We were patched through Oasis via Costco. Izzie came by the next day for his presentation. We made it clear we were just getting quotes and comparing and he was respectful of our time with his presentation. After comparing prices with other companies, we decided to go with them. They were willing to negotiate and offered us a military discount which sealed the deal for us. However, the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because from the date of sale, we waited about 6 weeks before they could actually schedule the install. We were told they could install the softener internally to avoid HOA politics but on the day of service, we were told this was not possible, although they did make an attempt. We ended up having to buy a shed which pretty much came at the cost of their discount and going through our HOA anyway. They came back the next day to finish the job. Overall, we were very happy with the service they provided despite that hiccup. Would recommend them for their service and professionalism. read more

I've called several times and left messages via their website but have had no return correspondence. I have a water softner system of theirs flashing messages of needing service and no way to get anyone to come out and provide service. I think they are out of business, they do not return any calls and no one answers the phone. I can no longer get service on my Ecowater system as there are no other dealers in San Antonio and even the corporate Ecowater site does not answer. I replaced the resin myself with high quality 10% cross-linked I found on the internet (buy new gravel, it was a pain recovering it from the old resin and is required for an Ecowater). That resin should last 10-20 more years if the valve seals last and I probably saved a ton of money. If not reparable due to parts, I will self install a Fleck 5600SXT since those are simple and all parts are available online. Had a service tech come out a year ago only to try and upsell me on filters even though mine worked just fine. I only use it for drinking water and coffee and only for myself. The output water was tested and had maybe 3ppm and he suggested new filters bc they were "old". Who cares? $160 just to walk in the door. Today it'll cost you $220 to walk in the door. I can buy a whole new system for that. Jokers and finally acknowledged I could buy a new system for another $200 instead of using their 'services'. Ppl gotta get paid. Over the last month I've left four (4) voice mail messages and sent two emails requesting service without even a call back or return email. I'm concerned about my water system. i installed the water system on march 2024 but now it stopped working on April 2025 . oasis water solution told me to pay $220 for someone to come to diagnose. paying money for labor to come after bought their system more than $6000 but working only a year. Also you have to pay main fee (labor fee) $220 per annual visit. i bought this system because i love costco but their services are terrible. they tell me to call me back but there's no call at all, even they know my system broken and need to fix asap. Recently moved into our first home; a water softener was a top priority. Initially called Oasis as they partner with Costco, and come on - who doesn't love Costco? In the end, l lost respect for Costco and their choice of "partners". The day of, the salesman arrived and put on a great "show". He ran several tests on the water, had me shake some beakers, etc. He also explained the recommended softener thoroughly. This is where it went from almost impressive to ..."Oh, HELL NO!" I made it clear, before he tested ANYTHING - I was NOT looking to purchase; I was still comparing companies. Additionally, I made it PERFECTLY clear we JUST MOVED IN, and were making "new homeowner" budgeting adjustments. Bottom line: he didn't give a rat's ass about what I said. The same questions ...as to why I couldn't make a decision that day, were asked repeatedly. Toward the end, I repeated, "I'm not making a decision today"..."I'm not making a decision today" - probably 20 times. No matter - same questions....same "confusion" as to what held back my decision. Growing frustrated, I kept repeating, "I've already answered that" and "I'm not making a decision today". I easily repeated myself 20-30 times. At one point, the salesman laughed; I didn't. Finally, he needed to text his "supervisor" he was wrapping up. Before I knew it - the "supervisor" called..who had him on the phone far too long. Once off the phone, he threw the last gimmick. Suddenly, a GREAT DEAL was offered on another softener, at a lower price. Again, repeated, "I'm not making a decision today" about 10 times. Then, I made a comment that if the deal offered me was that great - it'll be around when I'm ready to make a decision; he replied it was "take it or leave it" - today only. THEN IT WAS BACK TO THE QUESTIONS! Why I couldn't made a decision today, etc. Finally, I had enough. I told him, calmly, he was PISSING ME OFF; not only had he lost my respect, but also my business. Making me repeat myself that way, and not taking "NO" for an answer went beyond anything I'd ever experienced. I requested a quote from Costco's water treatment services to help deal with our San Antonio hard water. The salesman Richard was courteous, knowlegeable and very friendly. The quote and the warranty seemed very appropriate (our house was not plumbed for a water softener), so we decided to go ahead (can't go wrong with a costco vendor)! What a nice surprise. On the day of installation Cesar and Anthony arrived on time and again were very courteous. They proceded to cut sheetrock, dig under the driveway and had PVC pipes everywhere. Our family was very concerned with the mess. By the time this crew was done, they had installed our water softener, cleaned up the mess, repaired the sheetrock and left us very excited with great tasting water and the prospect of soft water extending the life of our appliances. I shopped around and compared 4 water softener companies. Oasis Water Solutions came out on top with the best price for the quality. Sales Rep- Jesse was great at letting me take the lead. I had heard the sales pitch 3 times already and was not interested in watching the demonstration for a 4th time. Jesse was very understanding, and actually asked me what I was looking for. He actually had a conversation with me. It was really refreshing and he was able to address all my concerns. He answered all my questions and followed through on all promises. Installation- Installation day was set for 2wks out from when I signed the contract. It was tough to wait that long for my new product, but worth it. The installation team was so nice. Again, they answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed. They also came up with a really creative plan for install. My house was not pre-plumbed, but that was no issue for them. Technician- I had a technician come out to ensure everything was working properly (trying to take advantage of the first year with $0 cost for visits). Again, the guy was really nice, answered all my questions (I ask a lot of questions), and didn't feel like he was rushing. Water Quality- I am extremely happy with the quality of the water. I got the ECC Refiner and RO system. I can smell, hear, taste, feel, and see the difference in the water. No more chlorine smell. No more clanking sounds when the washer/dishwasher are running since the hardness (aka tiny minerals) are no longer present to bounce around. The water tastes clean, with a tiny bit of sweetness. The water feels smooth to the touch. I can see the difference on my black granite composite sink (bad idea for Texas, but not if you have this water softener). After 1 week prior to the softener, my black sink was grey. After the water softener, there was a tiny bit of build up, but I was assured this was from the build up in my pipes because the house never had a softener before. Now, sometime later, there is 0 build up. My clothes feel softer, reduction in my acne, and I am drinking more water (without having to use plastic bottles). I highly recommend Oasis Water Solutions. I called Oasis because to try to buy some parts (rubber gaskets/O-rings) to fix my salt tank from overfilling with water on my two unit Eco-Water Polisher. I was told that they didn't stock parts, and that they could get a technician out to do a "Service Call" for only $99 and that at that time they'd be able to get me the parts. So, I scheduled the "Service Call" for my Eco-Water ERR 3502R30 that was supposed to have "Lifetime Warranty". The technician showed up, long story short, it was going to cost me $900 to replace the valve housing and associated rebuilding gaskets. Eco-Water is proprietary and you can only buy parts from them.
