Definitely, one of the greatest doctors of all. This time, nurse Chiara (a smart & beautiful young lady) who took care of my husband in the recovery room, was also wonderfully kind. She came by to check on him frequently & answered all our questions with thoughtfulness that I was deeply touched. Her sweet smile helped ease the tension after the procedure as well. She helped me scan the barcode to register, asked for my information, and even allowed me to email the documents to her. Her energy was very welcoming and professional, and I really appreciated how kind she was. After that, she brought me into the exam room. The medical assistant who helped me was wonderful as well. She was kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. The doctor was also great. Although our conversation was brief, he was warm, attentive, and made sure to answer any questions I had. Overall, the entire experience was excellent. The wait time was very short, the staff was professional and caring, and I truly appreciated the level of service I received. Dr. Gad did not want to do viral testing or refer me to an infectious disease specialist. She was adamant I only undergo testing for sleep apnea, which was a lengthy process lasting over half a year, while I continued to be plagued with viral symptoms. I was finally told I had mild OSA, which didn't warn't treatment, and was not the cause of my fatigue and chronic viral re-activation. Dr. Gad downplayed my symptoms, and blood test abnormalities. I felt like I was being gaslighted, because she either didn't know what to do, or couldn't be bothered to look into it. She always seemed rushed and not in a good mood. I insisted I see a blood specialist over a year later (she said it wasn't necessary), who revealed I have antibodies for EBV, which explains my fatigue, viral re-activations, weight loss, swollen glands appear when I'm tired, and a myriad of symptoms, including digestive and cardiac issues. She didn't even bother to follow up on those tests with me, after she received them. In person, she was dismissive, short with me at times, and unfriendly. This doctor did not like being repeatedly asked to explore other reasons for my debilitating symptoms, and months would go by, while she denied the value of seeing an infectious disease specialist. Had she just checked me for viral activity when I was acutely sick, after maybe the 3rd re-activation in 3 months, I might have been spared much anguish. She let over a year go by, convinced of her one theory of an underlying sleep apnea issue. I have never fully recovered from those virus re-activations, and Dr. Gad deserves to be formally reported. Dr. Gad recently neglected to fill a prescription for blood pressure medication for well over a week, when it was critical, as I kept begging my pharmacy for pills. No one at the pharmacy could understand the situation, and thought was a glitch in the system, but finally someone deduced she just forgot to refill a critical prescription and apologized profusely for this doctor who should have her license questioned.

He even got on the phone with a physical trainer I was seeing to advise about what sorts of movements I should and should not do. Berzisht was always patient, attentive, and willing to answer questions. He truly cares about his clients and is sensitive to their individual styles or needs.
