I scheduled a new client adjustment followed by a massage. I was taken in for the adjustment and about 5 minutes in a "case worker" came in to watch with no explanation. You're not in the most comfortable positions doing this and not sure why you would have someone watch. My massage was scheduled next but the case worker took me into another office where they tried to push me to but a package to come back. When I said I'll see how the visit goes and think about it they said I would never be offered that pricing again. Mind you I only came in for some minor pains not an injury. It was a very awkward conversation and I declined multiple times. I was then taken to the massage in the "spare room" the table was so shaky I got dizzy multiple times and thought it would break, no warmer and a dirty blanket. There was no music in the room and the walls were paper thin. I could hear 10 different conversations and loud banging through the whole massage. If you're going to offer massage you should provide the same experience as going to a massage spa. If not just offer chiropractic services. I think they are really just out for your money.

I met Dr. Austin Reynolds at a trigger point therapy training. I was seeing a doctor in Round Rock…read moreat the time but wasn't getting real relief. I then saw an orthopedic doctor, followed by 5 months of physical therapy and dry needling. I called Dr Reynolds on a Thursday and he was able to see me the next morning. I remember reading that he could see results in 2-3 visits and I was skeptical, but it was 3 visits. In the first visit I could tell a difference in range of motion and after 3 visits I had relief. Because my profession requires me to use the same patterns of movement I will probably need reoccurring work on my rotator cuff but I have been able to sleep through the night without my hands falling asleep. I have been able to increase my weight during my workouts and I have had little to no discomfort in my shoulder that I was experiencing pain in for almost 7 months. Dr Austin really knows what he is doing for sports injuries. I highly recommend.

Prepare to pay anywhere from $150 to $400 BEFORE you even get to see someone for a regular check up, and they won't tell you how much ot will be, it all depends on what is discussed, they say. This is before you even get to see anyone or get any wellness check!! We unfortunately didn't know they were doing this until we had 3 of these for our family. We never got our wellness check but we did get billed for $674 ! Needless to say, we went went elsewhere for our family of 6.
