Went to this car wash and asked them if they could clean water spots from my wheels. They assured me they could and sold me a package that included detailing the wheels. When they were done the wheels were not clean and they said they could not clean water spots!!! read more

Would give 0 stars. Sloppy workers and hard water. Tipped and didn't get a good result at all. Exterior wash should be diligent. Left with hard water stains and dirty rims. Costco has a much better carwash and most carwashes I go to in Ventura and Oxnard don't use hard water that stains this badly. Had to finish the job myself. Very disappointed. Will never return. I bot the top of line $350 full detail, interior and exterior. I'm sorry but it was just sloppy. For that amount of money I don't expect to find dirt and debris left in my glove box and center console, not to mention many missed areas that obviously never got touched by a towel. THEN, they didn't put what little stuff I had in the car back, so when I got home I had to turn around and waste 45 minutes getting it. Very disappointing. read more

I purchased a monthly car wash package. The first one was great, but after that each time that I went, they did a half ass job from either not cleaning the inside well, not vacuuming the trunk area of my SUV and once just put wheel shine on the 2 front tires and not the back ones. They also never ask what kind of air freshener scent I want unless I bring it to their attention. When I asked to please wipe the seats and vacuum the back, they roll their eyes and do it rudely. Actually, one guy used a small broom to brush the flooring instead of the vacuum and then handed me my keys pretty much saying byeee! Quality, service and value suck. It's great that they offer a monthly price because it works great for me. The service is timely even when you have the inside vacuumed and I appreciate this! I have learned that 50% of the employees do a great job and 50% do a half decent job. It's pretty sad that I get out of my car to make sure they have even dried one side of my car, but this is now what I know to do. My suggestion would be to have a person who is monitoring the work ethic of the people cleaning and drying the cars after the wash. read more

He then made it right by re-doing the entire wash and seat conditioning. And I will say that Lamar is great. He took control of this job from start to finish and did an excellent job. Every time I come here it's horrible service. The vacuum is always done horribly! They barely know how to do a wipe down on the inside of the car. I'm only coming here at this point because the High school band was having a fundraiser and I bought a few tickets to support the band. Never again will I bother wasting my money on this place. Every time I come here they ask if I want the $5 upgrade. Today I told them they should at least focus on what's already being paid for with the ticket. It never fails that they screw up on the cleaning. If the guy that is assigned to vacuum is too big to climb inside and do a proper vacuum maybe you should consider switching out the staff. Today a manager came out and inspected before I left and she even screwed that up. I was leaving a store right now and went to put something in the back seat and still found food and trash. I had only left the car wash 5 minutes prior. So ridiculous. I'm going to stick to the other two car washes on the other side of Ventura. Wanted to like this place as it was close to home. A local spot that's easily accessible and next to a freeway entrance/exit. I purchased an express membership and that is the 2nd step from the most basic. The only difference being that my membership had a waxing included in the wash vs the most basic did not and lacked tire shine. Aside from that, the membership I had also included towel drying and their express car wash. This did not include interior cleaning. Literally, this place is you get what you pay for, because the carwash membership is unlimited, but the express membership's service is bare minimum. You can choose to go very frequently, but too much wax on your car is determinantal to the paint. Essentially, you receive a sticker that they scan to identify the type of wash you have. Once scanned and the wax letters are written on your windshield, you enter the car wash tunnel where you will be guided and sprayed down with a hose and scrubbed with car mops. Afterwards, you will enter the automated wash and exit the other end where towels will be placed on your car, and you drive to the express lane where the towels will be used to dry your vehicle. The express lane's service for drying your vehicle will range from poor to okay (get what you pay for). Examples of the worse service are when the dryers work at difference paces of each other, end up leaving water mark streaks, forget the tire shine, and doesn't dry your vehicle properly in the rear. Examples of okay service is when there aren't many visible water streaks on the windows, they remember to do the tire shine and doesn't hit the frame of your car much when they do it, and the vehicle is mostly dried off by towel and not from the sun. In general, the express service drying is meant to be quick and doesn't get all the tiny crevices or cracks. They get the broad surfaces at most and moves on. For example, the rear mirrors' crevices of my vehicle aren't dried off properly so when I dry, there would still be water coming out and drying on my windows and car doors to form water streaks. There were also a few occasions where the car wash is very backed up and there was no additional help to help with drying. So, it would be one person drying several vehicles coming out of the car wash, but that one person can't do it all as quickly, so the water ends up drying on your car before they get towel dried. All in all, I had some enjoyment of using a car wash service from them literally because of how convenient it was for me to go in and out from work to home. But I was getting more worse service than good during my car washes, so I ended up cancelling my membership. Aside from the car wash, some workers would use a towel to wipe their sweat or use as a shade to cover their head and necks, and then would use that towel to dry your car. Not a big fan when that happens so I would end up washing my car again the next day or two. Only to potentially have that happen again of course. In sum, you get what you pay for type of service car wash. I've noticed that if you pay more, the amount of detail and wash seem to be better. read more

The outside of my car looks outstanding! However, the inside could have used a little more attention to detail. The vacuuming left a noticeable amount of crumbs on the seats but the floor had no more pebbles or sand. A couple dog snot smudges were missed. If the next full service wash doesn't improve I'll just go for the exterior wash going forward. After five days of getting washed my exterior is still sparkling. read more

This place just keeps getting worse and worse. No effort made they do the minimum and they want to join their monthly club. I always tip no matter what but I do it grudgingly. Today in the passthrough they didn't even wash the car just let it go through the machine then when we got out of the passthrough and waited for our car to be dried the Toyota Tacoma in front of us wasn't even completely dried. The tailgate was still wet with soap suds on it. After we left we pulled into the old toys r us parking lot to finish drying it ourselves. They need to get it together. Negative stars -5 read more

I had them do a minor detail on my truck for $139! They had not even cleaned the bird poop off of the vehicle, the bed cover was cleaned as far as they could reach and was filthy! The interior was partially wiped down, the trim was partially wiped down, the running boards were filthy. They tried to redo it after I complained and it was still not satisfactory. I won't go back there and I plan on letting many others know how pitiful it was. read more

Worst car wash service ever. The girl tried to sale me a package of $45 with complete full clean and seal wax. I said I don't need seal wax . Just complete wash and clean inside because I accidentally leave my windows down at a parking lot and the inside is very dusty . She said great , the next package is $35. Completed clean just minus the seal wax. The car went through the wash and vacuum in less than 15 minutes. Got out the boy briefly wipes down for inside in less than 5 mins and whistled me signal been done . I came in to a surprise it as down so fast . I checked and the car is still full on dust from the every inch, cup holders never been touch clean . I told him it's still very dirty and he said it's been wiped down and " didn't they explain to you? Everything is wipe down , if you want to clean, you have to get it detailed ". I just " wow .. ok.. This is by far the best place to come in Ventura to have a great car wash. I have always been impressed with the courteousness of the staff who greet you at your car. They help you chose the right service without pushy up-selling. While I wait, I enjoy the store inside that has everything you could want. Then, I have a nice seat outside at one of the tables and appreciate the attention to detail you can see is being put into every car. The STAND OUT is the Manager Kari Chavez. She is a hands on manager. She is out checking cars doing quality assurance actively every time I go. There was one day when a negative event happened while I was having my car cleaned. The amazing way that Kari Chavez took charge made me feel completely certain everything would be rectified. Ms. Chavez was very professional in her approach to listening to me as the customer making me feel that my point was valid. I am retired now but I used to supervise a customer service department. I have a membership at this car wash and everything was great until I went in today. I have three friends that have gotten the membership as well based off my recommendation. After the car wash today one of the employees got the car keys stuck under the rear wheel well, it took them 30 minutes just to get out the keys fidgeting with the rear wheel well. Once the keys were out the bmw key was damaged scratched all over the place with the emblem falling off. I spoke with the manager thankfully my car was right under the camera, but that wasn't enough! She says that my key was like that and that's common wear and tear. She goes on to explain that the keys fall under the wheel well all the time. So you make your customers wait an extra thirty minutes just so you can get the keys? Excuse me but I as the owner of this car look at the keys everyday and I know damn well it doesn't look like that. What really angers me about this situation is the lack of responsibility for their actions. One of the most ridiculous things I've ever had to deal with. I have filed a complaint with their corporate, I recommend going to the location on market and save yourself a headache. read more

They lost my air freshener and then the manager tried to blame it on me and was very rude and condescending. They did a horrible job washing both the inside and outside of my car and I had to have them go back and clean several areas. They sprayed armoral all over the inside but didn't bother to wipe it although I paid extra for it. The previous time I went here they put a huge scratch in my car and had to buff it out after they tried to deny it. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this place is absolute trash. I decided to give this place a second try after going this past Saturday again today with a different vehicle. My first experience was so so, definitely not worth $35. The only reason for the two stars were the gals in front that vacuumed out the car as that was the best part of the $35 wash job. Now on to the bad...... my rims are still full of brake dust, they just wiped the surface off didn't even try to clean it. The door jambs still had dirt inside of them. Dash and instrument cluster were wiped, but still had dust in some places. I'll take my business elsewhere and recommend the same for others read more

The last 3 times I have gone they have done a horrible job. Car isn't clean on the outside, water spots and bugs still on windows. Inside isn't wiped down or vacuumed all the way. I usually wash my own vehicle myself because I know it will get completely dried and clean! But after a long week I decided to come here and get my car's exterior washed only ......didn't realize how "express" this wash and dry was going to be!! After going through the car wash they got an express area to dry and clean the cars! This man literally took only 5 mins to dry and clean my car! Only put tire shine on the driver side tires and didn't care much to clean my windows or mirrors! After leaving this place and NOT tipping I pulled over just to investigate how bad of a job he actually did! My car still had a bunch of water on it!!!! I've gone to this location several times and this review is long overdue. With that being said, I love this place & my car loves this place. The staff are all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and do their work all very well. I ALWAYS leave feeling really good and I know that if their ever was a problem, they would correct it without hesitation. I think an establishment that runs as well as this does essentially goes back to the person managing it, and needless to say she does a hell of a job.
