I've been here a handful of times when I can't make it out to Murrieta where I usually get my nails done. 1st visit I had a pedicure and it was a amazing. The lady that did it was so kind and talkative. Very sweet! She took her time and did an amazing job. I scheduled for a dip manicure. I can't recall who it was with but she was bit rough with my nails. The coating was a little too thick but it was decent enough to not be so noticeable. On my third visit, they were overbooked and basically told me they were running behind therefore didn't have time for me. It was a major inconvenience as I got off work early just for that appointment. My most recent one I was a little disappointed. The lady did the coating again too thick .. left my hands feeling sticky. Didn't file it very well. When I got home I basically had to redo it myself. I'll definitely do pedicures but not the dip. read more

The sweetest most hard working ladies! They always make me feel welcome and like family, they are professional and courteous at all times. I came in today without an appointment. It wasn't crowded. Only one other lady inside getting services done. The ladies were kind upon arrival. Amy did my Fill today and I was really hoping that she could fix the botched job I got done in LA. Amy did such a great job. She really took her time and loved on my poor hands. They look soooo much better. Trust me lol. My fill was a reasonable price. Some places are charging wild prices for services because we are in a pandemic. I made an appointment to have my nails done this evening. I experienced the most subpar service and literally left the salon in tears. They did a horrific job on my hands. I complained many times and asked them to fix the sloppy job they were doing. I was met with no response. I had a pedicure booked which I ended up cancelling. After repeatedly asking the technician to fix them and do a nicer job, I was met with NO RESPONSE. I do NOT Recommend this salon. I paid $60.00 for the most horrific nails I have ever had. read more

I am very unhappy with the service I received here. My gel manicure chipped within a few days of getting a manicure. Not to mention, during the manicure, the nail tech ripped the skin off of FOUR of my nails, leading to irritation and bleeding... My pedicure was decent, but the shape of my toenails were crooked, and again the quality of the nail polish was awful. The environment and staff are polite, but honestly this is the worst mani/pedi I have received in the area. Edit: I paid $75 in total for this....definitely wasnt worth it read more

You know I've been to the salon before and had previous great experience, but it has been about five months and I went back in a week ago to have a spa pedicure and manicure for my birthday. I was disappointed because I was sitting in the chair that massages your back and I needed to wait after my nails were painted because they said that they were still wet and so the back massager turned off and I asked if they could please turn it back on and they said "no once you're done with your pedicure, we don't let you turn it back on". Honestly, it seemed like they didn't want to waste electricity on allowing me to continue using the back massager while waiting for my nails to dry for 10 more minutes. I even offered to pay to be able to use it and they still said no. I was really surprised by this and thought to put a review up about it. I probably will not be returning sadly. It's like where has the customer service gone these days. When you're that tight with money, I feel like money's gonna slip out of your hands quicker. read more

They were super nice and I'll take responsibility for this part: I haven't gotten acrylic in a very long time so maybe I'm outta touch with how they are suppose to look? Also I asked if they could do a full set in under an hour and I was a walk in. They did say they could accommodate (which I appreciated) but.... I don't feel they turned out well... thick and uneven acrylic. When I asked for her to file down a few of the nails cause they looked uneven, she said that's because my nail / finger is uneven (?). Also looking at the underside, I can see my nail peeling from the fake nail and she didn't clean up the gunk let behind. Also I see bubbles. Pretty bummed as this is for a wedding and will likely got to another salon and see if they can either be fixed or removed. Don't trust these guys to fix. read more

I've frequented this place a handful of times for dip powder manicures and they have reasonable prices and do a good job. Today however i came for a pedicure and i got the deluxe package ($30) they scrubbed my feet with seat salt, hot oil and the whole shebang. She painted my nails and put my slides on right away she messed up one of my pinkies and fixed it so i didn't think to check the other toes. Once i got to my car i noticed both feet looked terrible. Uneven nails, blotchy paint job and i can't believe i spent $36 on something i could've done at home. Will not be returning. read more

We are so happy to find this place!!! We are celebrating my daughter's birthday this weekend so we decided to get mani/pedis for the 7 of us. We made the appointment a few days ahead and we were just blown away by the service and amount of care they gave us. ALL of the ladies were amazing, very accomodating and cordial, and we really appreciated that they didn't have a lot of conversation amongst themselves like most places do. A special shout-out to Nancy who set everything up for us and we love that she loves taking pictures and helped us document the occasion. Also, because of the pandemic, we were so glad that they took in such a large group like us. I came yesterday to get a refill for my acrylic nails. I had first got them done somewhere else, and was completely in love with them. The lady that refilled them ended up cutting me with the roller drill that is used to remove the gel. She also did not leave them in the original shaped that I had them already she cut them and left them crooked. I had informed her to please leave my nails original shaped and told her that I did not want them pointy. She used that drill roller and also removed part of my natural NAILS!! When she wasn't supposed to do that!! Now I'm leaking some fluid from my natural nails. Will have to get them removed even though I just got them done yesterday late afternoon! read more
