Do not visit this location. Some customer service assistants are ok. Most are not. They walk around talking to one another and texting on their phones. When you are finally attended, they are unfriendly and incompetent - they are not able to answer simple questions and tell you to call customer service instead. Why have a physical store then? An embarrassment to the neighborhood and to the Latin community. Hire staff trained in customer service practices not just bodies who walk around doing nothing, killing time for a paycheck. read more

How is it that my GF went in there to buy some airpods and the manager/suoervisor refused to sell it to her because he wanted her to get a cellphone line with them. Is that how you guys seriously treat your customers? Is that howbadly you guys want to make sales. Corporate you guys should look into this store and how they trwst their customers. read more

If o can give this place a ZERO I would let's start off with the waiting got there at 5:47 didnt get seen until 7:10 if the Assistant manager would've been doing his job as in helping when the floor is getting crowded maybe things would've been smooth but CHRISTOPHER got that title of assistant manager for nothing because he wa assisting him self by updating his statuses on line brother man was not paying attention to the customers everyone was getting frustrated cause of the waiting. when my turn came Jonathan was very helpful but here comes Christopher with his sarcasm I asked him a couple of questions and he rudely cut me off talking about "im used to this already" although I can tell he was getting frustrated which everyone can see from how he was looking and acting towards me he then insiste he couldnt fix the problem I had but was quick to hide in the back when I came back to file a complain about him I will take this to the upper mana to make sure something gets done read more

Today I went to switch from T-Mobile to Spectrum for my mobile phone. I was there for 3 hours but it wasn't because of spectrum, it was because of T-Mobile. Kaitlyn was such a patient person, very helpful and gave me such an amazing customer service. I did make a reservation before I got to the store, which made my wait time super short. 3 minute wait! Miguel was another person who helped keep my momentum up and the manager Lilli was attentive and readily available to answer any questions I had. This store definitely is TWO THUMBS UP in my book! I walked out with 2 iPhone 15s and if it wasn't for the ban on Apple Watches, I was gonna get one too. read more

Terrible They are the worstttttttt, if you have another internet solution please don't use spectrum. They never pick up the phones if you wanna disconnect the internet with them they just put you on hold so you don't disconnect or they keep transferring you to different representatives and you give the informations over and over again and you just give up at some point. They are the worst please don't use them. read more

I have been having an F'N headache dealing with Spectrum and their mostly trash WiFi for the better part of a year now. But it had gotten really bad over the summer to the point that I was told to I probably needed to exchange my router. So I did...not once though, but TWICE. TWICE within less than 2 months I had to change a damn router and it felt like every time I would exchange the router, the WiFi would increasingly get worse. It was only till 2 weeks ago that I finally was able to get a tech over to my place to some diagnostics and rewiring that the WiFi finally improved. Thank you to if I recall the tech's name, Daniel for providing good service of having my WiFi up and running as sufficient as possible now and now not having to reboot my router and modem on a daily basis or call Spectrum on an almost weekly basis. Hopefully this WiFi issue won't resurface and that Spectrum can get better routers for their customers cause I know of not only myself but others who have been having the same issue as well. read more

If I could give zero or negative stars I would nothing but lines on lines on lines slow to no customer service I've been waiting almost an hour still have people waiting just to return two boxes from my previous apartment no efficient way of helping customers get in and out during a pandemic to me this is just the worst store ever unfortunately the closest to me and I wish I could go to Verizon but for some reason can't this is the worst ever customer service still waiting in line terrible customer service attitudes on attitudes and people are moving super slow not helping customers. Polite & nice staff. Very roomy with seating areas. Both my remote controls were defective. I went into Spectrum, was greeted with front desk staff, explained my problem and they issue me a new remote control without wasting time getting any line to have it replaced. Transaction from walking into Spectrum to front desk to receiving my exchange took less than 5 minutes. I like that! read more
