However, I'm so glad I came here! My phone broke, and I rushed to the store to buy a new one. From the moment we walked in, Aris greeted us with a warm smile and immediately jumped in to help. He worked quickly to find a solution and made the entire process so smooth. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes! Aris was absolutely amazing--his great spirit and willingness to help made all the difference. He was dedicated to finding a fast solution to every issue we had, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about providing excellent service. I will definitely recommend this store to all my family and friends moving forward. Exceptional customer service like this deserves recognition! Well done!!

Do not visit this location. Some customer service assistants are ok. Most are not. They walk around…read moretalking to one another and texting on their phones. When you are finally attended, they are unfriendly and incompetent - they are not able to answer simple questions and tell you to call customer service instead. Why have a physical store then? An embarrassment to the neighborhood and to the Latin community. Hire staff trained in customer service practices not just bodies who walk around doing nothing, killing time for a paycheck.

Thank you for calling [name of (expletive) company here]. Please listen carefully as our menu options have recently changed (no they have not). Also we are experiencing higher than average call volume, which is our way of saying that we don't know the concept of "average." You get a ACTUAL PERSON (or at least a very convincing artificial intelligence), thank heck. Lastly: the night of 1/6, our speed tanked. I texted the customer support # and within minutes got an answer, and shortly thereafter our down/up speeds were back to normal. All in all, so far so good.... my Cherophobia keeps insisting that /something/ will go tits up but so far it's been solid!

I just got service in Dec from Honest. I came back from a five week trip and had no internet upon my return. They diagnosed it as a problem in the lines coming to my unit (so not my issue) but it will still take them 3 days to come out and restore service. I understand that they are less expensive than others, but I can't really deal with outages like this. If it happens one more time, I'll move on to a more reliable provider

I Sparta-kicked him and slammed the door in his face. Spectrum also billed me for service even tho I returned my equipment...and NEVER use Spectrum. Even while cancelling via the phone, they tried to sell me mobile services, that after being hung up on after waiting an hour on hold. One of the worst experiences ever.
