She had patience and had way more knowledge than any of the Reps we spoke to so she totally understood my past frustrations.. However..she was amazing and took care of everything herself.. I switched internet services because Spectrum was going up in price & T-Mobile was a little cheaper & I couldn't afford the higher bill. I was trying to get a better deal for the price, man it was a big mistake!!! Constantly dropped calls, slow internet & many times the internet wouldn't work for hours on end. When I'd call to complain they'd either have to reset it on their end or the excuse was that the lines were being worked on in my area . Jennifer treated me very well and so did another gentleman asked my name but Taylor is probably the worst example of customer service I've ever had she initially walked away when I got a phone call than when she came back to talk to me had a incredibly rude tone. I've never met this woman I hope her life is good and gets many blessings but she shouldn't be in customer service. Stephanie was very rude the entire time she asked me how old i was because i'm on my dads plan. when i was paying for my own phone. She tried to give me a hard time about paying in payments. Then became very surprised when i said i was paying it all today. Then said that's your problem. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Came in here during Covid when mask wearing was still in-forced. Came in to just look at the new iPhones on display that just came out and fidget with the features. No warning or nothing -this very large Mexican girl/women comes up to me and tells me she is going to call the police if I don't leave? Excuse me? Because I was not immediately buying anything? If you have capacity restrictions I do not know what they are. You could have politely informed me or something... It was completely uncalled for not to mention embarrassing. With no real valid reason even stated-I left because I was 1) in shock 2) really did not want to even discourse with such an insolent narrow minded bigoted baboon. Now apparently this is also a corporate location. This was so unprofessional. And I realize this small situation doesn't reflect the entire company or its authorized resellers, BUT that definitely left a sour note about its storefronts. I complete most of my mobile phone transactions on line or on the telephone because I HATE-HATE going into the local storefronts and waiting FOREVER to be waited on. It is always chaotic and there never seems to be any order to it. This all changed earlier this week when I was near a T-Mobile storefront. I decided to risk it and stop in to ask a question about a warranty claim on my bad ass phone. That's right, I said "my bad ass phone" people - and it's NOT an iPhone either!!! Back to the review of the storefront - they had kiosks set up with an employee assigned to run each one. No more wandering around the store trying to find someone who wasn't busy - I was in and out of there in less than five minutes. Just one more reason I heart T-Mobile! read more

Came in and wanted to get off ATT with no time requirements just make it easy. Easy is far from what I got with T-Mobile. Salesman was more car sales than helpful and doesn't appear anyone really knows the process and expectations. I was told A LOT of THINGS but, had to DO A LOT OF OTHER Things to get account straightened out. Every time I call in to support, it takes 20+ minutes to find and get account information with no previous history documented. Very un-organized company and very spotty service in my area (San Antonio). Dis-jointed company that is growing faster than it can keep up. Still asking and taking SSN. This is a BIG no, no! I am in information security and who believes T-Moible will keep your information (SSN/Name/address/Number) safe??? Not good but did not have a choice. WOW, they do not get it! read more

The phone service and packages can't be beat. however I was scammed $1000 when switching over from AT&T to T-Mobile. They told me I could continue to finance my phone with AT&T after trading it in (was not fully paid yet). They gave me half of what it was worth maybe 2 months after purchasing, and then I had to pay AT&T the lump sum because I switched providers. I reached out and someone passed the info to a manager who conveniently was never in the store and never got back to me. I'm sure switching providers is a daily occurrence they deal with as well, so ignorance can't be to blame. I myself work in sales, and being misleading and not truthful is not the way to do it. read more

Either you didn't train your employee, or he wasn't paying attention during training. I'm really upset because I closed my T-Mobile account in person and paid off the rest of my phone so I could switch to Verizon, but apparently the employee Manuel Garza didn't close it correctly, so $0.17 got charged months later, which I didn't pay because I had closed the account, and then they charged me a $30 no payment fee on top of the $0.17. I called customer service who said they couldn't see my account because it was closed and I'd have to go to a store in person. The people at the store told me I'd have to pay it or it'd go to collections. Way to go scamming me after I'm not even a customer anymore. read more

We didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision, even though they were many other customers waiting. The worst customer service experience. Have had number with T-Mobile for over 18 years, switched Sunday to Directv, paid final bill upon cancellation and told phone would "port" out in 72 hours. Over 80 hours and 6 people telling me different stories, still waiting for phone to work. Jasmine , Eddie and Ray were unbelievably helpful and Jazmine remembered me for the day before and came over and said hi and gave my clerk the info he needed to help me set up phones whiteout anyone asking. I've left T-Mobile and gone to Cricket - compliments of this store and the staff. The staff attempts to help, but knows nothing about the devices. On one device I should've had insurance but the staff neglected to add it and left me in essence screwed with a broken device and no way to fix it.. Their suggestion? Lease another. Speed on T-Mobile is good, coverage is good I can't say I was never without a signal... Alas, 7 years and 8 months later and I've left. Now I'm running on AT&T, the devices affordable so I'm not leasing. My bill is a third of what it previously was and my coverage grew. If you're sticking with T-Mobile try another store, you will get improved service and more knowledgeable staff that can actually tell you about the devices that they are trying to sell. I must also warn you to thoroughly read all of your papers, I got backed into a corner because one of their staff members couldn't fill out my paperwork correctly and I made the mistake of not thoroughly reading a three page contract well. I will give them the benefit of the doubt only to one extent and that is that the store is busy, but that does not mean that you have to be short with customers: and if you are busy or not that has nothing to do with you not having the knowledge about the wares that you are trying to peddle. I'm disappointed T-Mobile, you lost a loyal customer. Its not only the store though it's the corporation, after speaking with them it was the same thing there was nothing that they could do. Went to store to get a phone fixed and I have insurance on it. Was given instructions and sent home. Instructions did not work (they were wanted new customers) not old ones like me. They get paid commission on selling stuff. Came back as instructions did not work. In the end, phone is worse off now. If they had taken time to help me at the counter, I would be better off. Understand it was S 7 and I had insurance but was not buying anything. Lesson learned is continue to ask and ask for help even if you have insurance and get them to help you. read more

I have been a loyal customer for over 11 years and this time T-Mobile has appeared to go out of thier way to further distress a bad scnerio. When the new phone I just purchased for $ 498 just 2 months ago, just simply stopped working, I spent two days attempting to get them to send out a recall slip, I was told a small covienence fee of $ 14.00 would be added to my bill for shipping costs, and for an extra $5.00 I could get it over ngiht.. REALLY.. I paying customer with 3 phone lines...WOW I have waited 3 days now and still no phone, I check the traacking and saying an incorrect address was applied, wow thats funny you can easily send me my bill and yet no phone?? I completely feel ripped off and once I finally get the phone I am walking to the nearest competitor and see what they are willing to do for me, as I easily spend about $ 250-275 per month.. X 11 years = $ 33,000 in cell phone usage... Not including all the damn new phones I have to buy my kids..Clearly thats not enough to keep my business, LISTEN UP T-MOBILE... you are loosing a client with in 24-48 hours, when / if my replacement phone ever shows up... 100% disgusted previous client.... STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS ! ! i went to this store to get my 96 year old dad's phone unlocked. TM did not have service at his retirement village. we took written instructions on what we needed. the TM store agent read the instructions, gave us a 4 digit unlock code and sent us on our way. needless to say the code didn't work. i called TM customer service, told them what had happened. TM customer service said that since the TM store agent had screwed up it was now my problem. 6 calls to TM customer service (a misnomer) and 3 weeks later, the phone is still not unlocked. i had to buy my dad a new phone. read more
