That could have been the death of everything good. I believe they should be MORE CAREFUL in how they handle VISIBLE ISSUES - that is called CARING for your CUSTOMERS. They wanted full control of speaking with the PERSONS (licensed mechanic) who would fix my car, but EXPECTED me to lay out & pay for everything.
