I have been dealing with a order issue for several days with Verizon. Orders consistently getting cancelled and all sorts of issues. I spoke with a supervisor over the phone and we decided that I would just pick up at the store. CS called the store to be sure the product that I was looking for was in stock. OtterBox Defender pop for the iPhone Xs Max. The rep at the store told his yes we do have this product in the store. The rep also informed him that he would be at the store for several hours. I arrived at the store and thought I was getting the product that I was told was in and long story short they did not have it in stock and assumed that this product did not exist. And of course the rep that customer service spoke to was not there. Avoid this store and goto a real Verizon store and not one of these want be stores. The reps can care less about the customer and are there only for the pay check. read more

Andrew went above and beyond to set up our phone service when we came to switch from a different carrier. He was very knowledgeable about all the promotions and offers we could use to lower our monthly bill, such as the turn in phone credit, military credit, switch over credit, autopay credit, and paperless credit! He even went to another location in San Antonio to pick up a light green phone for my daughter as they did not have one at his location! read more

Although they honored the Verizon Wireless and handset manufacturer discounts, I had a sneaking suspicion that there was something they weren't telling me upon leaving the store. Eleven months later, when my phone died, I found out: the salesperson from Cellular Sales of Texas never informed me about key synching software and enabling features that needed to be installed/turned on on my Android. I learned this when I had to visit a real Verizon Wireless store and have my phone factory-reset. I lost all of my contacts, apps, settings, and photos. If you visit an authorized reseller such as this one, go at your own risk and make sure you have done all of your homework about the manufacturers and operating systems. read more

I went here with my girlfriend to upgrade her phone. They told her no iPhone 6s were available in the 64gb anywhere in the city, so she'd have to order it. Took the guy's word and ordered it. He said it would likely arrive Tuesday, but they'd call her when it arrived. Friday, she finally called the store. He said he couldn't explain it, but her order had somehow gotten canceled. So he offered to place the order again. Um, okay. Her phone finally comes in and we go to pick it up. She ordered space grey. The phone was silver. Whatever-- at least she had a phone! They tried to sell overpriced screen protectors to her-- found the same ones on Amazon for WAAAYYYY less, but that's to be expected, I suppose. I will say... the guys who worked here were very friendly despite the many complications. That's why I give two stars instead of just one. I will go to an official Verizon store rather than just the Authorized Retailer next time. read more

First of all, the customer service is fantastic. I was greeted by two people, Johnny and Selina and I complemented him on his watch and he didn't make fun of my Invicta watch. They treat their customers like family here and it was such a great experience. I added my internet to my plan and they set it up for me. Great looking store and great service. Worst customer service ever. The manager Daniel is just as incompetent as his employees. I have never dealt with customer service so horrible that they argue with you and treat you like a problem. I have been with Verizon 4+ years but I will never be coming to this sadly serviced store. Save your time and call customer service at the 800 number, these guys just try to rip you off and give you second rate service if they arnt making money off you. read more

Went to replace a stolen phone. Patiently worked through purchase and service options. This store seems to get torqued around by Verizon Corporate, who limits what they can do in-store. The necessity to call customer service, and interact with "Managers of Termination", Manager of New Products", and "God of Early Upgrades" made this feel like I was buying a new car. I guess that is the benefit of buying a small competitor and adding them to the franchise: screw around, makeVerizon look good, and let the vendor take the heat. Welcome to corporate America! At the end of the day I was shipped a new phone. There was much of "We can do this...but we can't, but we could do that...but we can't. Our case was probably unique, but sheesh! This store worked with us, but more like a foxhole buddy in an ambush. They stuck with me. read more

Do not waste your time going to this store. They do not know the products or services and they will lie to you and try and rip you off. Walking in there was my worst mistake. 2/28/17 me and my wife walked in and told the lady sitting at the desk we wanted to switch our services over to Verizon from sprint. She then proceeded to look me in the face and roll her eyes and go back to typing on her computer. So we go over look at phones for about 5 minutes and not a word from both the associates. So my wife gets fed up and walks out and still they don't say a word to either of us. I had to stop and tell them what was going on and she gave some BS excuse that she was letting us browse. But if I come in and tell you I want to switch companies you need to make some effort to see that our needs are met. But I guess they don't care about their customers. This location will never get any of my business. Hopefully the other Verizon locations will have better associates working in the store! read more

I was in the market for a cell phone and had called several other dealers in the area and nobody could give me the answer that I was looking for so far is the price and I need to change from my Microsoft to an iPhone, so I called the Verizon store on Broadway and talked for a sales representative her name is Selena. She gave us directions we came down we came inside we met with her she was able to let us look at several different types of phones and do a comparable check with the android as compared to the iPhone. She brought that up a nonbiased information sheet for a comparison. After discussing our options we decided on the iPhone 8+. Selena was able to to download my Contacts, pictures, from my Microsoft phone to the iPhone a plus. This took much longer than we thought and at no time did she stop her continued service professionalism. She made the process so so much easier I would recommend Verizon and Selena has a truly wonderful team working together to make this customer experience an absolute joy. read more
