I've been a loyal customer for 8 years now since I moved to Rancho.I genuinely Lve this spot-the staff is AMAZING, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. They offer great prices that are hard to find elsewhere.Plus, the salon has beautifully remodeled into an even more comfortable vibe.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality My daughter and niece went and got their nails done today. The woman that did my daughters nails had an attitude the whole time, she complained about the coffin shape, about the length, and then cut her finger! At one point she even gave my daughter the file so she could file her own nails!! What the hell!? If you dont want to do nails, then take the day off lady! And then you didnt let her put her hand under the light to dry her nails? She paid you, you didnt do anything for free! I would not had paid you a dime!

The gap of where the nail was glued.

I don't get my nails done often but when I do I'm always disappointed. I paid 45 bucks for these nasty nails, they're not smooth at all, the white tip takes up half of the nail and you could still see where the nail was glued on. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Lina is the best! I've been going to her for years and I followed her to this shop. Everyone here is amazing. Not just Lina! HI ALL. I just wanted to let you guys know for those who love Lina. She has moved to LV Nails across the street. In the same shopping center as the Starbucks!

Look at the index finger, so thick and uneven.

I rarely leave reviews. And when I do, it's because I'm really happy or REALLY MAD. I can't believe what I even paid for at all with this nail salon. The guy that did my full set obviously did not know how to do acrylic because : 1.) He couldn't even shape my nails into a coffin shape 2.) I made him reglue and reshape 2 of my nails because they were extremely crooked. 3.) It took him 2 tries to put the acrylic powder on my very first nail 4.) He was having such a hard time trying to get the blob of excess acrylic powder off the end of my nails that he started using his finger AND IT WAS STILL THERE. He just pushed it under my nail. 5.) He used the wrong attachment to smooth my nails out that they came out so uneven. He favored the right side so the left side of my nail is thicker than my right. 6.) EVERY NAIL is a different shape and length!!! Literally the worst nail experience I ever had. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. They were aware this was my first time at their salon and gave me their WORST NAIL TECH. Horrible business move. I had to go home and reshape every single nail. I wasn't going to leave this review, but after spending hours filing my nail, I was so UPSET .STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

I have been coming to Sky Nails for over 12 years now. The owner Lisa is attentive and makes sure her staff is the same. The salon is clean and they always have the latest trends available plus the prices are competitive. They are however pretty much always super busy, so I recommend making an appointment if you can. I unfortunately have a crazy schedule therefore I am always a drop in but I know the days and times when it's less busy and just wait because it's definitely worth it. I have gone to a couple of other local places but I always come back and after my latest experience with a local nail salon I will never again go anywhere else. I always receive great service and my manicure and pedicure look great, I totally recommend Nance for pedi she rocks. Recently Lina got me to try dip instead of gel and I am so glad I did. It is awesome however only if done right. I made the mistake of going somewhere else where they had no idea what they were doing. I ended up with grainy nails, with a gel top coat that chipped at 5 days for the price of dip. Never again. I will absolutely remain loyal and just do my nails myself until I can get to Sky.

    I don't called this coffin

Me and my daughter went to the salon today to get our nails done and got the worst job ever they messed up my daughters nails they were supposed to be white gel and by the time they were almost done with mine they were already yellow and they were three different shapes and she asked for them to be coffin and were three different lengths. And they were still charging me $38 so I just told them to take it off. And when I took pictures they got mad and asked why was I taking pictures. So I asked to speak to the manager and they said she was out of town on vacation so I told them I wanted to speak to someone that was in charge when the manager wasn't there and they didn't respond so that's how you know they aren't Professional I don't recommend going.

Just filled Friday. This is the 3rd nail that has broke in less than a week.
    Charity L.

I've had acrylics for over 10 years plus and never had them break off as much as I've had them since going here the last 2 months. I thought ok maybe it's me but thinking back I had to pry them off before. The first time my mail broke off the owner repaired for free. Well again it happened twice with this day and the guy charged me $4. Well this morning a 3rd time a nail broke off. I'm extremely annoyed that I have to keep going back. This will be my last set coming here!

I called to make an appointment and was able to make one without any issues. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated. We had a bit of a wait because, it was prom. We met our friend from church here as well. My daughter went first since her nails were going to be way more involved. Chloe did her nails and did a fabulous job! They turned out absolutely amazing! They gave me a quote and I approved it, but it ended up being a little bit less. Our friend and I just got the deluxe gel manicures with the sugar scrub, lotion massage and paraffin wax with hot towel treatment. I was in heaven! Mia did my manicure and she was excellent! The place is super cute with pink and floral decor and playing great country music. They accept cards, cash and Zelle. $2 transaction fee for cards. Super easy to tip with Zelle as well. If you pay cash, they have a stamp program to get $20 off after you spend a certain amount and fill the stamp card. We will definitely be back! I think one of those pedicure chairs is calling my name!

**Don't waste your time or your time or money!…read more I booked a pedicure and Gel-X full set nearly a month in advance for a 9:30 a.m. appointment. I specifically requested that my pedicure and nails be done at the same time due to time constraints. When I arrived, they did not have a nail technician available for me or another client who also had an appointment. I had to ask for someone to at least start my pedicure. I was assigned to a new technician who struggled to understand my requests. My feet were not properly scrubbed, both big toes had to be repainted because the polish was uneven, and I had to remind her that my service included a massage. The pedicure alone took about an hour and a half. Once another technician became available, she began my Gel-X set. I showed her a photo of the exact design I wanted and specifically asked for silver gems only. She confirmed she could do the design. After completing the ombré base, which was only average at best, she informed me that the gem pricing would be: * Pointer fingers: $20 ($10 per nail) * Ring fingers: $30 ($15 per nail) * Pinkies: $10 ($5 per nail) Although I was shocked by the pricing, I had already been there for over two hours and felt committed to finishing the set, so I agreed. Only then did she tell me she didn't actually have the gems needed for the design she had already agreed to do. I was told to choose a different gem shape, a different color, or a completely different design. When I explained that I had shown the design beforehand and received confirmation that it could be done, the manager came over and told me the photo wasn't from their salon and that they had supposedly run out of the required gems that morning. At that point, I had been there for over three hours and was left with a mediocre pedicure and incomplete nails. I finally decided to leave. As I was leaving, another customer who had been waiting over 30 minutes for her appointment was told they could only do part of her service and that she would need to come back later. She left as well. My biggest issue isn't that they ran out of supplies. Things happen. The problem is the lack of organization, poor communication, questionable skill level, and refusal to take accountability. Clients should not have to spend hours in a salon only to find out halfway through a service that the technician cannot complete the design they agreed to perform. I won't be returning.

I was looking for a salon that excels in every area--artistry, attention to detail, cleanliness, nail shaping, quality, and overall service. I wanted nail techs with incredible taste who could take an inspiration photo and create something even more beautiful in real life. That's exactly what I found here. Amanda is absolutely amazing, and I adore Janice as well. Honestly, everyone here is incredibly talented and so kind. Every visit has been such a wonderful experience. I brought in an inspiration photo for my Gel-X nails, and Amanda completely exceeded my expectations. My nails came out absolutely stunning, and every single time I leave the salon, I'm genuinely obsessed with the finished result. They pay so much attention to every little detail, and the quality is exceptional. What also sets this salon apart is the artistry. They create some truly intricate and beautiful nail designs, and it's clear that everyone here takes so much pride in their work. Their talent speaks for itself. On top of all of that, the entire staff is warm, welcoming, and makes every appointment enjoyable. I actually look forward to my visits. Painful, careless, and unprofessional. Do not go here…read more I went in for a builder gel overlay and came out with damaged nails and lifting gel. The worst part was the experience itself. I came in with gel-x on, so a removal was necessary. Instead of a clean removal, the tech, Metta Tran, did multiple (failed) acetone soaks interrupted by filing with a drill. When I asked if she could use a scraper, she said no because "the drill was easier." She then insisted on leaving a thin layer of acetone-treated gel on my nails even after I asked her not to. Throughout the appointment I had to repeatedly ask Metta to get prep and product fully onto my nail beds: I asked around seven times. She even argued with me when I pointed out missed spots, saying "it's just the base, it doesn't matter." The builder gel was applied unevenly and not properly floated - leaving my nails super thin, with no apex, and actively bending. When I said they shouldn't bend and the gel needed to be applied thicker, she told me they "just do them skinny here." She also made me bleed with the cuticle cutter and kept filing with the blood-spotted drill bit. She filed around my cuticles so much I had to tell her to stop. My pinky nail was still bending when I left, and she dismissed it as "fine." After the seventh time I asked Metta to make sure product was on my full nail, she said, "Wow, you REALLY care a lot about detail." I responded, "Yeah, don't you?" Her answer? A casual, matter-of-fact "No." Even though I was outwardly calm, I was completely stunned. I've never heard a service provider so openly and unashamedly admit that they don't care about the quality of what they're charging for. The finished result was lumpy, with flooded cuticles and gaps where product was missed. The nails started lifting the very next day. To the salon's credit, the manager on duty was kind enough to grant me a refund and removal. However, the removal was also done unsafely (she refused to avoid using a metal drill bit on my natural nails) and my nails got drilled down so thin that one started flaking away almost immediately. Hours later, my nail beds are still hurting and sensitive from it. There is also STILL gel left on my nails. If you value your natural nails, go somewhere else. I've spent so long growing out and strengthening my nails, and it all got ruined in one day.
