Primo Brands now owns ReadyFresh and Sparkletts. An absolute disaster of leadership and change management by the acquiring company. I did not know the local company, ReadyFresh, was being acquired by Primo Brands. Had I known how badly the change management was going to be, I would never have signed up. My first delivery in April and second delivery in May went smoothly. For July, I used their mobile app to move our delivery up by three business days; well within their delivery edit time frame. My target delivery date for Wed, July 25th, was completely missed and with zero advance notice. I had to check the mobile app to find out it was delayed to Friday, July 27th. Not the biggest deal. Delays sometimes happen and we can pick up a case of water bottles for our customers till Friday. When the delivery no-showed again on Friday, AGAIN without advance notice, I had to find out through the app that it was now delayed to Monday, June 30th. I emailed customer service asking if these type of no notice delays were common. They replied the next day stating delays due to service merges across branches and assured me that our delivery for Monday, June 30th, will be made by 6pm. You won't have to guess that they no-showed on Monday, June 30th. AGAIN, without notice. They no-showed on Tuesday, July 1st, WITHOUT NOTICE. And now, checking the mobile app, our delivery is now set for July 2nd. They have completed eroded what little trust they had and now I can not count on them being able to deliver water on time for our staff and customers. BUYER BEWARE. read more

I work at a wholesale plant Nursery - pulling plants outside in the elements. We get our water service through sparkletts and we are always out of water here. They even forget to leave the right amount of water jugs for us. Come to find out that they are located half a mile down the street from us! read more

So Sparkletts Water changed to Primo. Service was ok with Sparkletts, but Primo just didn't show up. I called and after multiple attempts at over an hour hold time I finally got hold of the company. Sparkletts had my email, as that was how they sent invoices. Primo dropped the email address and just didn't send invoices, but they shouldn't have anyhow because they never delivered water. After talking to the guy on the phone for over 2 1/2 hours, I thought we finally had it straight. They were supposed to be here yesterday to our 5 locations. They never showed up. I'm on hold again. While I'm talking to the guy I can hear another guy in the background yelling at a customer that was complaining about not getting her water delivery. Very poor customer service. WORST COMPANY EVER!! I manage an apartment complex, and we had so many issues with the invoicing with Primo/sparkletts. I have called multiple times to request cancellation as it seems there is never a direct person to get in touch with and because every call agent you speak with doesn't know how to properly cancel an account, it only gets frustrating when they continue to bill you when we no longer have equipment or water. I can get 3 cases of water at our local grocery store, and they last me a month for $12.00 total. I do not recommend this company read more

My family were really looking forward to starting our service with Sparklettes, unfortunately they couldn't even get our first order delivered on time. When I called customer service, the ladies I spoke with were very nice and pleasant, but when they attempted to call the branch to inquire about my order, they were unable to reach anyone. Sparkletts San Antonio suffers terrible Google reviews, and sadly at one time, I had been among them. Improved and reliable service caused me to edit my posting. I'll start by bragging on their water. It's consistently delicious and refreshing. We have enjoyed it on the regular since early 2019. Why their reviews elsewhere tank...if you need to call them, comparatively speaking, contacting the IRS is more timely and pleasant. Plan to be on hold for a L.O.N.G. while. Not always, but you may also be transferred a couple of times when finally engaging with humans. So, that part...yeah, can use some improvement. Service at our old 78217 address was ridiculous. We could rarely count on receiving our delivery when it was scheduled. It would come, but was kind of a crapshoot as to when, and we'd sometimes run out of water a couple of days before they showed. I was DONE...so upset. Left a scathing review and had all but sworn them off. We moved, and because I do love their water, I hoped against hope that their 78209 service would be better. Joyously, it is!! We never have skipped or late deliveries. They are like clockwork, and the water is still consistently refreshing. In fairness to them and our experience since moving, they have earned highest marks. They've even revamped their website, and most needs can be addressed there without necessitating the dreaded phone call. Overall, we've been thoroughly pleased. This company is so bad that they probably get excited when someone gives them a 2 star review. Horrible, sucky, lazy. We told the operator that our office is closed on Mondays. Guess when they decided to deliver our waters? Mondays. For some strange reason they decided to change our delivery day to Wednesdays. That's better for us since we're actually in the office to receive water on Wednesdays. Today, the delivery driver just dropped the water on the ground in front of our office even though our front door is OPEN. Lazy, lazy driver. He/she didn't even bother to collect the empties. If you decide to use their services beware. I bought my own machine and am getting my own water, so I cancelled my service on 11/20/23. Since then I've scheduled four appointments for them to pick up their machine, all of which they blew off. They've scheduled pick-up again tomorrow but I'm not holding my breath. Worst service ever! If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I have been a customer since 2013. Purchased through Costco first few years of service were great no issues. Now we never know if we will have enough water. They have missed several deliveries and show up when they want. Bill us for water that was never delivered. Make changes to our account without consent. We have had to call customer service multiple times to resolve these issues. I made an order online on their website on Saturday, October 30th, 2021 and it asked me to pick a date for delivery on November 2, 3, or 4th so, I picked November 2nd, and from the time between 8-12am. So, I waited on Tuesday November 2nd, and the time passed and then I called Sparkletts and they said I wasn't routed yet to my neighborhood and they guaranteed me a delivery on Thursday, November 4th, 2021 from 8-12am. It's now November 4th, 2021 and they are now indicating to me that it takes about 24-72 hours prior to being routed. This is "bullshit". I have never been treated this way with any company. Different customer support people do not know what to say, and they make up stuff so that the customer feels like they are content with the service. I am now waiting for a supervisor on a call to talk with because, now it seems that I have to wait a few more days for service. I'm from the west coast and it's not like this over there. I moved to Texas and I feel that I'm being put to the back of the line because, Customer Support can't make their mind up on what to say to their customers. I wonder how this company stays in business in Texas. I also don't understand why in their website it says that I can pick a date and nobody shows up. If there is a 24-72 hour wait time to be routed, then it shouldn't give me a date to pick from two to four days after making the initial order. This is the second time, I have tried with sparkletts to start an order and they seem to make the order more complicated and complicated from trying to get a business with this company. They just brushed off the fact that I told them to take that option off if there is a 24-72 hours prior to being routed for the delivery to take place. I spoke to someone on Tuesday, November 2nd, 2021 and she said that she guarantees delivery on November 4th, 2021 between 8am-12pm. So, I now called again over twice now and they just said that they called the Manager for Routing/Delivery and that he has to figure out if he has extra equipment and bottles of water to be delivered today. And, after a few minutes, Rhonda indicates that it might not be to day or maybe another day if the Manager says that I have been routed for delivery. I caught her in a lie because, she originally said that they would deliver today and now she's telling me that it might not be today. I will see if they deliver today and if they don't, I'm cancelling the service and looking somewhere else for service. Today, November 4th, 2021, a manager from the sparkletts office here in San Antonio/Converse, TX, has resolved the issues and his delivery person has delivered the 5 gallon spring water bottles and also the manager has delivered the Storm Bottom Loader Hot & Cold Equipment himself and has showed me as to how to use it and also how to change the bottle from the bottom of the tower. I has made my day so much better with these two (the Manager & Delivery person), with their fast response and delivery promises. The water is okay but forget about accurate delivery and customer service does not exist. I have been with them for six years through Costco. The price has gone up from $2.99 to $9.99 a bottle. You have to pay $4 a month for the dispenser in which they do not service. $10 a month for the delivery whenever they show up. They'll quote you a day anytime from 9-5, but that's not the case. You may get it that day or the next two days. If you have special instructions for the driver to ring the doorbell, they won't do it. Your product is left outside for it to be stolen. If it's stolen because of their fault, you still have to pay them. Get your water somewhere else. In San Antonio, TX, no one gives a rat's ass about taking care of the customer!!!! My water dispenser broke this week and I called to report it. I was told (by the "contact" person in Florida that someone would come out the next day to replace it. I told them I needed to get a phone call by the driver by 10 am to know when he would come ---- NO phone call until around 4pm (after me waiting ALL day) when the driver told me he couldn't come by because it was "out of his route," but not to worry, as he promised me someone show up tomorrow (today - Friday.) Guess what?? No one showed up again today. When I called (5 calls total these last 3 days), I was told it was "too late," but she would leave a message for the regional manager (he's probably in Oklahoma!) and I would get a replacement on Monday!! When I asked for a local phone number or that regional manager's phone number, I was told that was "against policy." That's it! I'm canceling their "services" on Monday! Buyer Beware!!!! Ordered new delivery to our office and was told delivery would be on Friday, August 13th. Received a call from driver at 4:30 p.m. stating he would not make it by our closing time of 4 p.m. Stated he would make delivery on the following Monday. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes to check status of my delivery, delivery guy rolls in at 4:30 p.m. today, Monday, August 16th. No apologies...just where do you want me to put this (cooler). He sets up cooler and I walk to our kitchen area and find that the cooler has spilled water all over our floor! Delivery guy says, "This one leaks, I'll have to bring you another one.". I was will that be tomorrow morning and he says "the next time I'll be in the area will be Wednesday. I told him to take the three 5 gallon containers and I will be canceling service. Delivery drivers do not read any input that you dinner. They continually drop off water even when you asked him not to. Right now I'm sitting on eight models of water and I have canceled more than eight times for sure. To cancel someone has to show up and if you're not at the office then we get to start the whole process over again. Sparkletts water has been good to me so far. At the beginning when I set up service I had to wait a bit longer than expected and then my 1st appointment was canceled and reset from Friday to Monday but once I things got going I have not had any problems at all. There service is priced very competitively and I love the taste of this water. The dispenser works awesome for hot and cold water. I save a lot of money compared to Culligan and Ozarka. I reccomend giving them a try. read more

I should have learned the first time I signed up with them and had to cancel my service after a very disappointing 4 months. Ultimately, I decided to give them another chance hoping that they improved and I was wrong. They always bill more than what you expect, delivery times are not consistent, they always leave more bottles than I requested so they can charge extra and forget about calling customer service for help. I have tried to research it and cant find no number other than there regular customer service number. Had an aquacafe machine in my house for a month that hasn't worked since the day I got it Called customer service every other day to find out what's going on and no communication from San Antonio branch. It's the same story everyone else is telling. The first time I tried to order a water delivery a little sooner than my original delivery date, I used the website. It turns out, the website doesn't work out all that well. I set up two different deliveries online before giving up and calling them. After being accosted by a horrifically digitized IVR, I waiting on hold for about fifteen, twenty minutes. I was able to schedule a water delivery, but the day came and went. I called again, this time racking up a whopping half hour on hold, and I was informed that a "hold" was placed on my account. So, they removed the "hold" and schedule delivery for Tuesday of the following week. They came that time, but every single delivery since has been a variation of the same story. Usually, I get a delivery after the second call, but sometimes, the third time's the charm. Needless to say, after five deliveries, I'm giving Culligans a call. In short, just don't do it. read more

I got suckered in at Costco, while buying my usual pallet of liter bottles to get me through the week. The reps there were so nice, knowledgeable and friendly that my friend, who was just along to check out Costco for the first time, signed up too. I never got a call or email to schedule my initial delivery, but who knows if that's Costco's fault or Sparklettes. 3 weeks later I get a phone call that the delivery guy is in my neighborhood and can drop- off in 30 minutes, that didn't work for my schedule so I asked him to come a few hours later. I completely forgot and got a call as I was stuck in the grocery store that he was leaving the last delivery before me, he was really nice about rescheduling for the next day. Following day the stars alligned and I was home for my initial delivery and set up. It was quick, the delivery dude explained everything and answered any questions I had. I've noticed a lot of complaints revolved around having to call customer service, there's nothing they can do for you over the phone that can't get done online. I've been a customer for nearly a year and I've only gotten one delivery skipped but after a brief email exchange they delivered a couple days later, threw in a couple extra bottles AND didn't charge me for the month. Then our two week contract plan moved to a monthly and when I called for an explanation I never got a response from our local manager. They reinstated our by-weekly but delivered too many bottles.
