Mmm. I could go for some Pizza. Anyway.. In 2020 I suffered a tear in my supraspinatus tendon. I did 6 months of physical therapy (at a different place) with no improvement, and the only improvement coming after a cortisone shot. A year later and I have another tear in the tendon, plus a slap tear and adhesive capsulitis. The doctor told me I needed surgery, and I asked about physical therapy. He responded to me by saying he didn't believe physical therapy is going to help, and it didn't help last time Boy was he wrong. My experience with physical therapy here was completely different. The team here is trained to another level, everyone is a Ph.D, but they're also incredibly engaged, pleasant, and supportive. They're genuinely nice people. They pushed me and got me to be functionally cured and saved me from 6 months to a year of recovery and rehab. Facilities: brand new, this is a new location and everything is shiny and brand new. Equipped with everything you would need for all kinds of exercises and therapy Administration: seamless - charge me automatically for my copay, bill the insurance, never had to worry about it Care and attitude: superb. Chris and Darren complemented each other and pushed me to where I needed to be, without getting me overzealous and injuring myself further. Lena and Ashley were sweethearts who really took care of me, and made me feel like a superstar every time I came round. Follow up care: These guys (with my blessing and explicit consent) opened a direct line of communication with my personal trainer and pilates instructor so that I can maintain the progress I've made and avoid injury in the future. I owe these guys a debt that I cannot properly articulate in words. And if I hadn't had a completely different experience with PT elsewhere, I wouldn't know to appreciate just how outstanding they are.

After a chaotic experience getting paperwork set up, I had decided I would not be returning. A few months later I received an email saying my account was going into collections because the bill kept coming back undeliverable. A big surprise to me - especially since they hadn't bothered emailing to alert me. I asked why they hadn't and they claimed they had to go to zoc doc and ask for my contact info - they didn't have it... or so they say. I asked for a copy of my Patient Intake forms I had to fill out after my first visit - there at the top, my correct address and email (!!!). I compared the address to the one on the bill - whoever had entered my info had dropped the apartment number, clearly it was their issue. This whole place feels like a scam. I highly encourage you to seek treatment elsewhere.

My PT was even shooting the sh*t with other PTs during my visits. Maybe that's what some people like about this place, the PTs are very casual. However, if you're a serious athlete or just looking for the best treatment (good exercises, stronger manual therapy, and other more modern modalities such as laser, heat, shockwave, etc.), you should consider another spot.

That is how good she is. She takes her background in neuroscience, as well as here massage training, to treat her patients with the utmost care, not leaving any stone unturned in her goal to alleviate their pain. No matter how busy it was, she always made sure to give me at least 15-20 minutes of her undivided attention. Her caring soul and bright smile brought me so much peace during a time of pain. He even got on the phone with a physical trainer I was seeing to advise about what sorts of movements I should and should not do. Berzisht was always patient, attentive, and willing to answer questions. He truly cares about his clients and is sensitive to their individual styles or needs. When I finally arrived to my scheduled appointment they were very busy but I expected that since it was on a Monday. I had to wait but it wasn't that long. The staff here is very friendly and I have had nothing but a good experience here. I have been to Physical therapy in the past in "other" places and I have to say Brick-Run has been one of my best experiences. I feel that I have gotten a lot more attention here than I have in the other places I have been too. The physical therapist (Gurjeet) for me is amazing. He really is attentive and clear about what I need to do to feel better. He really spends time to stretch out my shoulder to loosen it up so that I can do some specific exercises. His staff sets me up for my specific sets of exercises. They make sure that I do them correctly. I am supervised until I understand what I am doing. I don't need someone to stare at me to do the exercises because I have to be able to do them on my own so that I can do them at home. I know that I have to put the work in to make my shoulder better but I feel that this office has really helped me with my problem.
