutes, only to be dropped. You'll call back and repeat that cycle a few times. You'll run out of time and try again tomorrow, and the day after. If you eventually get a live rep, you'll be told that they don't have your account on file, or your number is invalid, and so on. Eventually, they will locate your account by, let's say address this time. And you'll be told to hold. The call will drop again. Or you'll be sent to their customer service survey. So you'll resort to the online AI customer service bot, which will send you around in circles endlessly (see screenshot for an example -- or go online and try it yourself). In the mean time the charges for water you never received will be accumulating on your card. Try to challenge it at the bank, and Primo will contest it, leading to more endless battles, now with the bank to get your money back for what you never received. And guess what, prices went up another 20% while you didn't get your water. Try to cancel your account online and you'll be told that they requires you to either do it through the AI Customer Service Bot (more going in circles) or on the phone (more dropped calls). So, sure, try Primo. After all, what other option is there after they acquired all other competitors in the area.

    Update. The problem was resolved quickly in response. Thank you. To repeat, our new delivery man Marvin was great and the only reason I even considered opening new service at my 2nd location. ------ Initial setup delivery missed no call, missed time from work for nothing. 1st cooler, plug broken. 2nd cooler, hot water broken. 3rd cooler, hot water went out. 4th cooler, ok. Missed deliveries. Wrong deliveries. Canceled service after 1yr to move, called in, they failed to pick up the cooler. Charged 3.99/mo to keep it for them with no bill or warning at new home, these geniuses sent me to collections for a few $3.99/mo charges with no warning. Sad thing is that the new delivery guy Marvin is great. But before that, worst service ever. I will be filing a Fair Credit Reporting Act case against them.

    We found bugs inside our 5 gallon water bottle and the only way that they could have gotten inside is prior to delivery. This is on their watch! We are disgusted beyond belief and I've never seen anything like this. I've contacted Sparkletts and they aren't taking responsibility, not surprised as this is a huge violation. We terminated our service and put there water cooler outside for pick up. I'm posting photo's and a video. Beware it is gross. I suggest you check your water bottles very carefully. These bugs are very tiny to see with your eyes alone using a magnifying glass is recommended. The images I've taken are magnified in order to see clearly and the number of bugs is mind blowing.

    At my wits end! I have been waiting for a delivery for almost 4 weeks now. Everytime they say they are coming we take our bottles out and they fail to show. They were fine before,maybe a day or two late....never 4 weeks. When I get a hold of someone, after a long wait, they say they are understaffed. They promise it will come the next day...and it doesn't. They did put my auto pay though and charge me though. :(

    Parked in front of my building. He's just gotta walk upstairs.

Now it changes monthly. I can't deal with that. They also can't be counted on delivering new filtration tanks. We had a delivery and it caused so many hard water issues. Had to call the office and they sent out new tanks. But by then the inside of our dishwasher was wrecked. Used to have their under sink RO system. When water wouldn't come out because the filters were dirty, was told by the office team member, that we weren't due to have our filters changed yet and refused to send out a tech to change out the filters. So, we removed the RO system and put in our own. Now that they can't commit to a specific day of the week for deliveries, it's time to move on. No wonder their yelp reviews are horrible.

    So after 5 years with Culligan, we switched to Pro Water's state of the art system to clean up the…read morewater coming into our home. We also got the reverse osmoses system under the kitchen sink to further clean the water. This was such an easy and smooth process. We put in the order with Brad, scheduled an appointment for installation and our installer was Maurice. These guys know what they are doing and they made it very easy for us. The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. It's the third day now and everything is working great. WHY WE CHANGED: Just got tired of increasing monthly rates and having to open the garage for the techs to switch out the tanks. Also the Pro Water system does filter out more than the water softener we had.
