    Turning in equipment was ez. Greeted promptly and directed where to go lines were rather long and seemed to drag on and on.

    I chose this location because they opened at 9:00 am - an hour before the national brand 3 minutes…read moreaway from it. Only today, they didn't. I arrived at 9:30 and found the door locked. Called the 800 number on the door, he said he'd call me right back and did. Seems the store manager had car issues, but was on his way and would be there in 20 mins. He arrived 20 mins later. Not off to a great start. Really nice guy and seems to know what he's talking about. My screen was cracked over the camera and wasn't usable anymore. Had got an online "instant" quote of $199 to replace it. Store manager takes my phone and passcode in the back (out of my site, which was NOT cool with me) and comes back saying the LCD needs replaced. If I do both the screen and LCD it's $350 instead of $400. I ask if the repair is don't up here in the front. He says yes. I agree to the $350 and he starts taking my phone in the back room again. I stop him, get my phone back and start walking out. He said he misunderstood and asks to call the owner. I agree and am allowed in the back after he cleans it up to watch the repair. Now mind you, there's nothing sketch on my phone - but my banking, email, passwords all are! I do not let it out of my site. The entire contents can be dumped in seconds with software out there. He fixed the phone and all seems well. I go to pay and there's a problem with my credit card. He asks if it's a debit card. No, it's an American Express business card. He tells me it has to be cash or debit. I'm beyond shocked - and even he struggled to find where it was posted. Back on the phone to the owner and they agree to take my credit card. Again nice guy - but their processes are broke and not transparent. Also, now I have a persistent notification about an unrecognized Display on this iPhone because the part is not genuine Apple. Again, informed after the repair. I will update if the display doesn't last or all my accounts are broken into

Week One - I was told it would be a week's wait for the battery. Week Two - I got a call saying the parts were in. Dropped off my iPad and was told a 24 hour turnaround. Week Three - I called, hearing nothing. The place across the street now tells me all the parts were NOT in... Week Three plus a day - My iPad was returned with UNREPAIRED. I was told the battery was fine, and it must be a "motherboard problem." Oh yeah - when I picked up my iPad, it seems the place across the street gave me a few bonus white pixels in my screen when they reinstalled the battery improperly. THEN I WISED UP AND TOOK MY IPAD TO BATTERIES PLUS Week One - Had to wait for the battery to come in. Week One plus a day - Batteries Plus installed my new battery, FIXED the white pixel problem with my screen. It seems the place across the street kinked some of the battery wires during their attempt to fix the iPad, causing pressure on the back side of the screen. In summary - Batteries Plus fixed my iPad when they said they would. Batteries Plus kept me posted every step of the way. Batteries Plus fixed the white pixels in my screen due to the attempt at repair from the place across the street. Batteries Plus correctly diagnosed my iPad problem as a battery issue. Batteries Plus fixed it in 24 hours. They kept their promise. Best of all? Batteries Plus did all this for FIFTY BUCKS CHEAPER than the quote from the place across the street.

I was met by a young man named Bradley who asked how could he help me? I said "I was here to pay our Direct TV bill" I handed him a copy of the bill, and he asked me for my I.D. Which I provided. He then said he could not take my payment as the bill was in my wifes name and not mine. I questioned this because they had done it in the past on several occasions. He cut me off and said, "There is nothing I can do!" I then questioned him again and said I was listed as an authorized user on the account and provided the 4 digit pin number, he again said there is nothing that can be done. I then questioned about the QR code on the bill and could I pay it that way, and if I could that way with no proper I.D. then why couldn't he? He became agitated and folded the bill up shoved it towards me and said "I want you out of my store!" I said "I'm confused I am a customer attempting to pay a bill why can't you just get it done? He then said I am calling the police! I said go right ahead, but now I will wait hear for them to arrive, I do not run away from the police, and in no case would I ever do that knowing I had done nothing wrong. He then ran to the back of the store and hid away helping other customers who were being taken care of by other staff. So any issues of disruption were not present because none of them noticed anything happening. I did not ever raise my voice or use profane language in any manner. I was then approached by another young man named Sam, he came over and within a few minutes took my payment and got me all taken care of. Funny how the policy referred to by Bradley and saying there is NOTHING that can be done turned out to be a lie. He was nothing but courteous and polite and said he was not aware of what had gone on between Bradley and myself, even though he was at the next table less than 5 feet away, again going to prove that I was not loud or aggressive in my behavior. I then asked if the police were indeed on their way I went outside the store to wait for them as I said I would, Sam came out and we spoke for a bit, as I was on the phone with Direct TV and AT&T about cancelling every service I had with them, and I have been a customer with direct TV for 25 years. They told me they would reach out to a regional or district manager and have them reach out to me, to this point they have not. A Hernando county deputy Sheriff Brown arrived after waiting about 30 minutes, with Sam the AT&T employee present I explained my side of the incident, and Sam verified that I had not been aggressive or threatening in any manner. She then went in to discuss with Bradley his side of the story. When she returned she said that they weren't going to press charges against me, I asked what could I have been charged with She rolled her eyes and said Trespassing. I then reminded her that if she as a law enforcement officer were to ask me to leave under threat of arrest I would gladly leave, but there really were no grounds for a criminal trespass, I had not been disorderly, loud or physically threatening to anyone employee or customer. She smiled and said "you're right" I thanked her for her professionalism, we shook hands and I said I hope this is the most dangerous call you have today, I have the utmost respect for law enforcement but I know my rights as well. In closing everyone please be choosy as to these companies you pay service for, they are and always should be about helping their customers, not calling the police over hurt feelings.I also suggested that Bradley and I meet inside face to face, shake hands and apologize to one another for having a bad day, and that if we could do that I would not feel compelled to put these reviews up on line, but he declined, his ego was I suppose too hurt. I am not a Karen who complains for the sake of complaining, this was handled poorly. So far no one from AT& T has reached out as of yet. The employee Sam was a delight to work with.
