The first time I went there was for a massage.. not very good. They suggested I buy a membership for $99 to save money and get deals. They didn't tell me it was $99 A MONTH! I called to try and straighten it out but they wouldn't listen and as soon as they hung up the phone.. they charged my card. I won't go to a business that tries to get customers by setting them up. I was not sure what to expect but as soon as I stepped in, it felt like I was at a resort's spa. The front desk staff were welcoming and the locker room was very clean and well equipped. The relaxation room for before and after services was a relaxing place to enjoy in the cozy robes provided. I had an hour massage with Miguel who was great. After hours of searching for a spot in Naples for a couples massage we decided to try Spavia because of the reasonable prices and great reviews. It was a rainy day while we were here on our "mini-moon" and called to see if we could get a same day couples massage. They were able to fit us in a few hours later and we got the "Deep Tissue Couples Massage" for $238 total. I've had a lot of massages in my time and being athletic I usually struggle with not enough pressure. I had Diana and my husband had Tatiana and they were both wonderful. I was very disappointed with my massage yesterday. The person giving me the massage didn't seem very experienced and it was not what I was expecting at all. Most of the time was spent just "pressing" and rubbing instead of actual massage. After talking with my girlfriend, we had 2 very different experiences and thankfully hers was a lot better then mine. Since it was my first massage I didn't know what to expect but after explaining it to her, she also agreed that the person I had, whose name was Raul, might not of been that experienced. read more

Not a place for makeup application! TV dinner tray overflowing w random products dropping on floor, brushes not sterile, application not blended, raccoon eyes w mascara smeared under eyes. Well the place is beautiful but the massage was horrible! The girl would not massage my lower back, buttocks and only massaged the outer thigh. I have had many massages and this one was the worst! I asked for a deep tissue massage because I was in pain from my sciatica and all she did was tickle my skin. I was getting so irritated during the massage because she put absolutely no pressure on my skin. I did not even get my head massaged...I did a groupon and glad I did not pay full price! From the moment you walk in the doors this place is amazing. The girls at the front desk are so friendly. They guide you to the locker rooms where you change into a cozy robe and shoes. The relaxation room is a nice touch to get you relaxed before your treatments with heated neck pillows (my favorite). I have had Gina for both my facial and massage. My face has never looked better after my facial. The products sold in the salon are affordable and work very well. My massage was amazing as well. It was the right pressure and the most relaxed I've ever been. I enjoy Spavia more than any other spa membership places I have experienced in Naples. I would highly recommend Spavia to anyone. read more
