Also, with all the places and spaces we put Mr. C through?? He did it all with a great attitude. You couldn't ask for more. His car was immaculate, has great air conditioning, and was comfortable. We were unable to book him for another time but were so glad that we were finally able to. Thank you for your service. And I'll be referring more clients!

There were 20 high school seniors and 4 chaperones and we were picked up on time in a clean, beautiful bus, with wonderful service. We spent 10 hours going to different stops in LA and everything was perfect, including an ice chest of ice-cold water! We used them again on our trip to the airport a few days later and same experience. Communication was perfect from inquiry about pricing to contracting and during the trip. I booked with Big C because of the wonderful Yelp reviews and am so glad I did. They will definitely be our go-to charter anytime we are in Southern California. Thanks Clarence!

When getting the tickets, the lady helping us was so nice! We got our audio tour and started along the way. It really was beautiful and full of history! It's as old as the country! The audio tour and plaques along the way provided a lot of information and we spent at least 2 hours here wandering around and taking everything in, you could easily spend more time than that here. Beautiful grounds and it was amazing to see the original and uncovered structures that existed so long ago. You end up at the gift shop at the end and we left with a postcard and a magnet for home. Very reasonable prices in there and some cute things! Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit other missions. Give this one a go!

As soon as you enter you will see a gorgeous garden and remnants of The Great Stone Church, which was destroyed by earthquake in 1812. I also liked Serra Chapel, which is the oldest building in California that's still in use, based on online search. I felt at peace just sitting inside the chapel for few minutes. Current admission fee is $19 for adults and $11 for youth (5-17) years of age). Admission fee includes a self-guided audio tour but the device was kind of difficult to hear. There isn't a designated parking lot for the Mission but there are few public parking lots near the area. I was here on a weekday so was able to find street parking along Camino Capistrano. Most of the street parking is limited to 5 hours. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance so it's a great location. You will definitely smell BBQ smoke coming from Heritage BBQ restaurant across the street.

He was so friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable... and he let us pick the music (extra points)! We were a group of 9 and did the South OC pickup from San Juan Capistrano. The shuttle van fits a total of 14, so we were joined by another couple and pair of sisters, who thankfully, were really cool people, so it wasn't awkward at all. The shuttle van was very comfortable and Joseph provided waters and snacks, but you can also bring your own if you like. We visited 4 wineries in total, tastings and winery tours were included in the ticket price, and most wineries offer a 10-25% discount on bottle purchases through Best Coast Tours as well. You can even order your lunch in advance, not included in the ticket price, to be delivered during your lunch stop on the tour. We chose that option and enjoyed our lunch seated at a table on the grass listening to live music. Everything was so convenient and we really got lucky with the beautiful weather. Overall it was a great experience, I would definitely recommend Best Coast Tours to anyone from SoCal looking to spend a day out in Temecula without any of the stress of planning and coordinating. The ticket price is very reasonable considering everything that's included. Don't hesitate!

Honesty: Agent in Irvine, Nancy been very straight forward about the tour that I sign up, it is a "shopping tour". It means the fee to enroll is low, but in between destinations, we will be visiting various shop and we are expected to buy something to help with the commission of the tour guide. Nancy been very straight forward, about 2 days before my departure, she purposely called me on the phone again to tell me "NOT TO BUY ANYTHING" that I do not need. 2. Experienced: The tour guide in China from www.beautyorienttour.com/, name Mr. Zhao Lie Ping 赵烈平 is a very experienced tour guide. On the day we visited JiuZhaoGou, there was 17K other visitors too. Somehow Mr. Zhao was able to bring us to the spot that has no one there. As the result, all my photographs turn out excellent as "landscape photos" instead of "crowd photos". 3. Humor: Tour guide Mr. Zhao Lie Ping is a very humor tour guide. I appreciate his humor! I brought along my parents for this trip and I am very happy about this tour guide. He kept us entertained for the 9-hour bus trip from ChengDu to JiuZhaiGou, non-stop! He likes to sing and my parents really enjoy his singing and jokes! I think this is an important trait that a tour guide should have, which is humor so that we as visitor can be happy on the trip too! 4. No pressure attitude: This tour is a "shopping tour" as I explained above. However, tour guide Mr. Zhao Lie Ping never gave us any pressure that we should buy something. Among 8 different shopping locations, I only I ended up buying three: silk, tea leaf and pearl just because I wanted to, not because I receive the pressure that I "should buy something". 5. Passion: I believe Mr. Zhao Lie Ping has passion in his job for example he always smile when greeting us, help his customers beyond his duty, shift the schedule around based on unexpected situation, but yet not screw up the big picture. As a result, I am very happy to give this service five-star! It is an unforgettable trip that I had. I hope this review will bring more customers to Twin Bridge in Irvine and Beauty Orient Tour in China.

We ended up picking a Princess Cruise and related land tours. Dave Branson is our consultant and he took it upon himself to arrange the cruise and our land tours and flights. He did a superlative job. One can only hope that a cruise meets the expectations that the advertisements often pique. In our case, Princess came up short, being that the ship seemed to be out of date in terms of decor and amenities. Food was also inconsistent. The tour advisor cannot be blamed for the failings of the cruise line. Without Dave Branson our experience would have been far different, and probably much less enjoyable.

I've been many times for over 25 years and booked direct and with travel agents. Direct is ok for something simple, you know the cruise line maybe and maybe repeating a trip...say Carnival for the Christmas weekend to Ensenada...but my experience is that the pricing is the same whether buying direct from the line or buying with a travel agent. The travel agent gets a small commission from the line, obviously but they are buying at a discount so the pricing is consistent whether buying from the travel agent or going direct. But what you get FOR FREE from the travel agent is often invaluable in the form of advice about a particular line, the cruise, the ports, where on the ship you want you state room and a dozen other question that these experts to provide. The team at Expedia Laguna Hills is great at this. Old school customer service, actually answering the phone personally and helping you RIGHT NOW, not a website, not endlessly clicking for answers you can't find, real answers when you need them. Dave, Chris and others are responsive, knowledgeable, experienced and very easy to understand, very hard to find in our modern world and so great to have them right here in Orange County.

We paid $6,524 for the transportation, and the company canceled on us the day before the scheduled trip, leaving our nonprofit organization scrambling at the last minute to find alternative transportation for more than 100 kids. What has made the situation even worse is the lack of communication afterward. We have repeatedly tried contacting Robert, the person we had been dealing with, regarding the money we paid and the cancellation. Instead of addressing the situation directly, our calls have gone unanswered, and when we have called from different numbers, we have reportedly been given different names. This is not how a professional transportation company should conduct business, especially when dealing with a nonprofit organization and the transportation of children. We paid a substantial amount of money in good faith and expected the transportation we contracted and paid for. Canceling one day before the event caused significant stress, additional expenses, and disruption for our organization and the families counting on us. We are asking for accountability and a resolution regarding the $6,524 payment. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company get everything in writing, confirm the reservation well in advance, and make sure you understand exactly what happens if the company cancels.

They depart from the building towards the boat 15 mins beforehand so they want you to check in 30mins before (and on weekends/holidays, check in 45mins before). The boat departs on time at the scheduled time, so make sure you are here in the building 15-30mins before your booked time. We booked at 1pm and that's when the boat left the dock. We were gathered at the office at 12:45 to head towards the boat and unfortunately a couple missed their slot because they were not even in the parking lot at 1pm when the boat sailed. Don't make their mistake, just make sure you are parked at least 15mins before the booked time. They were willing to wait 5 mins, but not 30 mins, so timeliness from guests is important as we had almost 30 people on board. As you are led from the building to the boat, they have a pit stop at the bathroom as they warned that the boat's bathroom that can't take toilet paper and can easily clog. Unfortunately the ocean waters was unusually warm when we booked on 7/03 for whale/dolphin sighting so we didn't see any but they have a sighting guarantee so they gave us all a voucher to come back again for free. They gave out a delicious brownie at the end too, so I'm excited to come back for the brownie!

I would recommend you bring your own snacks and/or drinks on board if you don't have a chance to eat beforehand, since snacks and drinks are not provided on the 2.5 hour 8 am tour. There is a small snack shack upstairs where you check in if you forget to bring things to eat and drink. I would recommend this tour and would go back.
