Prices are ok but always issues. Pumps broken. Or half of them are broken. Or gas comes out beyond slow. Hope you aren't in a rush.

Ugh! The only redeeming factor at this gas station is the nice lady at the booth (the clerk)! This gas station is right off Victoria in Ventura and is super tight! Very hard to move around the station! Given its tightness hard to get around other cars! Patience is needed if going to this station! The gas station is also a bit pricey! I guess if you are going to Walmart, it's a convenient place to stop at! read more

I see another review that says this gas station is located at the 101 freeway entrance: sadly, that information is false. It's way up Victoria in the Wal-mart parking lot. I literally drove from Wal-mart to the station; it's in the same lot. But be warned! It's very small and hard to access. Be careful as you're driving either across from Wal-mart or turning in from Victoria Avenue. I had zero interaction with anyone, and I suppose in the covid area that's a huge benefit. (Also, based on the previous reviews I guess I did myself a solid but NOT going to the glass booth/box area where I *assume an employee was. The service is no good, based on what has been reviewed previously about this place. I had a card to I paid at the pump and was on my way quickly. I love going to USA Gasoline, as they tend to have the cheapest gas out of all the gas stations. However, this particular location is super tiny and makes you feel claustrophobic. read more

USA at 2661 E. thompson, Ventura is practicing false advertising. Placard Today says gas is $4.71 and $4.91, yet pump prices are higher than advertised. Also, phone number is no longer in service. STAY AWAY!! read more

Sadly you cannot count on them being open the times that are listed online. Literally pulled in at 10:32pm and the guy was already leaving and closed. When you go out of your way to try and get decent price gas and they are closed not 5 mins not 10 mins but 20+ mins early. Can't count on them. They got 2 stars for their prices if not it would definitely be a 1. Save yourself the waste of time and go to Silvas Gas they are open 24hrs so never will you go out of your way and not be able to get gas (about a mile further). read more

WARNING: maybe another gas merchant dispensing DIRTY cheap GAS on Victoria in Walmark & Trader Joes & green thumb shopping center. I bought a complete fill up of gas on July 7 2022. Almost immediately my check engine light came on and the engine was running rough. I had the engine light read at a local O'Reillys car center. the knowledgeable young clerk told me the injectors were fouled. He educated me about the overuse of corn additive ethanol in today's gas. Jonathan suggested an injector cleaning additive be put in my car tank and then fill up with a Chevron gas with Techcroline cleaner to clear the engine light off. That worked with no need of an expensive mechanic visit. (The USA gas posted that their gas had 10% corn additive.) He suggested to call the USA Gas trouble phone at the station. I immediate stopped by the USA gas station the day after filing up and all pumps were closed for repairs. I called the corporate USA gasoline phone number about the dirty gas that I accidently bought and was stuck with now. The number was mysterious disconnected, and I got no help. The red engine light came back on a day later and I did the same by using an injector additive and adding more Chevron gas. this time the red engine light came back on and stayed on. I'm suffering with what's left of dirty gas in my tank and did not wish to pay to visit a mechanic to drain the whole fuel system for the high cost and inconvenience. I'm not asking for referrals or advice here, just making the public aware of gas stations careless business practices in this high fuel prices. This place is conveniently located on Victoria and to the 101 freeway entrance. I take the freeway to and from work like most folks, so having a gas station nearby makes it great to just go in and out quickly. No bathrooms. I always pay with card but I know they accept cash ( who doesn't?). The only thing is that it feels a little narrow between pumps. Side note: Please don't be an ass, if you are on the first pump, move forward so the people behind can use the pump behind you too. They do have air for your tires, if you are purchasing gas, air is free. Otherwise it's $0.25. Pretty nice flag at the cashier's booth. read more

I always go to USA gas station on Victoria blvd Ventura last night, Halloween I went there as I was being evacuated from Maria fire. My tire pressure light came on and I needed to put air in the tire, I pulled up to the air pump machine where it said it was $1.50 for air. I went to the cashier, who was texting on her phone. I asked her if it really was $1.50 for air She was mean and rude and said that yes indeed it was $1.50 for air. I am 72 years old, waiting for cataract surgery and I was so freaked out by the fire. I said, in a joking way, "does that mean you will help me put air in the tire?" She rudely said, "NO" I left and went to the next station, down the block, where the attendant turned the air on for me for free, then helped me fill the tire, and I gave him $20 That woman at USA needs to go!!!!! read more

We went to this gas station on Friday, April 7 in the early afternoon. My husband went to pay the attendant using his credit card. The older clerk seemed annoyed to have to do his job and said to him "Are you new to this country?"...WTF? My husband, who is American born with no accent and of mixed ethnicity (like most of us) was shocked by this comment and explained that he was the victim of fraud multiple times by gas tank skimming devices and that he didn't appreciate being spoken to in such a rude fashion. The attendant defensively claimed that he checks his tanks for skimmers daily. ***NOTE TO GAS STATION OWNER I would recommend reading all the one star reviews of your business. I am not sure if this RACIST and offensive employee has been there for years but it seems this is not the first complaint about horrible service. A few years ago, before you could pay at the pump, you used to drive up to the kiosk to pay after gassing up. It was nice that you didn't have to get out of the car again to pay. Now you can pay at the pump or drive up to the kiosk to pay and buy drinks and cigarettes. It's tiny and can only serve four cars at a time but it's usually the cheapest gas station on Victoria. Look for the shopping center with Trader Joe's, IHOP, and Kmart (it's probably closed by now). read more

I find the gas at USA to be poor quality... every time I filled up there my car has run terribly until I get better gas. I don't even bother now, it's just a waste of money and wear-and-tear on my vehicle. The only plus I can give it is the drive-up window... if you are a smoker you can get smokes without even having to leave your car. read more

I just got back from USA gas station on Victoria Ave. I found Anthony, the middle aged gentleman who who appears to have made poor life choices, to be very rude and condescending. He was upset that I was asking him a question about paying with a credit card while his mouth was full. I guess he expected me to be clairvoyant. Whomever owns this gas station should fire him. He continued to be gruff after I apologized and told him I didn't realize he was eating. Talking down to customers is no way to run a business. read more

This gas station is absolutely horrible. I pulled this week and didn't realize what time it was (closing). My daughter gets out of the car to pay for the pump and the guys rudely says we're closed. The staff except for the girl that works there is nice but everyone else is pathetic. Wish the owner knew the rude employees. All he had to say over the loud speaker that they were closed. Honestly I would have responded a lot better with that. I'm not going to waste my time going there. Silva's is a lot cheaper around the corner anyway. Won't be back there any time soon. DO NOT GO HERE WILL CHARGE U $75 TO PUMP GAS WITH YOUR ATM CARD EVEN IF YOU ONLY ACTUALLY CHARGE $10 then try to say it's your bank doing it when I called my bank and they said USA GASOLINE placed the hold it is not posted anywhere that they have this policy. I submitted a claim to the BBB this is fraud and theft they have to post this policy if they are going to steal from their customers the manager HEATHER was worthless and not present she hid behind a phone and made decisions on policies and laws that she clearly does not understand. read more

Because of the pump station"s window being all scratched up by vandals, I could not read the directions. I pushed the help button, then handicapped button to no avail. Good gas prices here most of the time but the entrance into the parking lot is very difficult to maneuver into. It is always busy too because of the Walmart nearby. The station attendants are pretty friendly though. Be careful while in the parking lot is the main thing to know. Very easy to get hit and people ignore the stop signs. read more
