I have been going to this pain management for quite some time now. On April 2nd I went in for my…read morenormal appointment and I didn't go back May29th due to someone in the office couldn't get the paperwork right concerning my knee injection. So on May 29th, I went to my appointment at 8:30, my doctor Rebecca Mitchell (IPA) accused me of doing meth. I was blown away because I know I don't do drugs. Rebecca Mitchell was sitting there looking spaced out like she didn't believe me. I left the office went home to settle my nerves. I called up there to file a complaint, but Shay claimed they didn't have anyone like that in the office, but like I told Shay everyone has a boss. So she put me on hold to speak with Supervisor Latrina (if that is how to spell her name). I explain to the supervisor the issue and she claimed she would look into it on Thursday 29th, and call back on Friday or Monday. Today is June 1st, I didn't from her all day. I decided to call at 3:45pm to see if Latrina was available, but Lisa answered the phone stating that Latrina(supervisor) would call me back before they closed today. It is 5:50pm and the office has closed. Let me, say this on the 29th, I went to AnyLab Test and paid out of pocket for a 10-panel drug test, and on June 1st all my test came back negative. This IPA is not to be trusted at all. Be careful when you are dealing with them. I don't know what the motive was behind it, but I don't use drugs. I asked to be retested which Rebecca Mitchell said she could not retest me.

As if a patient would willingly PULL OFF A CROWN FROM THEIR OWN MOLAR. That says everything you need to know about him. Instead of admitting that maybe things happen, and sometimes crowns fail...NO. Not this dude. He blames the patient by implying they yanked off their own crown. Who in their right mind would do that? Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere.

Hood. Recently, one of the titanium screws holding my jaw together became loose and started to protrude through the gum line from behind my R-molar. Luckily, Dr. Ford was still around, and who better to contact than the surgeon himself? Staff was accommodating and pleasant. Check-in was almost seamless (prior referral was somehow missing on their end, so they had to re-contact my other dental clinic for information), and the wait time was minimal. The extraction process was near-painless (of course, with the help of a local anesthetic) and fast. Plus, Dr. Ford even let me keep the 1/2" titanium screw as a souvenir and called me later that evening to ask if there were any complications. I have to add that the side where the screw came loose (R-side) was the work of his partner at the time. When describing his work and because he's left-handed, he confidently stated, "that's because it's the Ford side." Highly recommended!

I was told we would be seen at the same time and willing changed my arrival time because of this. When I did arrive I was told we wouldn't, in fact, be seen together. Not only were we not going to be seen together, there was no dentist on the premesis. I only found that out because I overheard a conversation the receptionist was having with another patient on the phone. When I asked why we weren't told we wouldn't have exams, she said that patients don't always get exams during their cleaning. I told her this wasn't true because we had always been seen by a dentist for our six month cleaning the three and a half years we'd been going. Another woman confirmed that to be the standard (a dentist's exam) and told me I could come back for a free cleaning and exam when the dentist was in, but the next appointment wouldn't be for another 4 months. Basically the same time I would need to return for my next cleaning. I will NOT be returning to this practice. There's no reason to mislead loyal patients, nor to lie to them when you've been caught doing so. This practice has done this a handful of times eith various things and our last visit was the last straw. They'll try to tell you you only need to have a dental exam every year, but that only seems to apply when you call them out for a dentist not being there. The practice had a change of dentists and never bothered to let their patients know Fossum was leaving. All around they just seem shady. I don't even want to think about the hassle they'll give me when I attempt to get our dental records. I will no longer recommend this practice either.
