    At first Direct TV seemed ok. When I switched to a cheaper cable company and paid the early…read moretermination fee being I was in a 2year contrac. I needed an itemized bill showing that I paid the early termination fee. I looked on my on line account and it wasn't their. I called them several times about it and they said it was there, but it wasn't and I told them this. I told them I would like a final itemized bill sent to my address or email me one. I was told they could not do that. I lost $107.00 reimbursement I was supposed get from the new cable company I went to because or their poor business tactics of not giving me what I needed. I guess I should have stopped the auto pay before I counseled and then they probably would have sent me an itemized bill then pay what I owed on the early termination fee. So much for being a valuable customer.I would not ever choose to go back to direct tv. Your best bet is to go to spectrum or some other company besides them. Very poor customer service and they only do auto pay.

We moved then…read morecalled them to reconnect and were told that the price will go up and now I have to pay $10 if we don't want it removed from our bank autopay. They hung up on us or got "disconnected" never called us back so we called back and another 40 minutes wasted and when we did get to talk again they kept making up extra fees then I got some condensation jerk that lied to us again. I said stop !!! and to just refund our new hook up fee. They do not care about customer service at all. I'm going with Dish ,so much more pleasant to deal with and much better price. My whole church is pulling the plug on direct tv and we are all glad we did .
