There are not enough positive adjectives to describe Dr. Irina and everyone who works at the office (a generic "staff" simply cannot be used for this group of great people, they all feel like good friends!) I've been a patient for several years, and during this time Dr. Irina has treated me for a whole spectrum: from something as routine as a regular checkup and cleaning to the most complicated extraction and dental implant - and I can say there is nobody else I'd rather trust with my teeth, she is excellent! In addition to being obviously a great expert in her field and committed to staying on top of new developments in dentistry, Dr. Irina is very warm, kind and genuinely caring about her patients! I have to praise Dr. Irina on another aspect that some other reviewers also commented on. Before I met Dr. Irina, I was so used to dentists pressuring you into a dizzying number of procedures, sometimes going as far as insisting on root canals or crowns on healthy teeth and charging exorbitant amount of money, that Dr. Irina's honest, ethical and health-based conservative approach was such a welcome (but initially almost startling :-)) change! I always here the phrase "There are dentists and there are DENTISTS" I know what it means now because of Dr. Irina. I have 3 children as old as 17 and as young as 6. We have been going to fancy kids specific dentist locations before and I always felt like my kids had most of the problems in the whole entire world. When I met Dr. Irina and was pleasantly surprised that she serves the families including kids all ages, our family switch to her for all dental issues. I, along with all my children and husband love Dr. Irina. She is knowledgeable, experienced, realistic, and someone that you can trust. She also reserves a time for patients so she can give her 100%. She doesn't book 3-4 people at the same time and ran around the patient rooms like what most of the other business do these days. She is very approachable, she calls after the treatment to check on patients in the evening or next morning and that just extraordinary because it just shows she cares about you as a person. read more

Now retired myself and with a long history of dental health challenges, I have found Dr. Irina to be highly skilled. After so long of not going to the dentist due to other dentists hurting me, I began to have dental problems. With bone loss I was afraid that 4 of my front teeth would fall out. Almost everyday I passed Dr Irina's practice, Valley View Dental, and called to make an appointment finally, Lots of dental work to be done. The staff is so nice and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. With the plan in place to replace the teeth with a permanent bridge the work began. 7 weeks later I have a new smile and nice looking teeth. I also have my confidence back. It took multiple appointments, but I had no pain or discomfort that an advil could not take care of. I can't say enough good about Dr Irina and her staff, they are truly wonderful people. Love Dr. Irina Hayrapetyan and wonderful staff !! I have been seeing Irina for about six years. She is very professional and personable. Best of all, I have never had to wait to see her ! Going every three months over my lunch hour, leaves very little time. She is always on time and has a smile on her face. The staff is wonderful too ! Love that they are willing to schedule my appointments at my convenience and have even called on a few occasions to offer a later time if I would have had to wait.
