I'm about 4k miles away for changing out tires for run flats.went in and was told it would be about 45 minutes (I was like the 4th person waiting. They put the tire I bought on the back and moved my back tire in its place in the front. After I few days I noticed a different look and it was the inlets for the 2 tires were missing. Went upto the shop and he asked and looked around then said "someone must have stolen them from your house" . I then showed him a Pic of the flat before I changed it (showed my friend the flat so he would understand I would be running g late to pick him up). Even after seeing the Pic he got flabbergasted and said " the pics are old" they were time stamped 30 minutes before I arrived at his shop and right in their parking spot before I left his shop. They misplaced it and would admit it.my bank reversed the card for me. I won't go there again.

They did quote me a better price for the alternator and battery back in January 2026. I end up need to take it back this month and cost me $1200 more for the water pump/coolant thermostat/drive belt tension replace. Bruce seems nice but I don't think he is as nice and professional as the review said. When I took the car in because the engine make noise, he said "leave it here and I will quote you tomorrow and it will be $140 or more for diagnostic" . He sent the quote the next day via text. When I called he just said the problem is in the quote don't even take time to explain the car problem and just brush me off. When I picked up the car, he just made me pay and say you all set don't even show me where the car is park so I can get it! Maybe they just too busy that they start having poor customer service! I don't think I would take my car back to this shop.

When i got my first car at 18 , 2003 impala , it had so many problems because it was my first car and I was 18 and I really didn't take care of it, but they were always there for me and fixed it and never charged me a crazy price. They can fix everything from sport to classics to teslas to regular cars ( ive seen it in person for anyone who thinks im bs ) . Eventually I gifted it to my 79-year-old Grandma and she hasn't had a problem since . I thought it would be scary considering I had so many problems with it, and shes older so reflexes are a little late ( sorry gma ). Dennis and Aaron fixed it so good shes never had a problem to this day .They work so hard everytime i pass or drop by , and ask me about my life and show me around the shop and when im there i feel more like home than just a mechanic shop on the road. I do enjoy cars and understanding it. I ask 1000 questions and they never seem irritated All because they're customer service is so genuine that im 23 now and still would never go anywhere else.
