    Trash company and terrible customer service. Waited in line for 2 hours to get told they couldn't fix my service issue. Would not recommend

    These guys rock, no questions, no hassle. Jacob was extremely helpful. Recommend these guys over the spectrum on south military anyday.

    spectrum wifi is garbage, they change the monthly price up to 100+ dollars and the connection they give is AWFUL

I brought my GameCube into this shop expecting a straightforward diagnostic and repair. I was initially told that I would receive an update relatively quickly. Instead, I spent over three weeks chasing them down myself, making multiple calls just to get any kind of status update. Communication was essentially nonexistent unless I initiated it. When I finally did get a response, I was told they couldn't even properly assess the system because they didn't have the correct visual cables to test a GameCube. That alone was surprising--how does a repair shop accept a console they aren't equipped to test? It gets worse. When I arrived in person, Devin D told me that they had been able to see the GameCube working while it was in the shop. This directly contradicted what I had just been told over the phone. So which is it? Either the system was tested successfully, or it wasn't even viewable due to missing equipment. The inconsistency felt dishonest and left me with zero confidence in anything I was being told. At that point, I asked for a refund due to the lack of progress and the conflicting information. I was told that a manager would follow up with me regarding the refund, but given the pattern of poor communication and contradictory statements, I have little faith that will actually happen without further effort on my end. Overall, this was a disappointing and unnecessarily stressful experience. Between the long delays, lack of basic equipment, and inconsistent explanations, it felt like my time--and trust--were not respected. In hindsight, I would have been better off attempting the repair myself or going elsewhere. I strongly recommend others think twice before bringing their devices here.

    This location use to be my favorite Verizon place to go to for anything concerning my phone. My…read morefamily and I had horrible service at the Verizon store in the Forum here recently. We've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years, so the Forum location always assisted us. Donnie use to help us at this location all the time for years. But here recently, I guess he moved back to Houston with his family and we were getting help by a guy name Austin. He was very condescending and looked like he didn't want to help us at all. He left us to pretend to get us a phone from the back, but never came back. We were waiting for over 20 mins. So, we walked out. It was like the salesmen in there only wanted to help men and not women. They seem unprepared and don't look like they want to do their job. It takes hours for you to get your phone serviced. I'll never come back to this location after 10 years of going here. Bring Donnie back if you want better reviews here bc he use to have us in and out of this place. All we wanted was an upgrade to a phone. Austin tried to tell us we'd have to change our plan to platinum or something in order for us to get our upgrade. Ernesto & Anthony at the Schertz location didn't tell us we'd have to do that for they helped us so smoothly. We ended up leaving to try out the Schertz location and I'm so happy we did. The sales reps not only helped us there but were super kind and gracious with our needs. The Schertz location is our new home for if i have to drive an extra 15 mins there, then so be it.

I finally went in to this location and Jeremy took 2-3 hours of his time to help find out the real problem. This is a big deal considering I know the in-person business model is focused on sales and not so much service anymore, which is unfortunate. Everything goes through the third party phone representatives. 5 stars for Jeremy and the store, 0 stars for customer care line.
