Next I spoke to office personnel at least two times before going into the office. When I arrived the receptionist told me I would have one quad done. I am writing this as a once happy patient; my family has been coming for 15+ years. Now there is a new song and dance, and they are refusing to refund my money. They are adding an office visit on the same day of service and without filing it to the to the insurance and charging me as a non-covered because they know it will be bundled. I now have to file a dispute, and I am on the hook for the financing and the difference they are pocketing. this was nice to say to me after years of being a loyal patient " they will sleep just fine and if I don't like to go somewhere else. " We all make our own decisions on where and who we want to be our caregivers, but when a 15+ year patient tells you to think twice when presented with a solid billing issue and they tell you too bad, it says loyality means nothing AT ALL. The office used to be kind and never once gave me issue, but every time I have gone in the office lately there are no patients anymore. I only stayed because I really enjoyed Dr Henegar he has always been a pleasant person , but now I feel he is in a financial depression to resort the way he talked to me and keeping my money I feel karma is coming.
