After looking around I noticed how thorough they are, they moved furniture and belongings out of the way to clean the floors, counter tops and desks. The blinds and crown moldings and even baseboards were cleaned. Everything in kitchen was cleaned from the counter tops to the appliances and even all of the cabinets. All of our stainless steel appliances were so shiny! It seemed she was pretty thorough so I went about my business to unpack and started putting things away. After she said she was finished i took a quick look around and noticed some questionable issues. She cleaned one side of the window frame, but forgot the other windows right next to it. She also cleaned the refrigerator but forgot the freezer. So I asked her to fix those issues. Once done, I should have walked the unit but I didn't figuring she completed her work. We went back and forth about the price and I was to tired to argue and paid her the 170. After she left and I went back to unpacking, I noticed the other issues and items that haven't been touch. The stair rails, shower door guides, above the blinds and heater vent haven't been touch to name a few. This was to be a thorough cleaning, which has me to believe otherwise by the items untouched. She was available a couple days later (should of been my first red flag) and hired her to come "deep" clean my home for more than others have quoted me. I assumed you pay more you get more. Unfortunately the deep clean was really just a clean. I had to show her areas that were still dirty after she was finished. It got pretty awkward as there were many spots that she and her helper missed. Eventually I just asked them to leave and gave them the payment. Certainly wasn't worth the money I paid her to clean my home. I should of known better when her schedule was so wide open. My shower glass wasn't fully clean, dust balls on my bed, dust on my doors, spots on my toilet, spots on my refrigerator, dirty shower floor, dirty spots on toilet, and other...they were here for maybe 2.5 hours (and arrived late) it came out to $100 an hour. My photos speak quite clearly and loudly about the poor quality of their work. In one photo, the bottom left corner of my kitchen countertop was left with a spiderweb and dead little spiders, showing their lack of thoroughness. Another photo shows the sliding door section between my living room and patio, which I had specifically requested to be washed thoroughly, but it was clearly neglected. I was not trying to pay less per hour; I was willing to pay for a quality service. However, instead of addressing the issues and fixing the situation, they blamed their poor performance on a lack of English proficiency. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
