I can't say enough about Spartan Home Services. Fantastic job installing my new roof. It started with Diego the Estimator for Spartan. He was here for 3 hours, looking at my old roof and professionally explaining what they would do to put on a new roof including samples of product they use. He is a great guy. Friendly, informative, and cares about his customers. He even helped me with things that weren't in his area of job responsibility. Project Manager Robert Thurgood. Another great guy. Came to the job several times to check on it, called me several times to make sure the job was going smoothly, and did I have any questions or concerns! Consistent communication. All the workers who worked on my roof were nice, professional, on time every day and worked until it was dark, to get my job done. Colby made sure every thing was cleaned up and removed at the end of the day. The first day when they demoed the old roof it was a mess. When they left it was like they were never here. I had a great experience with Daniel Wells from Spartan Roofing Company today. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. During the roof inspection, he took detailed photos and provided a lot of helpful information about the condition of our roof. He then explained the roofing material they use and the company's warranty. What stood out the most was that he wasn't pushy at all. He genuinely focused on educating us and answering our questions, which made us feel comfortable and confident. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of our time. Daniel from Spartan Home Services was awesome! He helped put our minds at ease and helped make a stressful decision about replacing our roof much easier. Daniel was on time, very polite, and extremely professional. He was beyond thorough in the inspection of our roof, using a drone and physically getting up on the roof. Forrest came out to my home and made me feel so comfortable (my dogs also loved him, that's how you really know a person's character.) He was very patient with all my questions and really took the time to help me understand what this process would look like. He did not give me salesy vibes at all. Excited to see the continued work Spartan will provide! On a side note, when I went in to the office to ask a question I got to meet Forrest's dog, Luna, such a sweety! Overall this company is not cheap, but comes in right around the middle of the estimates I got. But their service top tier and the loan rates they secured me were far better than the rest. Spartan Home Services did a superb job replacing our roof, starting with the sales pitch by Mitch. Mitch explained everything thoroughly so that we were comfortable with every aspect of the new roof. Every one of the workers that participated in the new roof showed very professional behavior at every step of the process. Clarissa kept us informed of the progress and Jaden kept us informed, acknowledge about the process. Spartan has been very good in helping me meet my roofing and solar needs. Mitch has been totally responsive. He has also helped with a non-roof issue coming out in 24-hours to do an assessment. In all cases he has been helpful in determining the right solar program. I was also given an honest assessment of my roof. When another company said I needed a roof, Spartan gave me an honest assessment that my roof has a few more years of life. When I need my roof redone, I am using Spartan 100%. read more

Daniel Wells Lead Estimator was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions I had when he came out for the Estimate. He pointed out some unknown to me areas that might cause issues in the future. He pointed out that I did not need gutters but supplied an estimate if I wanted them. From my initial meeting with John, the sales rep, everything was explained clearly with all options available and the price was reasonable when compared to other bids I had received.
