I've been coming to this Car Wash since 2015 and they always treat me like Loyalty or VIP. They always give the extra mile to make sure I always leave with a smile and of course with an Impeccable car as well. From the beginning Lester at the entrance he have been there for a while always smiling and with a good attitude, Cecilia making sure my plastic carpets are clean to perfecion with a big smile as well, I can't forget Omar leaving my rims spotless and last but not least the Manager Franz always on point making sure everything is cleaned to perfection. I've been to several locations including Pompano, Sunrise (Sawgrass), Orlando and none of them compare to the location in Lighthouse Point. Awful!!! Just left. They "cleaned" the inside and outside in under 8 mins. When I inspected, the floors were not vacuumed, the interior was not wiped down, the outside was still dirty (lots of dirt)... I had to point out all the areas they missed. Total waste of $40. My husband went and payed for the highest package, and he had to call the manager after realizing they didn't put the wax and that the inside of the car was still all dirty and cover in dust. I paid for a full service car wash (menu listed interior cleaning, wheels, etc all included) and had to turn around and bring it back as soon as I got home and realized what a poor job they did. There were smudges on my windshield, crumbs in my door handle, dirt marks on my passenger seat, that all clearly weren't even attempted to remove. Then I got out and saw dirty water streaks all over my car, spots on the side mirrors that had been untouched, rims were absolutely filthy. I looked for a cloth to try to take care of it myself and realized after the first tire, what did I even pay them for if I'm out here doing it myself? So I got right back in the car and returned to have it fixed. The lady at the desk inside remembered I was there (they took my receipt when I left the first time so I didn't have it) and she was apologetic, and called someone else to go look at the car with me. He called another person and they both noticed that a thorough job had not been done. They had me go back through the whole process free of charge so I was happy... until I went to pick my car back up at the end. The guy wiping down exteriors took my new slip and promptly walked away, and I called him right back because I immediately noticed that my front wheel was still filthy. Well, he was extremely indignant about my calling him back to finish the job he should have done the first two times! So he called yet another guy over to do the tires again, and they're still not completely dirt-free but he at least attempted (probably for the first time). And when I got in the car I noticed there were still crumbs on my seat. Getting super hot outside and clearly not going to get any more out of these people, I left. And back at home in the shade I took another look, found still more areas they hadn't wiped down and let dirty water marks dry inside and out. I appreciate that reception/management were polite and tried to make it right, but the employees responsible for actually doing the cleaning did a terrible job not once but two times, and had a horrible attitude when this was pointed out. I chose this car wash because I live right around the corner and my boyfriend recommended it to me, having come here with his truck a number of times without issue. But I promise I will never be back. It's a shame because I was considering getting a monthly membership to have my car look shiny and new more consistently, but clearly that will never happen by taking it to this place. Save your money and run it through the automated washing system at the gas station on Hillsborough and Federal - it does just as well for half the price. read more

From the guy who power washes the vehicle before running it through the machine to the people who dry it just an overall bad experience leaving the car dirty and wet. Laziness at its best. I've been coming here for 20 years and travelled almost 15 miles to come back to wax my new car. Something bad has happened to this place. There was a language issue with employees starting the process, but the manager was no help in communicating and handling the issue. In addition, he was extremely rude. I Purchased the Full Service #1 "Our Best Wash!" For $35 and was totally ripped off. My driver and passenger side mats were vacuumed and that is it. My Windows were never touched, the interior was not dusted or vacuumed to the point where it looked worse that what it was when I came in. I've been a regular customer at Simoniz/Sparkling image for years. It's a quick oil change, and an okay car wash detail for a fair price. Through my time of going here I've always felt they're running some shady upselling, telling me every time I go that my air filter is dirty, even after I just changed it. I decline and enjoy their service but today they tried selling me an air filter and they even still charged me. I wouldn't recommend trusting this establishment, and I won't be back. I brought my car into this location as a first time customer as I was in the area. I chose to get a car wash that was priced at 21.99 which included most services on the car. Upon exiting the vehicle I instructed the Employee vacuuming my car if you could please vacuum out some of the food that got in between the seat which should be a part of Their task and their job Description. That Employee replied with for me to do that you have to get a more expensive car wash which includes that. Show my reply was so I basically have to spend more money for you to do just a tiny little bit more of work. I said that's ridiculous he says I mean I will do it but that's not usually included in the or car wash it's not included to have food.is in my car for my passengers to see and I'm spending money and I'm a new customer and it's not included for me to have that cleaned out. I spent 181.00 for full details bumper to bumper..exterior looks great but but but cleaning car seats they have fail ..I went back and spoke with 2 managers and show them with a cleaning product that I have..and he agree but said we only use a micro towel...basically do not spend the money to have your car interior details they can't do it!!! read more

This is expensive at $36 to vacuum and wash. Evidently your supposed to pull into lane 1 if you want a vacuum. Lane 2 is express wash- though this is not clearly stated anywhere. Lady was rude about explaining to us the lane details. Also, bugs still on car front, door frames not wiped. The steering wheel wasn't wiped down either. Go to Boca. I changed the oil here for the first time and I'm just terrified !!! I usually fill in fully synthetic oil and ask them to fill in the same! And this is what happened as a result, they poured oil on me with semi-synthetic, but I noticed this on the way home and was very upset! This is not an attentive attitude towards the buyer !!! But that's not all, while driving on the road with the air conditioner turned on, I heard the air conditioner fan making noise, as if its blades were touching something! I am familiar with the structure of the car and was almost sure that these IDIOTS did something! When I arrived home, I took out the cabin filter and then ran my hand to the fan itself, there was no surprise when I began to take out dried tree leaves from there, I have never seen such a filter check. Now I went to check everything they were doing, I found an unsecured air filter cover under the hood of the car, they also did not pump up the wheels, did not fill the windshield washer fluid. Every time I use this place I have to argue to get my car cleaned properly. They try to wipe your dash down and dry a couple door jams and call you over like they actually finished your car. You'll never get your inside windows cleaned unless you watch them like a hawk. I videoed my $29.99 wash today and it was somewhat comical. Video available upon request. I spoke to the Assistant manager William twice now, so he told me to ask for him so I did and got a very snippy response from Karen the cashier. She was rude and told me she was busy and I would have to go get the manager myself. Never did find William, so hours later I called back to see if William would like to review the video of my car "not being cleaned" Miss snippy answered and gave me the very same nasty attitude. I spoke with William as he called me back and informed him of how rude this woman is and my dissatisfaction of another waste of money on my car. I have 2 monthly memberships. One for my wife's truck the other for my work truck. I use too go to the pompano beach location for both a wash and detail. But unfortunately everytime I went to the Pompano location god forbid they missed something or the machine didn't take off the bird poop they would roll their eyes and make a face. So I went to the lighthouse point location which is a lot further but not I'm glad I did. I was about to cancel both of my memberships but I gave this location a shot. They also detailed my trucks and what a difference. Gustavo is the best and he makes all the difference in the world. You can just tell he leads by example and it shows by his employees work ethic and care for the customers. My membership would have been gone if I didn't go this location and witness how Gustavo runs this location. Not too mention he's a great person as he is a manager. No matter how busy he may be he will always come over to me and say hello. Too me that is priceless. Keep up all the great work and try to get more managers like Gustavo because the Pompano Beach location can sure use some one just like him. Went there Friday afternoon, to get my car washed...I'm looking for a car wash membership program, so I figured let's start with 1 wash and see how they do....unfortunately, I was not impressed... I felt as though they rushed the car through...I paid $29.00 that was to include wash, wipe-down the inside, and a "5 day way". My black leather from seats had water spots on them where whatever they we using on the inside was leaking and dropping all over the seats, a simple last check wipe would have taken care of that. The front windshield just looked "half-ass" done and couldn't really notice until I drove off and saw it in the sun. All in all, I feel they just rushed and didn't do a good job.
