Excellent maintenance/weekly car wash spot. I've been going here for a couple years & with 2 cars & I've never been disappointed. Their staff & customer service has always been great & friendly. Special shout out to I believe Andrea (sorry horrible with names!) who is usually the one to greet me when I pull up & has helped me numerous times when my membership is having issues due to my cards expiring etc. always been extremely helpful and kind and never pushy for a sale. I do their tier 2 membership and usually come at least twice a month. I've gone to 3 of their local locations but the market st. One is my fav. I want to note something I'm seeing from other reviews. This is a great place for a quick & affordable car wash. This is NOT the same as a mobile detailer that you would easily pay 4x more. Yes you can add on detail services(I have and haven't been disappointed) but this is a busy location that needs to be efficient. I've seen their staff work their butts off when busy and also put in additional time and care when it's slower. I have been a loyal unlimited monthly member ($65 plan) for at least a decade. When I am not deployed out of town, I use the facility several times per week. Without a garage space, this membership has truly been a lifesaver in helping me protect and preserve my 20-year-old Mercedes ML350 SUV, which I work very hard to maintain in "As-New" condition. This past Sunday, I returned from a deployment driving a rented Sprinter van that needed a quick exterior touch-up before I could return it to its owner. Because of it's tall roof, the Sprinter cannot go through the standard wash tunnel, and I was facing a tight time constraint. Before I even had the chance to step out of the vehicle, Fernando immediately recognized the situation. He ran up to my window, personally greeted me, and without hesitation offered a solution. He waved me forward and skillfully created a path for me to back into the outside detail area through what can only be described as a maze of waiting vehicles. He radioed his crew, who coordinated seamlessly to guide me safely into position between at least a dozen cars. This level of awareness, initiative, and leadership is rare. Fernando demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care--not just for the operation, but for the customer experience. His team responded with the same level of attentiveness and cooperation, reflecting the tone he clearly sets as a leader. I have been here a few times and they are pretty good at the actual car wash. My gripe is the pricing. A full car wash with interior vacuuming is 27.95 but they DONT do a great job of vacuuming.. BUT if you pay 35.95 they will do a better vacuuming job. The attendant actually said these words to me. In addition ,when you go to pay and try to get extra $$ for the tip )off the debit card used) they direct you to. ATM machine to charge you another $2.50 just to tip their employees!! read more

If I could go less than 1 Star, I would. Took a day off work to get my newer Sienna detailed. Had a gift card for $219..they needed $20 more b/c of an SUV. "Bumper to Bumper". Interior needed little but they don't just allow to use the gift card for alternative needs. OK. Interior needed no carpet or seat shampoo. Christian talked with me about adding a "clay" wax prior to a regular wax. I told him I had them wax it 10 months ago and why would I need this. He said for oxidation. There is no oxidation on this new vehicle waxed 10 months ago. Told him to just do a good hand wax job and do the detail one would expect for $240. Picked the van up 5 hrs. later. It looked like I spent $30 for an exterior wash and interior cleaning. And poorly done at that. There were water spots on one side and apparently the wax does nothing to help. Looked horrible. OK. that was not mentioned. Where there were no water spots, there were obvious bug stains, many areas which still had dirt not touched. The tire rims were spotted...NOT water stains. They were not even wiped down after the wash b/c I took my finger and wiped them easily away in front of the "Manager". The interior of the windows were not clean in many areas. The outside windows were full of tiny spots..not water spots. I spoke with Christian and he said, when can you bring it in? I said, I need a manager b/c I am not paying a lot more money for addressing the water spots on this very poor $240 detail job. He agreed the entire vehicle was not done well. Finally he went to get a "manager". The guy I handed a $20 tip to came out. He was an Asst manager. Entirely worthless. Said to every issue: "water spots". Finally, Amy, supposedly a Manager begrudgingly came out. Not friendly. Sent Christian before her who now asked me, "what is the problem", as if he and I had not already spoken for 15 minutes. Again, "when can you bring it in". I said I need to know how much money it will cost me before I take more time off of work to deal with this. I had all 3 of them sit in the vehicle and see the windows not cleaned. They saw it. Unfriendly Amy said, "we charge $250" but will do it for $150. I said I just paid $240. I told them they would be losing a lot of business over this poor service and response to it. And left. Christian did his best. Do not go to this place. I will be getting with the owner. If you come on a weekday there usually isn't a line and you can be out in 20 minutes with a car that is clean inside and out! There are lots of different packages and they will try upsell you but the $19.99 package will do the trick! The people here work very hard and do a great job. read more

My husband took his truck here today. He was charged $90 but there was a lot of back and forth with the other employees about the charges. Anyway, he waited over and hour and a half only to get the truck back looking horrible. There was one guy on it while cars had 2-3 working on theirs. Price: I paid for a car wash and hand wax. It was ~$125 and i tipped $20. So it was pricey. Service: It took them about 2 hours, when i got my truck back. There was still dirt all around the vehicle, spread out. I asked one of the guys to come look at it to see what he could do for me. He just said "i cleaned it and waxed it". So i pointed out all the dirt to him. and he grabbed a rag and quickly scrubbed them off. Long term: It sprinkled for the first time recently and the water isn't even beading up on the paint. I am highly doubtful the truck was waxed. I went to a mobile mechanic in the area a few months back and the service was the same cost, but more amazing results. Next time, i'll be patient in getting an appointment with him again. Summary: Don't come here for a full car wash. A quick one through the drive thru would suffice. I have been coming here for years. The man taking my receipt at the outside of the car wash was rude and unfriendly. Maybe he is having a bad day but please treat the customers kindly. I hope they do a good job today. I am an excellent tipper and the rest of the workers won't suffer because of his bad attitude. What can he do to improve? *Use a voice without anger, frustration, or an edge. *He might remember he has a job because we bring our vehicles here to be cleaned. We pay a lot of money for this service. After the vehicle is washed I'll do an another review on the cleaning. Poor business decisions can cause a 5-star rating to a 1. So, I have my car's washes on subscription with this business. The front-end check in guy sold me. (He was always friendly0 I am lucky if I make it into Ventura twice a month, but it was worth just pulling in and moving through. So, I bring another one of my cars that had been sitting. Very dirty and in need of polishing for a quick run through and the service guy sells me the 40-dollar deal. The car goes through and when they say it's ready the bottom of the rear window is mud and there are big white bird droppings still on the rear deck and in the space between the rear fender and rear deck. Underneath the rear spoiler and deck mounts is mud the rear right passenger window is dripped down dried dirty water. I got home and the B-pillars are dirty water dripped dry also. I didn't want to pick the car up but it took them 3-4 minutes just to find the keys and I just said put it through again. I had planned to bring it in for polishing along with another car the following week and putting them on subscription for when I pull into town to go and just grab a coffee and a wash. That would have been 6-700 dollars for the details and then another 140 a month subscription. I guess there are things worse than going from 5 to 1. So here comes the business decision, the store's Manager decides she isn't going to clean the car to any point of satisfaction. I ask her to cancel my subscription which she does. The whole time not making any eye contact. I am so disappointed, I have been doing business with this place since 1994. Pictures will follow in the morning some didnt come through OMG It's the following day. The hood and rear deck have got scratch scrub marks all over. All around the roof rack is still muddy and not even wiped down Interior windows are streaked The carpeting has got dirt between the edges of the mats and floors. This was a ten minute wipe down if that. It's horrible. The B piller on the drivers side was just as dirty as the passenger. All it took was a wipe. For 40 dollars I expected at the least a clean car. What I got was ripped off. The car is still very dirty. I would have gotten a car twice as clean for 10 dollars at a self-serve. Well since they don't pro rate when you stop your subscription I will have to make it a point to show up as much as I can with my other car in order to make sure that when it is cancelled on the 18th it will have some semblance of being clean.. All this Manager had to do was run the car through again. It would've been clean. She would have had 2 cars being polished/detailed and three cars total under subscription. Instead, she caused a monthly account closed and left me feeling burned possibly racially insulted, given the lack of eye contact and whispering in low voice leaving me to raise mine because she wouldn't answer questions. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. PHOTOS PENDING. DAMN, THEY REALLY ANGER ME. read more

Wish I could give zero stars! Paid for the express wash $19.99 less $2 discount for filling up gas tank. Went thru first time, asked to have water blown out from side view mirrors and they said "not included in express" I said oh, because water just drips down when u start driving?!! And $20 car wash is a lot of $$ for that. Also, window exteriors all had spots on them, still, so I got back into the express line to address issues, someone pulled in behind me and when manager came out she saw spots, apologized and said she'd give me Re-wash because I was already in line and couldn't back out. Went thru again and still spots everywhere, side view mirrors, side panels of car body, all front grill/license plate not even wiped. Same sit working on my car said I need to move my car if I am going to work on it. I said please call your manager. Other guy came over and started explaining away spots as "inside" windows etc. manager came over and I showed her streaks remaining still after I went around my car twice with microfiber. I said I could wash it myself if $20 doesn't even include basic drying! She said she was sorry I wasn't happy, I should find another car wash, I was asking for perfection, which I said "I am not asking for perfection, just basic decent drying job! On Tuesday 6/28/2022, I fortunately had the pleasure of having my automobile car washed by Sparkling Image Car Wash in Aventura, Florida. The service was well done and beyond adequate especially due to the fact that because of the weather and certain tree-filled parking lots that I had to previously park in, I had several tree leaves stuck to the front and rear areas surrounding the windows shields of my auto which had to be removed. The Manager Mr. Garbutt and his associates were all very professional and curtious. It was insurred that the service was well done. I am really disappointed in the Market St location - I have been paying for unlimited car wash for years, so I felt really comfortable sending my son, who is on a budget, to have a Basic Full Service Car Wash - I told him it would be $20 plus tip. When he told employee #36993 that all he wanted was a basic wash and vacuum the employee told him that the cheapest car wash was $34.99 and even tried to upgrade him to $39.99 for extras - and they don't even have a $39.99 wash!!! When I told the guy what I wanted, he went into the 'up sell' mode. I told him 'no' and again he 'suggested', with a little more aggression, a different service. More expensive, of course. Like Kari J. - reviewer here - I too took my car in for a total wax detail job and had the same experience she did with the extra wax, which Mary eventually took care of. But, that was the smallest of my issues. I had paint missing from the bezel gauge dials, and after an intimidating interaction with another manager - him intimidating me - they did agree to replace the bezel. The last issue to be resolved was a broken visor mirror. When I went back to the car wash to talk to Mary about it, she was very dismissive, while telling me visor mirrors aren't cleaned during a detail job. What? You clean visor mirrors during a regular wash, but not during a detail? Weird, since it is a "detail!" At any rate, I told her the mirror was NOT broken when I brought it in and she said she'd have to review the video footage of the bay the car was in to see if they actually cleaned it. However, she was unable to review the footage at that moment because she was busy with "month end." She told me to call her the following week and she would let me know what she found - funny she wouldn't take the initiative to just call me after she checked the footage, but okay. I called her, but was told she was unavailable and they'd have her call me back. I gave her time to call me back - a week to be exact, but assumed since she semi blew me off with her month end story, then put it on me to follow-up with her, and once I did, she didn't call me back, I'd likely be going round and round with her without getting anywhere. Instead, I decided it'd be best to escalate it to the home office. Well, I thought that was a good idea at the time, anyway. Let's suffice it to say, after some phone tag with Lisa at the home office (781.325.2000), I never heard back from her after my last message to her. I sent an email to President Greg Anderson (greg.anderson@washdepot.com) almost a month ago and have yet to receive a response. I'm assuming he operates just like the rest of his staff, so I can suffice it to say again, I'll never receive a response from him either. I give them a 2 because they do good with cleaning cars. However, my wife took in our 2021 Sienna for a wash and they broke the handle on our collapsible back 2 seater. Now we can't take the seats down to make more room in the back. No one @ the car wash said anything to my wife. I called to talk to a Manager, they put me on hold and no one picked up.
