This place is a nightmare. I had gone there to guest dose for 2 years and received my take home…read moredoses exactly how I get them at home. So I planned to go there again this year. When I got there, they CLAIMED they never got my paperwork, made me wait forever and finally I called my home clinic myself and had them resend it. They took my medicare card for 2 weeks of meds. BUT, when I got to the dosing window, they REFUSED TO GIVE ME TAKE HOMES! I explained that I had driven TWO HOURS TO GET THERE, ONE WAY! I explained I am on vacation and couldn't possibly do that! They didn't care ONE BIT! Then, they flat out called me a liar! Told me I was lying about getting take homes from them on previous trips! Here I am 1500 miles from home, and have NO MEDICINE! I was SO upset, scared and ANGRY! The manager, the receptionist, the woman that sits in the office next to the manager and the old crotchety nurse were all HATEFUL AND HORRIBLE to me. They absolutely refused to help me, gave me zero alternatives, called me a liar and just insulted my intelligence and questioned my integrity. I will be writing letters to the state regulators on methadone clinics, the states attorney, the main office for this company, the city of Manchester dept of licensing and anyone else I can think of. Those woman have NO BUSINESS being i jobs that require compassion and caring and actually liking people. Their job is to help people RECOVER! NOT to call them liars, insult them, make them feel like their worthless and like no one cares. I wouldn't go back there if I lived across the street and every one of those nasty women should be FIRED! I am a business owner, Iam educated and I'm not some drug addict looking for a hit. This is FAR from over on my part. Do yourself a favor, transfer to the brand new New Seasons Treatment!! They are awesome, caring and quick! They took me in no questions asked and went out of their way to be caring and nice!! Put Manchester out of business!!!

There are several agencies that treat caregivers with respect - this is not one of them. They take…read moreon clients without having secured coverage for all shifts, and you end up called for covering others, or your stuck if no one shows to relieve you. I put in 17 hour shifts on 5 hours of sleep. they won't reimburse for typical mileage and get angry when you ask for it. They expect you to commute over an hour away to clients you did not agree to take on and if you decline any shifts within the 90 day probation, you're let go. they boast higher wages than other agencies, but when they promise bonus incentives, it's all hot air. Avoid this place like a plague. The organization itself is poorly managed, we got no training and they take advantage of caregivers.

Within hours of my first online inquiry, I received a phone call which led to an in-home interview the next day to determine the right match for my senior. Care was set up two days later and the match was perfect. Every request for service was handled quickly including last minute trips to the doctor, which afforded me peace of mind. The woman who cared for my senior truly CARED for him and he looked forward to her visits. She did everything that was asked of her, but went steps beyond to be a caring companion and provide him company, care, safety and comfort. She made an evening trip to a pharmacy well after her shift ended to pick up a prescription, then stayed to set up a med box with careful instructions for him. An emergency trip to the hospital was handled with the utmost professionalism and care and she went above any measure I could have expected. Sadly, after the hospital visit, it was recommended he not live alone anymore and he moved out of state. It pained me to have to end the relationship with our Angel and the company, but I'm grateful for the time we had with them. I highly recommend Visiting Angels in Chelmsford MA, as we received excellent care and service.

This post has to do with a med provider that I've been working with for a few years his name is Dr Brown he's not worthy of having this job his fragile masculinity was crushed when I was expressing myself and used a curse word he thought it was directed towards him and he is said instead of a 2-month supply of my meds he would give me one he told me good luck finding another med provider he is unsuited for this position I want him gone and I will continue to report him until he is gone. Dr.Brown is unfit and unworthy of working in this field of mental health he has messed my meds up multiple time and I've gotten jaundice more than once. Once more Dr.Brown SHOULD NOT WORK HERE ANYMORE ! I will continue to report him until he no longer works there.

His quality of life and self worth have increased exponentially since his time in Westbridge. He still speaks of the program often and how grateful he was 1. To take the personal step to better himself by attending this program and 2. To finally have found a setting that really helped tackle his struggles holistically and in a way that set him up for success not only during treatment, but after. My family is incredibly blown away by the quality of care received not only by my family member, but parents and sibling(s) as well. Their model sets families up for success. This program truly helped change the trajectory of our family's life. Westbridge prioritizes family support and education - we learned to understand more about our loved one's struggles, how to best help him, and the best ways to communicate effectively. These are lifelong skills that our family learned through this program. Initially there was a good amount of leg work due to negotiations and paperwork required with the VA, however, this program was worth every ounce of effort prior to his official start. It was a blessing to our family that the VA was able to cover this treatment 100%. The administrative team was incredibly helpful throughout this process. As a clinical social worker myself, I recognize just how much it takes to run a facility and program like Westbridge, and unfortunately for this quality and level of care, it IS a large expense. All of this to say, thank you to Westbridge for the fantastic experience from start to finish. Thank you for still including us in your weekly emails and support groups/alumni opportunities. Despite our family being in crisis, it took three business days and an agonizing weekend wait to get an interview from the clinical intake social worker. All required paperwork was submitted as we waited four more days , under duress,with no response. When I did follow up, the response was inadequate This program costs $30,000 a month ( they do take insurance). Suggestions to get a quicker response if you are in a crisis (1) Say that you have the funds to cover 6 months ( we said 3) and follow up every single day. Don't worry about being pushy.

Dr. Sullivan is amazing!…read more I have tried quite a few different chiropractors over the past 12 years, and she is one of the best. She does all the adjustments I ask for every time I go in (from my jaw to my toes) and always leaves me feeling better. She understands that I have a limited number of appointments allowed by my insurance, and doesn't push me to come more often than I can afford. She's kind, personable, and interested in my overall well-being. She's also a nutritionist, and is open to any and all of my questions! She makes suggestions of things I can try to help heal my other ailments. She offers high-quality supplements at reasonable prices. One time, I took a supplement and had a weird reaction to it. Dr. Sullivan asked me to bring the bottle back in so she could take them herself and see if it happened to her, too. She not only gave me a full refund, but was willing to risk having the same reaction herself to make sure it was just a fluke and not something wrong with the supplements. Take my word for it...she really cares. (Turns out it was me...not the supplements. Go figure.) Her office is always offering freebies, including raffles and free chair massages! They participate in fundraising events for cancer research and donate to local charities. The other chiropractors that work with Dr. Sullivan are exceptional, as well! Her office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. No matter who I talk to in that office, I know I'm going to be taken care of. Everyone at Main Street Chiropractic truly cares about their patients.
