BE WARE!! If I could give zero stars I would!! This DENTIST should be out of business and reported for trying to scam and rip off people!!!! This is thus far the most unprofessional dental place I've ever been to!! Without even examining my teeth the doctor already suggest a bunch of implants!!!! Once they saw my insurance they probably figured let's milk it and make more money! I came here based on reviews which are probably not real! Dentist was upset and so was front desk when I decided to walk away and they even refused to give me my x-rays. The receptionist Olivia yelled and said that we did not pay for them so she wouldn't give them to us even though we did pay for them through our PPO insurance. Even doctor said yes we can get X-rays, OLIVIA said nope!! My wife and I felt harassed as we were leaving. This Dental place is by far the best place to get your any of your dental work. It is family friendly they are very professional and they cater to you by making sure you feel comfortable and that you have a great experience, everthing is cleaned and organized well. Mercedes is one of the most kind employee there, I remember being very nervous and scared because of past experiences I've had with dentists she gave me a stress-free ball to help distract me and Elham (the Dentist) deep a deep clean which is my 1st in 40 years smh numbed up my mouth with no pain and before I knew it I was done. I'm back to get more work done and I will be back for the follow up because now I'm no longer scared. I highly recommend this place check them out I promise you won't regret it. This one is for myself, I visited the office for a broken tooth, as always office was clean and staff very pleasant, they followed all the safety guidelines for Covid 19. Dr-Nima did a great job with my root canal, he was very professional, quick and Gentle, I didn't feel any pain at all, he explained every steps and made me very comfortable during the procedure. I have had a very good experience at Spectrum Dental Arts. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Olivia has helped tremendously with all my many questions concerning insurance coverage and financing. Mercedes & Brenda ( hygienists) were very kind to me and patient. Dr Ellie is very gentle and also very patient with me, as I'm quite a "nervous Nellie". I barely feel her Novacaine shots at all, unless in a very sensitive area. Everyone here takes their time. You don't feel pressured or rushed, and they don't try to force you to do everything needed all at once, if your insurance doesn't cover as much as you would like it to. They offer financing and will work with you to pay for your treatment plan in stages. The office is very nice and clean,and I have never had to wait very long at all, either! I just had my first few dental visits in a while here, and everything went great! All of the staff were very nice, the overall atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable, and there was no rush or any kind of pressure at all; I had plenty of time to ask questions, and again, the staff were just so nice. I really appreciated how Dr. Khajavi would really go into detail whenever I asked about something, however basic it was--that had probably been my favorite part of the experience, because I could see how much she really cared about treating and properly educating her patients.
