    DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!! The only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because thats the only option I have to write this review. I took my 2021 Range Rover to replace the brakes and Rotors because they were cheaper than the dealership. BOYYYY WAS THAT A MISTAKE!!!!!!! The Brakes and rotors were replace after waiting for 3 days. I noticed a strip was missing off of the truck at the top of the rear window which was noticeable, however, no one knew what happened. The salesman, CHUCK said they needed to review the cameras to see if it was missing prior to my arrival and said it had to have happened while on the lot. This is the strip above the rear window that could not have fallen off, someone had to have removed it. After 2 hours and the shop accepting responsibility for the missing strip, Chuck said he called around for the part. Well he was unable to get the part until 4/2023 because the entire window has to be replaced . He said they would order part but no ETA. Now it's expected for me to drive around in a new Range Rover thats has missing parts. They did give me a discount on the brake services but it definitely is not equivalent to riding around in a damaged car for 6 months!! Don't waist your time or money going to this shop. It pays to go to the dealership. It cost more but worth less aggravation!

Christian Brothers in Alpharetta was only 3 mins away, so I went. They were amazing , thank you so Much to Jon my mechanic for doing what he did to get me going!! Ryan my service writer was awesome and quick to understand what was going on. He did everything he could to help me above and beyond any other repair shop I had ever seen. Christian Brothers as a whole saved me yesterday!! While I give the glory to God for guiding hearts and hands, I am more than grateful for what you all did. This was just so basic... and a" cut & dry" situation with a NATIONAL FRANCHISE that HAS to have standards and transparency in place. Please don't go here & waste your time, money, finances, & emotional energy. This took up my entire day dealing with this... recourse and all. We took my car to Pep Boys to get a battery yesterday. The AAA guy had JUST charged my battery & told us we could get a better battery from another vendor and MAX $$ with labor he said should cost @$350..probably less. He said he used to work at a dealership & and said don't go there (as we all know they tend to charge a huge premium). So... we went to Pep Boys AT: ***4960 Atlanta Highway, Alpharetta where Justin B. stood behind his computer (HINDSITE-- thinking how much can I gauge this woman..)and quoted $655.99 for the BATTERY itself (yes, story gets better). I said "WHAT???" He says to us "Well...I don't know where the AAA guy is getting his prices from.. things are a lot more expensive these days." ( VERY Ironically, two other family members had just gotten their batteries replaced.. for around $280 total..comparable vehicles at other places..but still) He then said "well I don't have it in stock, but I can get it for you tomorrow." I 'll just need your key AND FULL PAYMENT before you go b/c if you decide to go somewhere else we cannot use the battery." He tells me that with labor, the cost is $825.44. & wants my card. "What? $825.44? So, a 94R battery and install $825.44. ?". SO labor is $111.60 to replace a battery? "Yes" We even talked to him about trying to go somewhere else bc that was WAY WAY more than we could imagine a battery & intall like this should be..& of course the trust factor was close to zero at this point. I had a pit in my stomach. Just the principal of the matter & feeling victimized was enough to make me feel sick. We stepped outside and discussed among ourselves, but it was late day & cold and windy &while we tried calling some other vendors there were waits on the phone triage as with every place..& we were going to check out Autozone, a tires & battery store, etc.,.Yet something inside me also said "ok this is a National Franchise..& if this particular store & guy is totally deceiving me/us... then there should be some recourse. We went back in & said we were going to leave the car & he reached out for my credit card and charged me....$825.44... and I said this is crazy. As I stepped back to leave he yelled out ... "oh we typically just go ahead and replace BOTH batteries.. the dual batteries.. at the same time cause when you have a problem with one they usually go out at the same time... the stop start battery". Ok yes I was/am familiar with the Stop start.. but I thought to myself... I don't have my car set to use the stop start feature, so we didn't think this would be affected, but just for kicks ... I say "oh, so how much is THAT battery?" he says..."over $200.00". So at this point I think he was gathering I might not be quite as stupid as he thought I was & knowing I had witness to all of this. So I said.. "ok well would you please call us when the battery comes in bc I/we would like to see what you mean when you test the battery. "ok" he says. VM today 12:46PM from Justin that my car "does not hv the stop start battery... & that my car is ready." (He tried to...but) I called 4 other local Pep Boys this AM. They were all shocked. The battery is $279.95 and labor is $19.95 +/- two dollars. This is a very standard common battery. None charged upfront for this svc. No store charges to get this battery. Did massive research on this today. DO NOT GO TO THIS PEP BOYS. This world is corrupt. For any of you wondering if there is a God...and will we go to Heaven or Hell ... I am sure there is a GOD. I am sure there is a heaven and Hell. I also just read what is felt will be be a National Best Seller for any age, religion, etc. It will make you think twice about where you stand and what you represent in life. It was JUST released on Amazon. "Are the Gospels True: The Forensic Evidence". The book is phenomenal. It will really make one think about how he/she treats one another in this very short life. There are good people out there. You have to find them. Stick with the sheep and not the goats.

    As the daughter of a well respected mechanic from a busy northern town, I feel I am uniquely…read morequalified to write a review! As well as obligated! Being new to town we weren't certain where to go for auto maintenance and repairs. We have three cars, one of which is driven by our teenage son (to give you an idea of the wear and tear on that car, it being a 2004 Expedition!). Friends of ours said to take it to Extra Mile. Here we are a few years later and feeling more satisfied than ever! It seems word of mouth travels quickly for negative feedback, however, their service is so extraordinary, I had to write a review. The gentlemen at EM are honest, hard working, reliable and know exactly what your car needs. They often will give recommendations as to what needs maintenance now and what can be stretched for a bit. The amount of volume that you can see there no matter what time of day speaks as to their service (take note, between 11-2 is their busiest time for oil changes. Come in a little earlier or later to avoid the rush!)! Their tire insurance program alone is well worth a visit there! Their prices beat Costco and many other tire shops. My father had incredibly high standards in his shop. Not only treating his customers with respect and honesty but also by being reliable. It is not lightly that I hold EM to my fathers shop. I feel like family there. I trust they don't take advantage because I'm a woman or I send our teenage son there alone to get his oil changed. If Bill or Justin say the fluids should be changed, we change them! I know they would not sell us something unless needed for the well being of our cars. If this sounds oddly personal, that is absolutely by design! That Expedition is carrying my children around everyday! My husband has a long commute to work every day, and we need and love for him to come home safely ever day! I travel for work and need my car to be reliable and safe as well. I like to come home each day and be with my family! It is such a wonderful confident feeling every day we all go our separate ways that my family and I are safe! When it comes to our cars, that responsibility falls into the hands of the men at EM! I couldn't ask for anyone better qualified! Unless of course, I was fortunate enough to have my Dad down here taking care of our cars! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Extra Mile! Your name is so very fitting!     NEVER bring our autos there AGAIN!! Had some rootin-tootin' Best of Fulton reviews before--- not…read more NOW!! Exorbitant, SLOW, and disreputable service of our Versa Note. AND added a $250 charge for replacing air filters, a service NOT requested that I had did myself, truly a RIPOFF!!! Then had the brass to say that the Sienna b rought in for an emissions test needed a water pump, though the local Toyota dealer had replaced it less than two months ago. Wasted 2 and 1/2 hours at the dealer that afternoon to find out their 'exam' was BOGUS. A $4,400 grab (which wound up at $4,600 because of those filters) from a couple without much simply wasn't enough for these vultures. DON'T take your prized vehicle to this shop :x(

    BEWARE!!! These people are crooks with a smile and a soft spoken voice!!!…read more I took my BMW M760i to them because BMW had my appointment way too many days out and I couldn't wait that long because my coolant leak started getting worse. I called and GCR had me scheduled the next day to drop it off in the morning at 10am. Right before closing they called me to inform me of what they found and I couldn't believe it so I drove up there immediately in my other car to get this paperwork in hand. Mind you, I just bought this car in August 2025 and had it thoroughly inspected before purchase by another company and all was immaculate, literally had to get new tires and we all know dealers will do a lot before sale of a vehicle so he went half on them with me and I was fine with that. It is now January 8, 2026 and German Car Repair(GCR) is telling me and I quote "You have 2 cracked radiators and multiple leaks, 3 of them". They even supplied pictures with diagrams and markings showing the leak spots. The cost to fix this (according to these GCR crooks) would be $5025.06 to "REMOVE AND REPLACE MAIN COOLANT SYSTEM RADIATOR AND HOSES"(literally copied and pasted from their invoice and it lists all kinds of things) This is right before closing so I step out to see if my mechanic Shawn( BMW certified guy that's been working on my other bmw for years at his shop in kennesaw) can clarify some things for me. Since my car was still drive able and not running hot or anything I simply paid them for their diagnosis fee and left my vehicle in their parking lot in which another employee kindly backed it in a spot for me until later when I can pick it up or get it towed if I decide. I picked up my car that night and scheduled a tow (I live in Alpharetta and my mechanic is in kennesaw so I didn't wanna drive) for the next day to my mechanic. This was on a Friday so I knew he wouldn't get to me until Monday because he doesn't do weekends. Shawn told me I DO NOT HAVE A CRACKED RADIATOR!! The main hose that runs on top of it was leaking real bad so if you just looked at it you would think it was leaking but that's why you do a pressure test to make sure. A PRESSURE TEST GCR WAS PAID TO DO!!! I was so relieved but then became pissed because these folks really just tried to rob me with a soft tone and a freaking smile!!! Shawn does my repairs, the old faulty hoses and control arms because they were worn out bad and my total less my extended warranty of $750, $1466.74 and that was because it cost me $245 to tow it to him( I got charged an extra $100 by the tow company because I was sleep when they first came out and I like them and it's just business). That price is significantly lower than GCR price of $5025 just to fix the coolant leak!!!! They wanted more than I paid to fix both issues to just fix the control arm bushings!!! After picking my beautiful M760 I from the mechanic and driving that long drive home, I decided to call GCR to ask them why would they try to rob me like this because I thought you guys were a reputable company? This guy had the nerve to tell me they never said I had 2 cracked radiators. They only suggested that I replace them probably due to age or something the technician saw but he can't be certain unless he speaks with the technician. What a F&$&@ng joke!! I stated that clearly a pressure test was not done because why would I need to replace 2 radiators( main radiator and low pressure radiator) if they're not leaking? Again he states he doesn't know but he knows that is what's required to fix my issue. The diag fee is only $88 so it's not gonna break the bank at all. I suggested that in good faith they should at least refund that and he stated that they checked 3 different areas and the fee would stand. Mind you I really don't care about the fee and just wanted to hear his response. I say "if you didn't do a pressure test which is what is required for any kind of leak then the job was not done properly and I should be refunded". He stood firm and offered to check my car again for "free" and of course I immediately decline!! Why would I want you scam artists touching my car again so you can actually break something worth 5 grand this time? No I will hard pass. I know this was long but BEWARE OF THE TYPE OF PEOPLE AND ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION! Mechanics are shady people so it's imperative you find one you can trust!!!

    Stellar service from A to Z! My Audi Q3 decided to act out at the worst possible time: right before…read moreChristmas. Called GCR as a new client to ask for advice and availability to have "the grinch" (aka my car) inspected and repaired. Chase answered my call and assured me that I would have the Audi inspected before the year end and that would cost under $100. The towing truck dropped off "the grinch" in GCR parking lot right before closing on December 23rd. Sometimes around noon on December 30th I received a very informative text message from Chase saying that the GCR tamed "the grinch" and the car is ready for pick up! Invoice was under $100, as promised and included complimentary service! Not only that I was not being taken advantage of (which most auto repair shops would do trying to upsell not needed services, unfortunately), but I was provided with meaningful insight that can save me a lot of grief in a long run! Ethics and service quality are a rare find nowadays, hence sharing my positive experience with GCR team. Kudos to everyone and special thanks to Chase for sharing not just his above average professional expertise and customer support skills, but also his incredible kindness towards a tired customer rambling in distress. Chase's understanding and patience made a world of difference to me. I'm grateful for your help and I'll confidently be a repeat customer (hopefully just for regular maintenance, rather than emergencies).
