I am so very happy, I had a gutter company come out last year that unfortunately did a very bad job and the start of this rainy season I was extremely frustrated. I tired to call the company that did my gutters about all the problems and leaks but unfortunately they never came out and basically ghosted me. I called in the brothers and they got to fixing everything, I was honestly tough on them because I didn't want the same situation to happen to me, but I didn't notice a difference instantly from when Tim came out to give me the estimate to when Robinson and his crew came to do the work. Everything was very professional and they actually did the work right. I didn't show it then but I felt a bit more relaxed. I spent a lot of money on my gutters already so I wanted to make sure I did this right. It's been 2 months, I woke up to a gutter that had some water leaking out. I instantly got frustrated and scared that they wouldn't come out to fix it, I called and spoke with Nader, unfortunately due to my past experiences with contractors I was very angry and expecting the worst. I was rude and I feel bad now but, Nader I truly apologize and appreciate your kindness, understanding and respect. I am truly stunned, Nader sent someone out the very next day and turns out the leak was from a gutter that the brothers didn't work on and I assumed it was apart of the contract. This was a blatant rip-off. When the estimator came to provide a quote, they claimed that "ALL the gutters are connected with nails and need to be replaced with screws." I missed this discrepancy, but it felt intentionally misleading. The result? $500 for a 30-minute job--absolutely outrageous. I saw the Gutters Truck at the local Livermore Farmers Market and talked to one of the team members. They sent a salesman out to my house who looked at my gutters. They gave a me a price, but I've never replaced Gutters before, so I got a few more estimates. They were about half the price. And they ended up replacing one side of the gutters, my garage gutters, and cleaning and fixing the rest of my gutters. Overall the new gutters look great, no more yucky leaking.
