The pressure remained too light throughout, and I kept hoping it would improve, but it never did. I paid for a 90-minute session and, honestly, I was ready to leave after the first 20 minutes. To top it off, at the end of the massage I was handed a dry towel to wipe the massage oil off myself, which felt unusual and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. I explained to the lady that a friend of mine just made the appointment not even 20 minutes ago and I do not care to go. They informed me that they would charge her card anyway so I went there so my friend would not get charged. They charged $35 for me to put my foot in a bucket of water for 15 minutes. I am not happy with this place nor the policy and I will never be back here. I asked a worker is this all the service she said yes I put my foot in the water for 6 minutes and left. This is a reply to the answer that they wrote on me, I was not late. They asked me to come in 15 minutes early so I could check out with my other friends who had the nerve to stay there. They were very rude and nasty and was upset because I am telling the truth. I would not recommend this place to a dog! Horrible

It has been over a month and after a trip expensive trip to the ER and time, it is mostly feeling healed. It was Excessive Pressure. The owner offered an apology and had a conversation with the therapist about the incident she stated. No refund was ever given and all communication ceased. It is probably not worth contacting an attorney at this point. ($1600 ER bill) and many days of pain, but an expensive lesson. Higher priced massages does not necessarily equate to higher quality.

There's separate areas for men and women and clothing are optional. The spa in the men's side is rated at four adults. The spa is on the warm side instead of hot and you hit a silver button on the wall to activate the jets that's on a 15 minute timer. The spa was clean but you will get a strong wiff of chlorine to the point where it can be an irritant to your eyes. The steam room a larger and can hold about 8. Again it's on a 15 minute timer and once you press the button it takes about 4 minutes to warm up. The shower facility is nice with good quality soap and there's ample lotion, Q-tips and other amenities for you to use. The towels here are clean and not worn out and there's free ice water (with lemon slices). The waiting area is very relaxing with the soft music, gas fireplace and a TV with calm landscape motion. There's a light beverage station with hot tea and fruits. Cell phone coverage is on the weak side with Verizon and A T & T but acceptable for streaming low quality Netflix.

She talked to me about a membership and the timing of appointments. She said they had a 20 minute grace period because I said I would likely be coming from work and running late. She said it wouldn't be an issue at all, if I was late the session would just be shorter. I made an appointment to go back for a sauna and was planning on signing up for the membership the receptionist had told me about. I was running late and tried to reach the spa. Scott left me a message. I called back. Scott returned my call and was immediately rude. He said since it was 15 minutes past my appointment he turned off the sauna and would charge me. It wasn't even 15 minutes into the appointment but I apologized and said I understood. He then said there was an issue that I personally blocked the charge and needed to fix it immediately. I obviously hadn't had the chance to block the charge while I was on the phone with him but still apologized. He continued to be rude while I just apologized. We had checked on two locations but they weren't able to schedule us until the following week. We found St. Pierre on Yelp and decided to walk-in whilst out touring Napa. Scott kindly greeted us as we entered. He asked how he might help us. We indicated we were in town for just a few days and wanted a couples message. He was very hospitable and checked the calendar. He found an opening for the following afternoon. He was accommodating and even took us on a tour of the place. We arrived the next day and Scott greeted us, brought us to the Room of Tranquility and gave us Tea. We met Aaron and Logan. They asked how we would like the pressure and brought us to the room. Both of our massages were just as we requested. We had every muscle worked and were so relaxed. They asked how we were doing throughout our treatments ensuring we were okay.
