I met with Christine the clinic manager and she gave me a tour of their facility. We went over different packages that would work best for me and what I wanted my end result to be, and she took her time to explain everything and gave me a really great and affordable package. I think the second best part of my visit was when Christine told me I could have my first session that same night, and Soriah the laser tech, stayed and performed it for me. She made it super comfortable and effortless. (I chose the Brazilian laser package). I asked questions and she was able to answer all of them for me and how we would proceed from one session to another. I've had laser hair removal in the past but never with such great results after just one session. That's why I went to them because I was unsatisfied with the previous place I had gone to. Tomorrow is my second session and I'm so excited because I've had a little to no regrowth, so I can only imagine how great my results are going to be this time around. I reached out several times to the regional director for the Long Island locations, Ashley, and not only did I receive no meaningful response, but the tone and dismissiveness I did encounter were completely inappropriate for a company of this size. There was no effort to resolve my concerns, no offer to review my case, and no customer care whatsoever. LaserAway sells a premium service at a premium price, but their results and customer service are anything but premium. Once they have your money, you're on your own. I strongly urge anyone considering them to stay far away. There are far better providers who stand behind their results and treat customers with respect. Avoid LaserAway. Don't waste your money or your time.

It was so great to see that they offered so many great deals and had many promotions. My first time going to the skin spa was back in the summer for my first session of laser with Olga. The facility is clean and well kept. The receptionist was extremely friendly and answered questions that I had. Then, I was taken into the back with Olga and she asked me a lot of questions and examined my under arms before she used the laser to ensure to put the laser on the correct setting for me.
