I wrote a review back when we were dealing with our situation but wanted to come back and provide an update. Angela was only concerned about my baby when she was having difficulty getting payment from our insurance. (Which was her fault, as my insurance informed her of a policy change and she kept submitted wrong information to them.) She has only reached out to us regarding payments and never tried to help us after delaying my child's services for months. She has no integrity, and has taken no accountability, and did not care about my baby at all. She has hood relationships with selective families and could care less about others. We've finally found a new speech therapy clinic and are hoping for a much better result. I just want parents to be extra cautious with this place. Parenting is hard enough without the extra stress of worrying whether your child is being fairly treated and respected at a THERAPY clinic. We've had a hard few months, financially and developmentally and it could have been avoided if the owner had not tried to hide her hand and end communication with us when problems arose. I've just never known an owner or manager to handle a situation so poorly, in any business setting.

She worked with our schedule and educated us on how to incorporate the speech therapy at home. I saw a change in my daughter's speech and behavior within a few sessions with Angela. I have learned so much through this process. Thank you, Angela, for helping us get back on track.

My voice was raspy and inconsistent and it often felt like an effort just to speak. Not a voice that one wants as a teacher. My ENT referred me to Lisa Famiglietti. After 3 weeks of 30-minute sessions twice a week and another three weeks meeting once a week, (a total of 9 sessions) my voice is now better than it has been in years. I cannot speak too highly of her. She gave me back my voice. I recommend doing the sessions over Thera, which is like Zoom. You save time and gas money. The remote sessions worked perfectly for me. Once again, if you are unhappy with your voice quality, I highly recommend Lisa Famiglietti.

Lisa Famiglietti was my therapist and she is the best of the best. At the time I was working with her, I was a music teacher and my voice improved and I was able to sing with more ease with my church music team. I have since changed careers and am not singing anymore, but now that I am close to finishing a PhD, I have time and the bandwidth to start doing my speech therapy exercises again. I am glad I recorded all of my sessions with her three years ago. Lo and behold, my singing voice is coming back again. It feels good to sing again and feel resonance in my face and body again. I don't know why her therapy exercises work, but they do! Thank you for helping me to get my joy back Dr. Famiglietti!

Our first meeting with Amy was so refreshing and needed after the hell of ABA and the "training" they try to do to your kids (if you know you know). She is so knowledgeable and understanding to our concerns and needs and just really was upfront, please visit their website before you go to, I see many complaints on here but seem to be due to lack of parents research, and she really advocates for her clients and getting them all needed in just all aspects of their lives...school and home life. As a parent I am just so grateful to have a place have my back like this one does...they are upfront with all that is going on but never push my child and make them feel less than they are or like they don't matter and they help me with tools to take home and use as well. Like most parents as well I am so grateful for all the reminders that I get not only about upcoming appointments but payments as well...paying ahead of time I know for some is like "WTF" but look at the times we live in people so it is understandable they need to get paid for services rendered...too many ungrateful people out there that have made it this way for most place. All in all LOVE this place and my child is so happy and at home here as well...asks daily when can go back to see as he says "his people".

That was me before we switched away from KidTherapy and to another PT. My daughter saw Jenny for PT about 3 times before we switched. The front desk staff are nice, but Jenny started our sessions 5-10 minutes late all 3x (which is significant when the session is only 30 minutes). She would oftentimes be rushing through the front door when we were in the lobby as her first patient for the day. She was a lovely person, but now it angers me to realize how my daughter was not receiving proper guidance & care. During our evaluation she took zero notes; just drew little drawings to try to show me what exercises to do at home. The evaluation at the other office had a full rubric/the PT took notes on her computer, etc. Multiple times Jenny would tell me "You should be a PT!" when I would share my observations of my daughter's gross motor skills. And I kept thinking "I'm only doing this because she's not receiving the guidance that she needs." I would leave appointments feeling more overwhelmed and had more questions than I arrived having. Jenny would frequently ask me to remind her what we did last time or what exercises we were working on; things that should have been recorded by the professional we were paying for the session. Overall, it was not a professional experience and I was right to trust my gut and try a different therapy center, because the difference has been night and day. My daughter has made more progress elsewhere in 1 session than she did in 3 sessions over 1.5 months at KidTherapy.

The session was 90 minutes, included informative slides & videos, take-home resources/print-outs, as well as visual models/representations of breasts and bottles to ensure content was well-absorbed by the attendees. Maggie and Laura organize their content well in a digestible manner, take their time to ensure everyone is understanding, and they are both very patient in answering questions. As a nanny/caregiver who has worked with many infants before, I wish I would've had this training sooner. There is SO much to learn! Even if you are not a mother but are helping to support a spouse, friend, or family member with feeding, I highly recommend taking one of the Nest courses. Maggie and Laura are trusted resources that are clearly highly educated and trained. They display kindness, patience, understanding, passion, and genuine care in what they do and with the clients they serve. I can only imagine how incredible an in-person session would be. Can't wait to attend one in the future!
